    Scientific data management policy plays an important role in standardizing data management and promoting scientific research innovation. The quantitative analysis of the current policy is helpful to provide reference for the formulation and improvement of relevant policies in the future. A four-dimensional analysis framework covering policy objectives, policy tools, policy themes and governance fields was constructed, and a variety of text analysis methods were comprehensively adopted to carry out a cross-dimensional and multi-dimensional comparative analysis of relevant policy texts. The results show that China has established a relatively perfect scientific data management policy system, but there is still room for improvement. In the future, policy objectives can be further optimized, policy contents can be refined, the design of implementation supervision mechanism can be strengthened, the application of demand-oriented policy tools and the synergy of policy tools can be enhanced.

    To address the challenge of quantitatively assessing the effectiveness of online training for insurance professionals, a multidimensional scoring method based on natural language processing and machine learning technology is proposed. Initially, a multidimensional scoring framework is devised to precisely capture and quantify pivotal metrics throughout the training process. Subsequently, a two-tiered dynamic weight allocation strategy is introduced, facilitating a comprehensive evaluation of trainees’ effectiveness through the intelligent integration of these multifaceted indicators. The experimental results show that this method closely emulates expert evaluation, guaranteeing the objectivity and precision of assessment outcomes, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of online training for insurance practitioners.

    In recent years, live broadcasting, as an emerging brand promotion method, has been widely used in news, legal, medical and other industries.     The traditional agricultural product supply chain traceability system suffers from issues such as the lack of coordination between on-chain and off-chain data, the mismatch of consensus mechanisms and the poor security of traceability data. These problems fail to meet the overall traceability requirements of the agricultural product supply chain and pose higher demands on traceability schemes and technologies. Therefore, based on the current research on blockchain in agricultural supply chain traceability, it aims to establish an agricultural supply chain traceability system with the physical layer, core layer, data layer, and application layer as the overall framework by leveraging blockchain technology and integrating the hierarchy and operation process of the agricultural supply chain. It focuses on enhancing the overall efficiency of blockchain traceability, constructing the blockchain security guarantee system, and improving the blockchain privacy protection technology. Through the above research, the technical innovation direction is offered for China’s agricultural product supply chain traceability, the continuous maturation of blockchain technology and its application are promoted, and innovative thoughts are provided for improving the coordinated development level of China’s agricultural product supply chain, the efficiency of agricultural product quality and safety management, and the quality of agricultural product supply chain traceability.

    In order to provide references and suggestions for the future development and improvement of public health emergency management policies, the existing public health emergency management related policy texts in a multi-dimensional way was analyzed, and text mining was conducted on the policy texts related to public health emergency management issued at the national level in China from 2003 to 2023, and typical policy samples were selected to construct a PMC index evaluation model for public health emergency management policies. The evaluation system of PMC index model consists of 10 first-level variables and 38 second-level variables, and there exist 3 grades of policies as a whole, 1 qualified policy, 10 good policies, and 4 excellent policies. At this stage, the emergency management policy system for public health emergencies is basically perfect, but it still needs to be continuously optimized and improved in the future. It is recommended to reasonably divide the policy time limit, build a multifaceted and coordinated emergency management mechanism, and accurately implement policies in order to realize the all-round and precise management of public health emergency management.

    Taking the nine library and reading space projects in the fourth batch of national public cultural service system demonstration projects as examples, grounded theory was used to code and analyze 42 case materials of the nine projects, and a mechanism model was constructed for the innovative development of libraries and reading spaces. It id found that the innovative development path of libraries and reading spaces includes aspects such as demand management, facility services, personnel services, resource activities and management operations. Among them, demand management innovation is the logical starting point, which plays a guiding role in optimizing service supply, while management and operation innovation provides comprehensive guarantees for service supply innovation. On this basis, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the innovative development of libraries and reading spaces from the aspects of demand inquiry and response, precise service supply, and management and operation guarantee.

    Scenario marketing has become a new business model for enterprises to link consumers and improve performance in the era of Internet of Things, and it is of great significance to explore its influence mechanism. Based on the TOE framework, an analytical model of scenario marketing from the three dimensions of technology, organisation and environment was constructed, and fsQCA was applied to analyze 189 pieces of research data. The results show that a single antecedent condition is hardly necessary for high performance of enterprise scenario marketing. There are three driving paths for high performance of enterprise scenario marketing, technology-enabled innovative, environment-perception-sensitive, and digital capability-driven. This study reveals the multiple drivers and complex synergistic effects of high performance in enterprise scenario marketing, which provides useful insights for enterprises to achieve high performance through scenario marketing.

