To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiangsha Wenzhong Decoction（香砂温中汤）combined with acupoint thread-embedding in the intervention for chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）with Helicobacter pylori（HP）infection.

A total of 160 patients with CAG and Hp infection who were admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into group A，group B，group Cand group D using the random number table method.Group A was treated with acupoint thread-embedding.Group B was treated with Xiangsha Wenzhong Decoction.Group Cwas treated with acupoint thread-embedding combined with Xiangsha Wenzhong Decoction.Group D was treated with teprenone.The 4 groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy，TCM syndrome scores，gastric mucosal histopathological score，endothelial function［epidermal growth factor（EGF）and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）］，inflammatory factors［interleukin-6（IL-6）and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）］，cellular immune function，expression of cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2）and p53 in gastric mucosa，and the incidence of adverse reactions.

The total effective rate of group C（95.00%，38/40）was higher than that of group A，group B and group D［70.00%（28/40），75.00%（30/40）and 62.50%（25/40）］（P<0.05）.The total effective rates in group A，group Band group D were close（P>0.05）.After 6 months of treatment，TCM syndrome scores and gastric mucosal histopathological score of group Cwere lower than those of group A，group B and group D（P<0.05），but there was no significant difference among group A，group B and group D（P>0.05）.After 6 months of treatment，the levels of VEGF，CD3⁺and CD4⁺in group Cwere higher than those in group A，group B and group D.The levels of EGF，IL-6，TNF-αand CD8⁺were lower than those in group A，group B and group D（P<0.05）.However，there was no significant difference among group A，group B or group D（P>0.05）.After 6 months of treatment，the expressions of COX-2 and p53 in group C were lower than those in group A，group B and group D（P<0.05），but there was no significant difference among group A，group B and group D（P>0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the four groups（P>0.05）.

Xiangsha Wenzhong Decoction combined with acupoint thread-embedding is significantly effective in the treatment of patients with CAG and Hp infection.It can improve the patients’symptoms and endothelial function，reduce the levels of inflammatory factors，enhance the immune function and down-regulate the expressions of COX-2 and p53，with high safety.

The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical benefit of Modified Shenling Baizhu Powder（参苓白术散加减）in the treatment of acne.

From January 2020 to December 2022，120 patients with acne vulgaris were selected as participants in the Dermatology Outpatient Department of Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All patients were divided into two groups according to the difference of single and even numbers in the order of treatment.The group with single number of treatment was set as the control group，and the group with even number of treatment was set as the observation group.The control group was treated with isotretinoic acid softgel combined with fusidic acid cream，while the observation group was treated with Modified Shenling Baizhu Powder on the basis of the control group.

The effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%（55/60），which was significantly higher than that of the control group（78.33%，47/60）（P<0.05）.After 6 months of treatment，there were no significant changes in red blood cell count，white blood cell count，platelet count，liver and kidney function indexes（alanine aminotransferase，aspartate aminotransferase，serum creatinine and serum urea）between the two groups（P>0.05）.The amount of pimples，papules，pustules and total lesions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.The satisfaction score of the patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（P<0.05）.

For the patients with moderate and below acne vulgaris，Modified Shenling Baizhu Powder can not only improve the therapeutic effect，reduce the skin lesions，but also improve the satisfaction of the patients，and shows good safety performance.

To investigate the efficacy of Huadu Quxie Decoction（化毒祛邪汤）combined with CHOPchemotherapy in the treatment of lymphoma and its effect on cellular immune function.

A total of 102 patients with lymphoma treated in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as research objects，and the patients were divided into control group（51 cases）and observation group（51 cases）according to random number table method.The control group was treated with CHOP chemotherapy，and the observation group was treated with Huadu Quxie Decoction on the basis of the control group.Four weeks was a treatment cycle，and both groups received 4 cycles of treatment.After 4 cycles of treatment，the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared，and the changes of cellular immune function（CD⁺₄，CD⁺₈，CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈），tumor markers［vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）and thymine deoxyribokinase（TK-1）］were compared before treatment and after 4 cycles of treatment，and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.

The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The levels of cellular immune function indexes（CD⁺₄，CD⁺₈，CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈）in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment，and the difference were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The levels of VEGF and TK-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment，and the difference were statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment（P>0.05）.

Huadu Quxie Decoction combined with CHOP chemotherapy has significant efficacy in the treatment of lymphoma，and can improve the cellular immune function of patients and reduce the expressions of VEGF and TK-1 in serum，worthy of clinical promotion and application.

To investigate the effect of Danggui Shaoyao Powder（当归芍药散）combined with levofloxacin on clinical symptoms and matrix metalloproteinase-2/9（MMP-2/9）levels in patients with endometritis.

