Malignant tumor is a disease that seriously endangers human health.Angiogenesis is one of the important mechanisms of the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is widely regarded as the main regulator of angiogenesis and plays an extremely important role in the process of angiogenesis.Targeting VEGF and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor(VEGFR)can reduce angiogenesis in tumor and help to inhibit tumor invasion, proliferation and metastasis, which is one of the important fields of medical research.Natural compounds are widely defined as chemical substances produced by organisms, which have unique chemical diversity, wide sources,multi-targets,multi-mechanisms,multi-channels,low toxic and side effects.Modern studies have confirmed that natural compounds exert an anti-tumor effect on inhibiting angiogenesis by inhibiting VEGF,and natural compounds have obvious therapeutic advantages for malignant tumors, which can effectively inhibit the occurrence and development of tumors and improve the quality of life of cancer patients. In this paper, the related research of natural compounds on anti-angiogenesis and anti-tumor through inhibiting VEGF was summarized, and the main mechanism of VEGF/VEGFR signaling pathway was combed,so as to provide reference for the optimization of clinical malignant tumor treatment strategy.

Chronic heart failure(CHF)belongs to the category of heart water disease of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The etiology is complex, and the disease location is diversified, especially involves kidney in the late stage.Based on the theory of“kidney governing water”,the connotation of kidney governing water theory was summarized from the aspects of kidney regulating Qi transformation, kidney governing water transformation and five fluids. From the physiological functions and pathological changes of heart, such as heart dominating blood vessels and blood obstruction being water,to understand the physiological correlation between heart and kidney, pathological influence and the evolution of TCM syndromes of heart water disease, the role of this theory in the late syndrome and treatment of heart water disease was analyzed from multiple perspectives, and proposed that the later stage of chronic heart failure was heart and kidney comorbidity. The key syndrome was Yang deficiency and water overflowing syndrome. The key pathogenesis is that heart Yang deficiency is insufficient to help kidney, the colder the kidney water is,the water attacking heart, eventually leading to Yangqi deficiency of heart and kidney, overflowing of water and fluids.

Acupuncture has been applied in 196 countries for treating diseases, and the safety is a crucial factor affecting the promotion and development of acupuncture. The safe needling depth of acupoints,as a part of acupuncture safety, was analyzed by reviewing previous relevant literature. It is found that the measurement methods used by researchers are diverse, and there are inconsistencies in the research results of the safe needling depth of acupuncture at the same acupoints.More importantly, the international“Cun measurement”for acupuncture needles lacks a unified standard. It is neither the standard body Cun nor the proportional body Cun,but is based on English inches, with arbitrary rounding after metrication, leading to chaos in acupuncture needles. The difference in needle Cun affects the measurement of acupuncture Cun,thus influencing the efficacy and safety of acupuncture. The superposition of errors in needle length and safe acupuncture depth of acupoints leads to the superposition of clinical acupuncture safety risks.Based on the above,it is proposed to restore the Han inch and achieve the unification of the acupuncture inch measurement, the safe acupuncture depth of acupoints and the standardization of needles to improve the safety and international standardization of acupuncture.