    The competency of civil airport security manager is very important to train and build a high quality control team. According to the characteristics of civil airport security management, the evaluation index system of the competency of civil airport security manager was constructed. Considering that traditional weighting methods were affected by subjective factors of evaluation experts, the OWA operator was used to determine the weight of evaluation index. Because of the incompatibility and uncertainty of evaluation index, the matter-element model was introduced to evaluate the competency of civil airport security manager. The case study shows that the matter-element evaluation method can make full use of index information and objectively evaluate the competency of civil airport security managers, which has important theoretical guiding significance for improving the competency level of civil airport security managers.

    A multi-objective hybrid optimization algorithm framework was proposed for the vehicle routing problem with time windows (VRPTW) at airport terminals, based on genetic algorithm (GA), simulated annealing (SA) and adaptive large neighborhood search (ALNS). Aiming to minimize both vehicle dispatch costs and time window penalty costs, the impact of resource sharing at cargo centers was considered. Through the use of K-means clustering, simulated annealing for optimizing the order of site visits, and genetic algorithm for classifying freight point cargo levels, the algorithm efficiently solving the problem was achieved. Experimental results show that the algorithm reduces the total cost of the cargo center by 12.46%, demonstrating the effectiveness and practicality of the model.

    Two kinds of double-hooked corrugated plate moisture separators with different draining hook structures were numerically investigated, and the gas-liquid two-phase flow model inside the corrugated plates was constructed by using computational fluid dynamics methods. The separation efficiency and pressure drop of the two corrugated plates were comparatively analyzed using the shear stress transport k-ω(SST k-ω) model and the discrete phase model(DPM) under different inlet velocity conditions. The results show that large-size droplets will be separated directly by impacting the separator wall under the effect of inertia, while small-size droplets with smaller inertia force and similar trajectory to the main stream will move with the main stream and are difficult to be captured. The draining hook structure will produce a certain amount of vortex, which will have a certain effect on the local gas flow rate of the flow field, and the main stream gas phase will bring in a portion of the droplets to increase its removal efficiency. When the inlet velocities of the SH-type and N-type corrugated plate are greater than 4 m/s and 6 m/s, respectively, the separation efficiency of the droplets with a particle size larger than 8 μm can reach 100%. When the overall separation efficiency of the two types of corrugated plates reaches 84%, the energy loss of the N-type corrugated plate is about twice as much as that of the SH-type corrugated plate. Comprehensive comparison of the pressure drop and separation efficiency of the two types of corrugated plate moisture separators with double hook, the similarities and differences in their structures, performance advantages and disadvantages were studied and analyzed.

    To ensure the flight safety of the airport, on the basis of the Technical Standards for Civil Airport Flight Areas, considering the relevant definition of the obstacle and the requirements for the size and slope of the obstacle limit surface where the flight zone grade index I is 4, Auto CAD was used to draw out the airport clearance plane graphics. The files were imported into the GIS system, the allowable height of each obstacle limit surface was calculated, different obstacle restriction surfaces was constructed, the 3 D clearance model of the civil airport was established. The obstacle layer with the restricted surface layer is superimposed to make information query on the obstacles, and get which limit surface the obstacle is located and whether the limit surface is exceeded.

    Taking into account the fairness concerns of influencers, the decision-making in a livestreaming e-commerce supply chain was investigated. Three decision-making models were established under different power structures to explore how influencers’ fairness concerns and variations in power structures affect the decisions and profits of supply chain members. The findings reveal that when influencers lead or both parties have equal power, the livestream price and profit of both the brand and influencer decrease as the fairness concern coefficient increases. Under equal power, as the influencer’s market expansion coefficient increases, the prices and profits of both the influencer and the brand increase. When the commission rate is high, the profits of both the brand and the influencer increase with the growth of the redirection rate. When the influencer leads, both parties achieve the highest profits.

    Since 2021, China has opened its three-child policy, and the relevant supporting measures to support fertility have been continuously improved at the national and local levels. However, the number of newborns and the birth rate have not met expectations. Based on the 2021 China General Social Survey (CGSS) data, the unordered multiple classification Logistic regression model was used to explore the impact of the number of children on the labor force participation of reproductive women.The results show that the increase in the number of children will reduce the participation level of reproductive women in non-agricultural labor and increase the probability of non-participation in work. In addition, women’s age, education level, spouse’s labor participation status, spouse’s annual income, family residence, whether they live with their spouse, and family annual income all affect the labor participation status of women of childbearing age.