One hundred and twelve patients with endometritis in Reproductive Medicine Department of the hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group（52 cases）received levofloxacin therapy，while the observation group（60 cases）received Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with levofloxacin.Then the comparison was conducted on serum inflammatory factors，MMP-2/9 levels，Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）score，Female Sexual Function Index（FSFI）score，sex hormone levels，clinical pregnancy outcome，the disappearance time of pelvic pain，leucorrhea and pelvic inflammation，the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions.

The levels of interleukin-4（IL-4），interleukin-6（IL-6），C-reactive protein（CRP），MMP-9 and MMP-2 at baseline yielded no statistical difference（P>0.05），while the above inflammation factors were significantly decreased in the observation group compared with those in the control group after treatment（P<0.05）.The scores of VASand FSFI yielded no statistical difference between two groups before treatment（P>0.05），while the observation group scored lower in VASand FSFI than the control group after treatment（P<0.05）.The disappearance time of pelvic pain，leucorrhea and pelvic inflammation was significantly shorted in the observation group compared with that in the control group（P<0.05）.The overall efficacy rate was 91.67%（55/60）in the observation group，which was significantly higher than 76.92%（40/52）in the control group，with statistical difference（χ²＝4.703，P=0.030）.The total adverse reaction rate was 5.00%（3/60）in the observation group，which was slightly lower than 7.69%（4/52）in the control group，with no statistical difference（χ²＝0.344，P=0.557）.The abortion rate was 0.00%（0/60）in the observation group，which was slightly lower than 1.92%（1/52）in the control group，with no statistical difference（χ²＝1.164，P=0.280）.The timing of pregnancy shortened in the observation group compared with that in the control group（P<0.05），and the clinical pregnancy rate was 83.00%（50/60）in the observation group，and was higher than 59.62%（31/52）in the control group，with statistical difference（χ²＝7.828，P=0.005）.The ectopic pregnancy rate was 0.00% in both groups，with no statistical difference.

The application of Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of endometritis can effectively attenuate the inflammation response，down-regulate the serum levels of MMP-2/9，accelerate the disappearance time of pelvic pain and leucorrhea，reduce the levels of sex hormones，ameliorate the infertility symptoms，decrease the adverse reactions and improve the quality of life in patients.

To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction（益气健脾方）in the treatment of spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction type of children with adenoid hypertrophy（AH）.

From September 2022 to September 2023，70 children with spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction type of AH treated in the hospital were selected and divided into Western medicine group and comprehensive group，with 35 cases in each，using a computer-generated random number table method.The western medicine group was treated with mometasone furoate nasal spray and montelukast sodium chewable tablets，while the comprehensive group was additionally treated with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction.The two groups were compared in terms of TCM syndrome integral，adenoid grading，treatment effects，quality of life and adverse reactions.

After treatment，the scores for snoring，nasal congestion，mouth breathing，apnea，pale complexion，loss of appetite and loose stool as well as the total scores were reduced in both groups（P<0.05），with the comprehensive group showing greater reduction than the western medicine group（P<0.05）.The proportion of grade1 adenoid grading in the comprehensive group increased compared to that in the western medicine group（P<0.05），while the proportion of grade 2 decreased（P<0.05）.The distribution of treatment effect grades and the overall effectiveness rate were higher in the comprehensive group than those in the western medicine group（P<0.05）.After treatment，the scores for sleep disturbance，physical symptoms，emotional symptoms，daytime function and impact on caregivers as well as total scores were reduced in both groups（P<0.05），with the comprehensive group showing greater reduction than the western medicine group（P<0.05）.There were no significant adverse reactions in either group，with one case of mild diarrhea in the comprehensive group that improved without treatment.

Yiqi Jianpi Decoction can alleviate symptoms of spleen deficiency and phlegm obstruction type of AH in children，improve the treatment effects and quality of life，and is highly safe.

To explore and analyze the potential quality markers（Q-markers）of Baizhi（Angelicae Dahuricae Radix）combined with fingerprint and network pharmacology methods based on the primary principles of Q-markers.

The similarity evaluation and common peaks identification were performed by establishing fingerprints of Baizhi（Angelicae Dahuricae Radix），and then the“active ingredient-target-pathway”network was constructed to predict the key targets and core components of Baizhi（Angelicae Dahuricae Radix）through the network pharmacology.Meanwhile，the integrative analysis of Q-markers of Baizhi（Angelicae Dahuricae Radix）from the perspectives of chemical composition validity，measurability and so forth based on current literatures.