    From the perspective of a closed-loop supply chain, the information bias related to carbon emissions from lithium-ion battery manufacturers and operational cost discrepancies among new energy vehicle manufacturers and third-party recyclers was examined by constructing a Stackelberg game model encompassing three distinct recycling modes. Through numerical examples, the behavior of information biases, individual profits and total profits across these recycling modes was analyzed. The findings indicate that both carbon emission biases and operational cost discrepancies are directly correlated with the individual profits and overall profitability of all stakeholders within the supply chain. Notably, the R/T-M mode yields the highest total profit and should be prioritized in practical applications. Furthermore, as carbon trading prices increase, there is an observable trend where profits for all parties initially decline before subsequently rising.

    Adjusting industrial structure to improve regional environmental performance is an important means for the government to promote local environmental protection. Taking 30 provinces in China(due to the lack of data, the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Tibet Autonomous Region, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province) as case studies, fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was used to explore the impact of their configuration effects on regional environmental performance from four dimensions: industrial structure upgrading, rationalization, specialization and diversification. The findings are as follows. ①Regional environmental performance has the characteristics of “reaching the same destination”, that is, two different condition configurations can achieve high regional environmental performance. There are two driving mechanisms to achieve high regional environmental performance, namely, the industry-professionalization-oriented model and the industry-professionalization-rationalization model. ② None of the four dimensions of industrial structure can be regarded as the core condition for producing high regional environmental performance alone, but the specialization of industrial structure plays a more universal role as the key condition. It has further enriched the theoretical system of the relationship between industrial structure and environmental performance, and the research conclusions can provide decision-making reference for various regions to formulate scientific and reasonable industrial structure adjustment policies to improve regional environmental performance.

    Cultural and creative industry is not only a new engine of economic growth, but also an important driving force for cultural and social development. Based on the modified spatial gravity model and social network analysis method, combined with the relevant data from 2000 to 2019, the spatial correlation and network structure evolution characteristics of China’s cultural and creative industries were studied and analyzed. The results show that the scale of China’s cultural and creative industries continues to expand, and the spatial correlation intensity increases year by year, and always presents an extreme distribution pattern of “strong in the east and weak in the west”. The core-periphery structure of China’s cultural and creative industries is obvious, with the core area more concentrated in the eastern coastal area and the fringe area mainly distributed in the western area of China. China’s cultural and creative industries have become more and more closely connected, forming a cohesive subgroup with close internal relations. The internal connections of subgroups are relatively stable, but the overall connections still have great shortcomings. There are different spillover relationships among the “main beneficiary”, “two-way spillover” and “broker” subgroups, and they play an important role in the whole network.

    With the continuous innovation of agricultural modernization and digitalization technologies, the construction of digital agriculture has become a core topic for agricultural development. Based on the sample data of 31 provincial models(due to the lack of data, the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province)from 2011 to 2022 in China, the entropy weight method was used to measure the index of China’s digital agriculture construction level and an empirical analysis was conducted to verify the impact of fiscal support for agriculture on digital agriculture construction. Furthermore, the mechanism of how the agricultural technological environment affected digital agriculture construction was explored and the threshold effect of urbanization rate was examined. The study finds that fiscal support for agriculture can significantly promote the level of China’s digital agriculture construction, and this conclusion holds in various robustness tests. Moreover, the agricultural technological environment positively moderates the development of digital agriculture in China. The exploratory analysis shows that fiscal support for agriculture has a particularly significant promotion effect on the digital agriculture construction of the eastern region. The threshold effect analysis reveals the differential impact of urbanization rate on digital agriculture construction. The interactive relationship and future trend between fiscal support for agriculture and digital agriculture construction are summarized, and development suggestions of strengthening policy coordination, promoting technological innovation, and promoting deep integration of agriculture and digitalization are put forward, aiming to provide reference and guidance for the sustainable development of China’s agriculture.

    Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022, the principal component analysis and PVAR model were used to empirically test the evolution of the dynamic relationship between digital economy, human capital agglomeration and regional income gap. The results show that there is a dynamic two-way reciprocal relationship between human capital agglomeration and regional income gap, and regional development is promoted in a coordinated manner. The substitution effect between the digital economy and human capital factors is dominant, and the development of the digital economy is not conducive to the accumulation of regional human capital in the short term, which in turn widens the income gap between local and developed regions. In the long run, although the development of the digital economy still squeezes out human capital, it can narrow the regional income gap with its sharing and spatial spillover effect.

    To study the impact of digital inclusive finance on the upgrading of marine industry structure, panel data from 11 coastal provinces and cities from 2011 to 2020 were selected. The fixed effects model and mediation effect test model were used to empirically analyze the impact and mechanism of digital inclusive finance on the upgrading of marine industry structure. It is found that digital inclusive finance and its three sub dimensions can promote the upgrading of the marine industry structure. The positive promotion effect of digital inclusive finance on the northern and southern marine economic circles is more significant than that on the eastern marine economic circle. Marine technology innovation and human capital play an intermediary role in this transmission process.

    Green finance can provide financial support and guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. A panel fixed-effect model was constructed based on the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2022, with the objective of analyzing the impact of green finance on the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The empirical results demonstrate that green finance plays a pivotal role in facilitating the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Green technology innovation serves as a partial intermediary between green finance and manufacturing transformation, indirectly promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. Additionally, the impact of green finance on manufacturing transformation exhibits regional heterogeneity.

    Based on the relevant theories of product packaging design and ecological environmental literacy, the current situation and influencing factors of product packaging design of fruit juice drinks were investigated and studied, and the impact of consumers’ ecological environmental literacy on consumption behavior was analyzed. It is found that the enterprise has taken moderately and creative packaging strategy for fruit juice beverage sales has positive significance in promoting. Different factors, such as gender, urban-rural difference, consumption concept, consumer psychology and advertising content, all have different effects on product packaging strategy. The consumption concept of green environmentalism has a positive guiding effect on product packaging design.

    In order to effectively enhance the service quality of airports, the optimal scaling method was employed to conduct a spatio-temporal characteristic analysis of the airport passenger complaint data from the official website of the Civil Aviation Administration of China from 2010 to 2018. The following conclusions are as follows. Regarding temporal characteristics, passengers pay more attention to comfortance during the transportation off-season, punctuality during the transportation peak season, and convenience during the transportation low season. Regarding spatial characteristics, the complaint themes in East China and Central-South China regions are more inclined towards comfort, those in Southwest and North China regions are more inclined towards punctuality, those in Northwest and Northeast regions are more inclined towards convenience, and those in Xinjiang region are more concerned about safety. Countermeasure suggestions are provided to tailor measures to suit local conditions to the specific time and manage the whole process of the dealing about complaints.

    With the rapid development of the automotive industry, digital production has become the key to improve the efficiency and quality of automotive assembly production lines. A digital production system scheme for automobile assembly production line was studied and designed. Through in-depth analysis of the existing production system, the production process data was provided for MES system based on IoT system, so as to realize the overall architecture of the digital production system. It was focused on improving the transparency, predictability and flexibility of the production process, with the aim of improving production efficiency, reducing costs and optimizing resource allocation. Through practical application verification, it is significantly improved the digitalization level of the automotive assembly production line. Compared with traditional production lines, labor costs, improves production efficiency is saved, and strong support is provided for the sustainable development of the automotive industry.

    Scientific and technological innovation is an important driving force to achieve sustainable and high-quality development and transformation and upgrading of the industry. Taking innovation input, innovation output and innovation support as the main evaluation indexes, an evaluation system of science and technology innovation capability for hardware industry was designed and constructed. Taking the hardware industry of Yongkang in Zhejiang Province as an example, TOPSIS method was used to test and analyze the reasonability and effectiveness of the constructed evaluation system, and an empirical analysis of the four major industries of cup industry, door industry, other daily hardware and tool hardware was made in Yongkang, Zhejiang Province. Corresponding construction countermeasures are put forward. The relevant research results have certain guiding value for the promotion of scientific and technological innovation ability and industry optimization and upgrading of the hardware industry.

    It is of great significance to study the overall status and development direction of China’s coal mine intelligent technology for enterprise technology research and development and policy formulation. Taking the patent of intelligent technology in coal mine as the research object, the LDA theme model was used to carry out research and predict the development trend from the aspects of patent measurement and technical theme. The main results show that the intelligent technology of coal mines in China is in the development stage. Patents are divided into 10 technical topics, among which “intelligent mining face” has the largest number of patent applications and continues to increase, which is a hot spot for R&D. “Disaster prevention and control” “intelligent transportation dispatching system” “intelligent video surveillance system” “intelligent centralized control system” “intelligent algorithm”patent applications are relatively large, “geological monitoring” “gas and coal dust monitoring”are growing rapidly, and the development prospects of the above technologies are good. The number of applications for “information infrastructure” is small and has not changed significantly, and the number of applications for “mining special robots” is low, and the R&D and application capabilities need to be improved urgently.