Ten batches of fingerprints of Baizhi（Angelicae Dahuricae Radix）were established，10 common peaks were identified，and 4 peaks（byakangelicol，imperatorin，phellopterin，isoimperatorin）were identified by reference substances.In accordance with network analysis，the above four coumarins were its main bioactive compounds with high connectivity.Byakangelicol，imperatorin，phellopterin and isoimperatorin could be further clarified as the potential Q-markers of Baizhi（Angelicae Dahuricae Radix）according to the Q-marker concept.

The preliminary prediction and analysis of the Qmarkers of Baizhi（Angelicae Dahuricae Radix）provides a theoretical basis for further study on pharmacodynamics and pharmacological mechanism，which can militate in favor of whole quality control system of Baizhi（Angelicae Dahuricae Radix）.

To study the regulation of T helper cell 2（TH2）immune response in rats with allergic rhinitis（AR）by Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract via mediating Toll-like receptor-nuclear factor kappa B（TLR/NF-κB）signaling pathway.

ARmodels were induced with ovalbumin（OVA），and the rats were divided into model group，positive control group and Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract treatment groups（low，middle，high concentrations）.The rats in the positive control group were given loratadine（2 mg/kg）by gavage.The rats in the Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract treatment groups were given Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extracts with the corresponding doses（2 mg/kg，4 mg/kg，8 mg/kg）by gavage，while those in the blank control and model groups were given an equal volume of saline by gavage.The treatment in all groups lasted for 10 days.Weights of nasal secretions were collected from the rats in each group and the scores for nasal symptoms were calculated.HE staining was used to observe the morphological changes of nasal mucosa，and the counts of eosinophils and neutrophils in nasal mucosa were calculated.The levels of interleukin-4（IL-4），interleukin-13（IL-13）and immunoglobulin E（IgE）in peripheral blood of rats in each group were detected by ELISA.The mRNA and protein expression levels of TLR-4 and NF-κB were detected by RT-PCR and Western-blot.In Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract treatment groups，the rats received natural TLR4 agonist lipopolysaccharide（LPS）and were observed for morphology of the nasal mucosa and nasal symptoms.

Compared with the blank control group，the rats in the model group had a significant increase in behavioral score of nasal symptoms，the levels of serum IL-4，IL-13 and IgE，the levels of eosinophil and neutrophi in nasal mucosal tissues，and the relative mRNA and protein expressions of TLR4 and NF-κB in nasal mucosal tissues，with statistical difference（P<0.05），while the above increases were notably diminished to varying degrees in the positive control group and Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract treatment groups（P<0.05）.Within Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract treatment groups，a gradual decline was observed in the above indexes as the concentration increased，with statistical difference in paired comparison（all P<0.05）.HE staining showed that the nasal mucosa of the control rats was normal pseudostratified ciliated columnar epithelium with intact mucosal epithelial structure and there was no obvious inflammatory cell infiltration.The epithelium of the nasal mucosa of the rats in the model group was heavily detached，and a large number of eosinophils and mast cells were observed in the lamina propria of the mucosa.Various degrees of pathological changes were also found in positive control group and Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract treatment groups，while the changes were remarkably attenuated compared with those in the model group.The weakening of pathological changes showed a concentration dependent manner within Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract treatment groups.After TLR4 agonist treatment，the improved AR symptoms and pathological changes in Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract treatment groups were reversed.

The mechanism of Ebushicao（Centipeda minima）extract in the treatment of AR may be related to the inhibition of TLR/NF-κB signaling pathway and alleviation of TH2 immune response.

To investigate the effects of Yiqi Yangrong Decoction（益气养荣汤）combined with acupuncture on T lymphocyte subpopulation and serum levels of granin A（CGA），soluble intercellular adhesion factor-1（slCAM-1）and human growth differentiation factor 3（GDF3）in patients with syndrome of both Qi and blood deficiency after breast cancer surgery.

Ninety-two patients with syndrome of both Qi and blood deficiency after breast cancer surgery were treated in the hospital from May 2020 to May 2023.They were divided into the control group and the test group，46 cases in each group，using random number table method.The control group was treated with CEF（Cyclophosphamide，Epirubicin，Fluorouracil）chemotherapy，and the test group was treated with Yiqi Yangrong Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of CEF chemotherapy，21 days for 1 cycle，a total of 4 cycles.The quality of life，the serum levels of CGA，slCAM-1，GDF3 and T lymphocyte subsets of the two groups before and after 4 cycles of treatment，the efficacy after 4 cycles of treatment，and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared.