    Addressing the issue of how breakthrough innovation alliances in emerging industries dynamically evolve, a system generation theory perspective was adopted to analyze the evolution mechanism of these alliances. A longitudinal single-case study of the biopharmaceutical industry was conducted. Based on the case analysis, utilizing a combined inductive and deductive reasoning approach, a two-stage evolutionary game model was further developed to explore the emergence patterns of breakthrough innovation alliances in emerging industries. The research indicates that leading enterprises, affiliated enterprises, external enterprises and academic research institutions constitute the core layer of these alliances. The evolution of the alliances can be divided into two stages including formation and stabilization. During the formation stage, the distribution of benefits positively influences the willingness to cooperate among alliance members. The cooperation willingness of leading enterprises follows a U-shaped trend with the increasing difficulty of knowledge matching, while tax rate changes have a minimal impact. In the stabilization stage, leading enterprises maintain a stable positive willingness to cooperate, affiliated enterprises are prone to “free-riding” behavior, and academic research institutions shift from an initial brief U-shaped fluctuation to a positive willingness to cooperate. Theoretical support and practical insights are provided for fostering breakthrough innovation alliances in emerging industries from an evolutionary perspective.

    In this study, a comprehensive bibliometric method and knowledge graph technology were used to systematically analyze artificial inteligence and labor employment. The results show that since 2016, the number of articles published in this field has entered a rapid development stage. The core research institutions are concentrated in the education industry. There is a significant overlap in the co-occurrence of keywords of the research themes, which are all focused on the keywords of “artificial intelligence” “robotics” “employment”. The evolution of research hotspots goes through three phases, such as technology focus period (2018-2021), impact exploration period (2021-2022) and application differentiation period (2022-2024). The research provides experience for future research on labor force employment in the context of artificial intelligence, and provides strong support for strategy formulation and practical exploration in related fields.

    To promote urban-rural integration and establish an internal circulation channel between urban and rural areas, it is necessary to facilitate the flow, interaction and balanced allocation of the four dimensions of people, land, industry and governance. Taking Longweiba Village in Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province as a case study, the symbiosis theory from ecology to analyze the synergistic dynamic evolution process of “people-land-industry-governance” in rural areas was employed. Based on the framework of “symbiotic unit-symbiotic environment-symbiotic mode” derived from symbiosis theory, a synergistic development path for rural areas was proposed, in order to activate the vitality of rural population, land, industry, governance and other elements, achieve new endogenous rural development, and provide referential experiences and suggestions for other rural areas.

    Aiming to study the driving effect of industrial digitalization on the high-quality development of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province was mainly studied, the data of Liaoning Province from 2013 to 2022 was used as the research sample, entropy method and DEA-Malmquist index were used respectively to measure the high-quality development level of industrial digitalization and equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province. On this basis, the ordinary least square method to do empirical research was used. The research shows that industrial digitalization has a significant driving effect on the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, which is significantly positive at the level of 1%. The application of digital technology should be strengthened to achieve quality and efficiency improvement and digital transformation and upgrading, so as to realize the high-quality development of the equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province.

    The western part of Liaoning province is rich in tourism and leisure resources, and has great geographical advantages for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, but there are some problems such as unclear market positioning, lacking brand construction, insufficient promotion, incomplete infrastructure and supporting facilities and so on.     Accelerating the orderly transfer of the manufacturing industry holds significant strategic importance for enhancing the level of new urbanization in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt to achieve coordinated development. Based on the Spatial Durbin SDM model, the impact mechanism of the transfer of the manufacturing industry in the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was analyzed from 2011 to 2022 on new urbanization. The results demonstrate spatial negative autocorrelation between the transfer of the manufacturing industry and urbanization in the middle and upper reaches of the cities, indicating that excessive undertaking of industrial transfer may have adverse effects on local urbanization. Further analysis reveals that due to regional heterogeneity, the negative spatial spillover effect of manufacturing industry transfer on urbanization is more significant in the middle reaches than in the upper reaches.

    Based on the integration model of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Planning Behavior Theory (TPB), taking rural water purification equipment as an example, policy regulations were introduced to study the safety of rural drinking water. The results show that perceived ease of use is a key factor affecting the willingness of rural consumers to use water purification equipment. Policy regulation has a significant impact on the willingness to use water purification equipment. Perceptual ease of use has a positive impact on subjective norms, behavioral attitudes and perceptual behavior control. Policy regulation has a negative impact on behavioral attitudes and perceptual behavior control. Behavioral attitude and perceptual behavior control also play a key role in determining the willingness to use water purification equipment, while subjective norms have no significant impact on the willingness of rural consumers to use water purification equipment.

    In order to promote the high-quality development of the six provinces in the central region, the comprehensive evaluation indexes of the three major systems of population, economy and resources and environment in the central region were firstly measured, then the spatial and temporal evolution patterns were analyzed through the construction of the coupled coordination model of the three systems and the three time sections were selected, and finally the obstacle degree model was used to explore the main influencing factors of the coordinated development of the coupled systems. The results show that the comprehensive evaluation scores of the population and economic subsystems are generally on the rise within the study interval, and the level of coupled coordination is also steadily increasing. The resource and environment subsystem is an important constraint on the coordinated development of the three systems in the central region, and the per capita liquefied petroleum gas consumption is the main obstacle factor.

    Based on the analysis of the development situation of gazelle enterprises in Fujian Province, 19 variables were designed to analyze the innovation ecosystem from four dimensions of innovation ability, scientific research environment, factor cooperation and location development, and the influencing factors were quantified. Six variables were selected by LASSO regression and elastic net regression and included in the random forest for empirical analysis. According to the degree of importance, the influencing factors are ranked in order of the number of inventors, human capital, the number of utility model and design patents, patent citations, technical relevance, and population density. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward, such as tapping the potential and vitality of innovation subjects, improving the construction of innovation platforms, optimizing the structure of human capital, and improving the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.

    Financial S&T expenditure is very important for promoting national S&T innovation and high-quality development. Firstly, the LP method was applied to measure the total factor productivity of enterprises and the economic transformation ability of fiscal S&T expenditures in Xi’an city was discussed. Secondly, taking the Xi’an listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2022 as samples, an empirical research on how fiscal S&T expenditures affect the TFP of enterprises was conducted through the method of matching with macro data. The results show that increasing the intensity of fiscal S&T expenditures helps to improve enterprise total economic productivity. In view of this, in order to improve the total industrial productivity of enterprises in Xi’an and to play the role of leverage of fiscal S&T inputs on economic development, not only the input-output structure of fiscal S&T expenditures should be considered, but also relevant suggestions should be put forward from the government’s point of view.

    To evaluate the comprehensive benefits of urban renewal, Shijiazhuang City was selected as the main research object, with Zhengzhou City serving as a reference. Based on urban renewal data from 2014 to 2022, an index system encompassing economic, social and environmental benefits was constructed. The comprehensive benefits of urban renewal in these cities were quantitatively analyzed using DEA and EWM methods. The results indicate that Shijiazhuang’s urban regeneration benefits from 2015 to 2017 are not DEA-efficient, exhibiting an increasing trend in the coefficient of returns to scale, and a large input redundancy and output insufficiency rate. In contrast, for the remaining years, the results demonstrate strong DEA efficiency with constant returns to scale, and input redundancy and output insufficiency rates remained at normal levels. Meanwhile, Zhengzhou exhibits strong DEA efficiency with constant returns to scale throughout the entire period. In terms of input and output levels, Shijiazhuang’s urban renewal from 2014 to 2018 is characterized by low input and low output. In 2019, it shifts to low input and high output, and from 2020 to 2022, transitions to high input and high output. Shijiazhuang’s urban renewal efforts primarily focuses on social rights and interests, while Zhengzhou emphasizes economic benefits. The comprehensive benefit score of urban renewal in Shijiazhuang shows an upward trend from 2014 to 2022, with rapid growth before 2018 and slower growth after 2019. Zhengzhou’s comprehensive benefit score follows a similar upward trajectory, although at a lower level than Shijiazhuang. Finally, suggestions for urban renewal development are provided to offer valuable insights for high-quality urban development.

    Facing global environmental and resource challenges, achieving harmonious coexistence between resources, environment and economic development is the key to high-quality regional economic development. Using China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) as the data source, relevant core journal articles published from 2004 to 2023 were selected to create a knowledge graph through CiteSpace, revealing the growth trend and hot areas of decoupling theory in regional economic development research. The importance of decoupling theory in promoting the development of low-carbon and green industries is emphasized, and low-carbon economy, green development and circular economy have become research hotspots. Future research should deepen empirical analysis of decoupling theory, expand its applications, and promote multidimensional cooperation to achieve the “dual carbon” goal.