Compared with those before treatment，after 4 cycles of treatment，the functional dimension and overall quality of life scores of the two groups were increased，and those of the test group were significantly higher（P<0.05）.Compared with those before treatment，the symptom dimension scores/serum levels of CGA，slCAM-1 and GDF3 were decreased after 4 cycles of treatment，and the scores and levels were significantly lower in the test group（P<0.05）.Compared with those before treatment，the levels of CD4⁺and CD4⁺/CD8⁺in whole blood of the test group were increased after 4 cycles of treatment，and those of the control group were decreased.The levels were significantly higher in the test group（P<0.05）.The level of CD8⁺in whole blood of the test group decreased，and that of the control group increased.The level of CD8⁺in the test group was significantly lower（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the test group was 83.33%（35/42），significantly higher than that of the control group（61.36%，27/44）after 4 cycles of treatment（P<0.05）.During the treatment period，no obvious adverse reactions occurred in the test group and the incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was significantly lower（P<0.05）.

Yiqi Yanggrong Decoction combined with acupuncture can regulate the levels of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with syndrome of both Qi and blood deficiency after breast cancer surgery，inhibit the serum levles of CGA，slCAM-1 and GDF3，control the abnormal proliferation of cancer cells，improve the quality of life，and reduce the risk of postoperative chemotherapy complications.

To analyze the effects of Qilong Capsule（芪龙胶囊）combined with edaravone dextrocamphorol and butylphthalein on serum amyloid protein（SAA），glial fibrillary acidic protein（GFAP），ubiquitin-carboxy-terminal hydrolase 1（UCH-L1）and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.

Ninety patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from202201 to 202401 were divided into the control group（45 cases）and the combination group（45 cases）by random number table method.The control group was treated with edaravone dextrocamphorol and butylphthalein，and the combined group was treated with Qilong Capsule combined with edaravone dextrocamphorol and butylphthalein for 2 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores，serum levels of SAA，GFAP and UCH-L1，cerebral blood perfusion，neurological function before treatment，1 and 2 weeks after treatment，and the safety during treatment were compared between the two groups.

During the intervention period，2 cases fell off in the combined group and 1 case fell off in the control group.Compared with those before treatment，after 2 weeks of treatment，the scores of pale complexion，awkward speech，hemiplegia，shortness of breath and fatigue and the serum levels of SAA，GFAP and UCH-L1 in the two groups were lower and those in the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）score of the two groups showed a decreasing trend before treatment，1 and 2 weeks after treatment，and the score of the two groups was significantly lower in the combination group（P<0.05）.Compared with those before treatment，after 2 weeks of treatment，the end diastolic blood flow velocity（EDV），peak systolic flow velocity（PSV）and mean velocity（Vm）of middle cerebral artery in the two groups increased，and the levels were significantly higher in the combined group（P<0.05）.During treatment，none of the subjects stopped treatment due to adverse reactions，and the incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups（P>0.05）.

Qilong Capsule combined with edaravone dextrocamphorol and butaphthalein can improve traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.The possible mechanism is to regulate the expressions of SAA，GFAPand UCH-L1，control the nerve cell injury and improve the cerebral blood perfusion，with good safety.

To explore the effects of Shuanglian Shecao Decoction（双莲蛇草汤）on pain and psychological status of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.

A total of 90 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the pain department from June12022 to December 12023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method，with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given simple western medicine orally，and the experimental group was given Shuanglian Shecao Decoction on the basis of the control group.Ten days was a course of treatment，and there were a total of 3 courses of treatment.Pain scores，TCM symptom scores，negative emotion，quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.

Compared with those before treatment，the pain evaluation index（PRI），visual analog scale（VAS）score，present pain intensity（PPI）and the total pain score decreased in the two groups after treatment（P<0.05）.Compared with those of the control group，PRI，PPI，VASand total pain score of the experimental group were lower after 1 to 3 courses of treatment and decreased with the increase of treatment course（P<0.05）.Compared with those before treatment，TCM syndrome scores decreased and the score of the quality of life increased in both groups after treatment（P<0.05）.Compared with those of the control group，the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental groups were lower and the scores of the quality of life were higher after 1 to 3 courses of treatment（P<0.05）.With the increase of the treatment course，the TCM syndrome scores decreased，and the score of the quality of life increased（P<0.05），and the anxiety score and depression score decreased（P<0.05）compared with those before treatment.Compared with those in the control group，the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower after 1 to 3 courses of treatment，and the scores of anxiety and depression decreased with the increase of treatment course（P<0.05）.Compared with those before treatment，the scores of compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were higher after treatment（P<0.05）.Compared with those of the control group，the scores of compliance and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher after 1 to 3 courses of treatment and increased with the increase of treatment course（P<0.05）.Compared with that of the control group，the effective rate of the experimental group was higher after 1 to 2 treatment courses（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups after three courses of treatment（P>0.05）.

Shuanglian Shecao Decoction can improve the clinical treatment effect of sequelae，relieve the pain and other symptoms of patients.The patients recover quickly and the quality of life can be improved.It is worthy of promotion and application，and plays a good guiding role in the clinical treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