    Taking the distribution of medical institutions in the main urban area of Fuzhou City as the research object, the medical resources in the main urban area were divided into five categories, based on the Point of Interest(POI) data of various medical resources, and using geospatial analysis methods such as kernel density estimation, standard deviation ellipse and geographic detector, the spatial pattern and influencing factors of medical resources in the main urban area of Fuzhou City were analyzed. The conclusions are as follows. The medical resources in the main urban area of Fuzhou are significantly clustered, with the strongest clustering effect in healthcare; At the same time, the distribution of medical resources in the central urban area is uneven, with an overall trend of northwest southeast, and there are significantly fewer medical resources at the boundaries of the urban area. The overall center of medical resources in Fuzhou urban area shifted from that of various types of centers, and there were differences in the degree of center deviation in different medical institutions, and the direction of clinics was the most significant. The spatial heterogeneity of the number of medical institutions in the main urban area is affected by factors such as economy, population, and government support, among which the proportion of the population aged 15~59, 60 and above, and the proportion of government health expenditure have the greatest impact. The distribution of medical resources in Fuzhou is affected by the interaction of multiple factors, and the interaction of each driving factor has a more significant driving effect on the spatial differentiation of resource quantity.

    Utilizing data from Fuzhou and Xiamen in Fujian Province from 2013 to 2022, extreme heat waves were employed as the focal point to conduct a comprehensive statistical assessment of vulnerability across three dimensions such as risk exposure, sensitivity and adaptability. Furthermore, the influencing factors of extreme heat waves were examined using geographically weighted regression and geographic detector models. The findings reveal that disparities in geographical environmental conditions and socio-economic development levels between Fuzhou and Xiamen have resulted in varying degrees of extreme heat waves in both cities, with Xiamen demonstrating heightened vulnerability across multiple indicators. The resident population size, level of economic development and green space coverage within urban areas exert significant influence on extreme heat waves. Specifically, GDP and green space coverage yield negative impacts while the resident population yields positive effects. Additionally, financial resources and technological infrastructure also moderately impact the occurrence of extreme heat waves in both cities. Therefore, amidst global climate change and frequent meteorological disasters, optimizing population distribution alongside waterways is imperative along with augmenting urban greening initiatives to enhance vegetation coverage rates while concurrently improving infrastructure construction to ensure economic development aligns harmoniously with ecological benefits.

    Based on the panel data of 11 provinces in the western region from 2012—2021, the concept of high-quality development was added on the basis of the existing research, and the index system was constructed in combination with the connotation of agricultural and rural modernization, and the entropy method, Dagum Gini coefficient, kernel density estimation and grey correlation analysis were used to empirically analyze them. The results show that the overall high-quality development level of agricultural and rural modernization in western China shows a positive trend, and there are significant regional differences. The level of economic development, the level of financial support for agriculture and the level of science and technology are the main factors driving the high-quality development of agricultural and rural modernization in the western region. Based on this, feasible recommendations are proposed.

    The exploration of geological structures in coal mine plate tunnel based has always been one of the difficulties in mining engineering. Traditional methods such as geological drilling are affected by factors such as groundwater and rock deformation, making it difficult to accurately survey. A new geological structure exploration technology was proposed based on inversion layer control method to address this issue, which was of great significance for improving the level of geological structure exploration technology in plate tunnel based and enhancing mining production safety and efficiency. On the basis of introducing the theory and principles of layer control method, its advantages and characteristics in geological structure exploration were elaborated on, and the specific application process and methods of this technology in geological structure exploration of plate tunnel based were described in detail, mainly including data acquisition, processing, analysis and interpretation processes. The results show that this method can effectively identify and interpret large geological structures such as faults, folds, etc. in the geological structure exploration of the Changping Mine bottom pumping roadway, providing accurate geological basis for the design and construction of the roadway. This technology has strong feasibility and reliability.

    With the continuous improvement of infrastructure, the issue of internal damage in the semi-rigid base layer structure of heavy traffic highways is becoming increasingly prominent. Particularly, the maintenance and reinforcement of semi-rigid base layers represent one of the urgent challenges that need to be addressed. Based on the South China Expressway project, the effectiveness of semi-rigid base layer grouting reinforcement was investigated. Five different grouting materials were used to treat the internal structure of the road surface. Three-dimensional ground penetrating radar and a falling weight reflectometer were combined to assess changes in internal damage and load-bearing capacity before and after grouting. Simultaneously, a evaluation system was constructed to assess the internal structure of the road surface treated with grouting,and analyze which grouting material achieves the best reinforcement effect based on indicators such as crack reduction coefficient(CRC), carrying capacity improvement coefficient(CIC) and repair uniformity coefficient(RUC). After evaluation, the grouting reinforcement effectiveness on the internal structure of the road surface by the five grouting materials is as follows: high-strength polymer(with waterproofing agent)>high-strength polymer(without waterproofing agent)>low-strength polymer(with waterproofing agent)>geopolymer>low-strength polymer(without waterproofing agent).

    In practical operation, GIS mechanical failure is a major cause of accidents. In recent years, the proportion of accidents caused by mechanical failures has gradually increased. However, there are few reports in existing research on the specific process of mechanical failures, how to effectively handle such failures, and how to prevent accidents caused by them. A chain accident caused by a mechanical failure of a GIS equipment isolation switch was introduced. Taking the chain accident of two consecutive trips and two main transformers losing power in sequence caused by mechanical problems of the isolation knife switch in the GIS composite electrical equipment of a 110 kV substation as an example, through the investigation and analysis of the operating mode, protection action, and unpacking inspection results before the GIS fault, the occurrence process of this accident was depicted, and the analysis results of this accident were given. Corresponding rectification suggestions are proposed, providing a typical basis for the production, installation and operation of GIS equipment.

    Under the context of open innovation and cross-boundary integration, the study of the impact mechanism of knowledge search on innovation performance, based on a sample of 114 information technology enterprises listed on the ChiNext from 2015 to 2017, is of paramount importance. The findings reveal that exploratory search has a significant positive impact on corporate innovation performance, while exploitative search has a significant negative impact. Furthermore, absorptive capacity fully mediates the relationship between exploratory search and innovation performance, and partially mediates the relationship between exploitative search and innovation performance. These findings suggest that information technology enterprises should strengthen exploratory search and enhance absorptive capacity to optimize their innovation performance.

    At present, the scale of China-ASEAN trade cooperation has expanded, and its impact on China’s carbon emissions should not be underestimated. The LMDI method was used to study China’s carbon emissions from 2013 to 2022 using China-ASEAN trade as an influencing factor. The results show that the energy carbon emission intensity effect, the import trade effect of China and ASEAN, the economic development level effect, the terms of trade effect and the population size effect are the factors that promote carbon emissions. The energy intensity effect and the counter-effect of China-ASEAN export trade are the factors that inhibit carbon emissions. In order to reduce the impact of various factors on carbon emissions, it is necessary to optimize the industrial structure, develop and use energy-saving technologies, improve the terms of trade between the two sides and optimize import trade.

    ESG is highly compatible with the concept of sustainability in China, and there is no clear conclusion on the impact of ESG performance on the dual innovation of enterprises. Taking Shanghai-Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2022 as the research sample, the impact of ESG performance on enterprise exploratory innovation and utilization innovation was deeply studied, how ESG performance promotes the improvement of enterprise dual innovation ability was analyzed, and the impact effect of enterprise ESG performance on enterprise dual innovation was empirically examined. The research finds that ESG performance has a significant promotion effect on the promotion of the enterprise dual innovation ability, and the better the ESG performance, the stronger the promotion effect on the enterprise innovation of utilization. The mechanism analysis shows that the good ESG performance improves the dual innovation ability by alleviating financing constraints, and the risk taking level has a significant positive impact on the improvement of the utilization innovation ability. The heterogeneous analysis shows that the promotion effect of ESG performance on the dual innovation is more significant in non-state-owned enterprises and listed companies located in central China. Digital transformation plays a positive regulatory role in the influence of ESG performance on the dual innovation.

    With the rapid development of the digital economy, optimizing the digital business environment has become a key approach for countries to enhance their economic competitiveness. The roles and interaction mechanisms between the government, enterprises, and financial institutions in this process still require in-depth exploration. Based on the context of digital transformation, the triparte evolutionary game between the government, enterprises and financial institutions in the optimization of the digital business environment was investigated. Through literature analysis, the interactions and strategy choices of each actor in the digitalization process were examined, and a triparte evolutionary game model was constructed. The dynamic evolutionary paths of the actors under different strategy combinations were simulated using replicator dynamic equations, and the model’s validity was verified through numerical simulations using Matlab. The results indicate that government policy support, enterprise digital transformation and financial institutions’ financing services are closely linked in the process of optimizing the business environment. The synergy between the three can effectively enhance the overall level of the digital business environment. Theoretical foundations and practical references are provided for promoting the development of the digital economy and optimizing the business environment.
