Accurate detection of hidden water hazards can effectively reduce the probability of hidden dangers, and exploring more efficient technical methods and using high-precision detection instruments are effective ways to solve this problem. Multi-polarized magnetotelluric technology (MPMT) measures electric field polarization at different polar distances at a common center point to obtain Kania resistivity at different polar distances, thereby obtaining more dimensional electric field data, local anomalies, and background data, which can more efficiently meet the needs of geological body detection in complex geological environments. According to the hydrogeological conditions of the Huanglan mining area, the multi-polarized magnetotelluric method was used to carry out work, analyze its application effect and electrical properties of the mining area, and prove the effectiveness of the method through known water body experiments and apply it to the whole area of water hazard exploration. The comparison between the interpretation results and the actual excavation conditions of later tunnels proves the accuracy of the method, providing a scientific basis for the design of drainage tunnels, drainage measures, and safety prevention of groundwater in the Huanglan mining area.
In previous studies, incomplete extraction of logging curve features and simpler model construction resulted in limited porosity prediction accuracy. In order to improve the prediction accuracy,the self-encoder, long and short-term memory network and the Attention mechanism were combined to construct the AE-LSTM-AT (auto-encoder-long short-term memory network-attention mechanism)model. the AE (self-encoder) unifies the feature distributions of the source domain data and the target domain data into the same space, in order to reduce the interference of the magnitude changes on the model due to the differences in data distribution, the modified LSTM(long short-term memory network) reduces the number of parameters while enhances the feature impact of distant time steps and reduces information pollution, and the introduction of the Attention mechanism dynamically calculates the attention weight of each time step, thus focusing on the key features more accurately and improving the performance and performance of the model in processing sequence data. a control group including MLP(multilayer perceptron machine) and LSTM was set up, and four sets of comparison experiments were conducted. It is proved that the model structure of has superior results in the problems of long-term prediction and cross-domain prediction.
In response to the complex geological conditions of Yangquan Fifth Mine in Lu’an Chemical Group, which have resulted in the waste of a large amount of coal resources, the main reasons for the high loss rate of coal mines was analyzed. Targeted methods were proposed to improve coal mine resource recovery, including enhancing the foresight, accuracy, and effectiveness of geological prediction and forecasting, strictly formulating the management measures for top coal caving, reasonably adjusting the coal cutting and discharging processes, strengthening communication between functional departments and frontline production units, and enhancing supervision of coal transportation, washing and processing processes. By taking the above measures, the recovery of coal resources can improve greatly.
In order to help realizing the national “double carbon target”, it is necessary to explor oilfield recovery technology in-depth. Yanchang Oilfield has established two pilot test areas, an engineering demonstration site, and determined to start the planning of CCUS(carbon capture, utilization, and storage) project with an annual injection volume of 5 million tons, but there are some limitations and deficiencies in the existing CO2 injection and extraction process. The current situation and characteristics of CO2-driven injection and extraction technology in oilfields were systematically described, the problems in field application were thoroughly discussed. A series of improvements and refinements are proposed in injection and extraction wellheads, tubing columns, ancillary tools and anticorrosion measures, etc., to form an injection and extraction technology that meets the demand of prolonging the 360 000 ton annual injection volume of low-permeability reservoirs. The next direction of CO2 drive injection and extraction technology is proposed in order to provide reference and guidance for the development of the subsequent million-ton CCUS injection and extraction technology and supporting technology of Yanchang.
On June 10, 2022, a 6.0-magnitude earthquake occurred in Caodeng Township, Marcang City, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The earthquake not only caused a large number of landslides and landslides, but also caused seismic cracking and deformation of the slope rock and soil mass. Taking the K39+280~K39+390 section of the newly built provincial road S220 from Ribu to Muerzha Bridge in the earthquake stricken area as an example, the rainfall disaster mechanism and prevention technology after slope seismic cracking and damage was studied. It is found that during seismic activity, the seismic Bora shear effect promotes the expansion of rock joints and fissures, leading to the relaxation of soil structures. As a result, seismic cracking damage is widespread and has a significant impact on slope stability. The pores, joints, and fissures in the rock and soil structure of earthquake damaged slopes have good permeability, which is conducive to rainfall infiltration, resulting in a rapid increase in soil moisture content during the rainfall process. Joint fissures continuously accumulate water, and the entire earthquake damaged deformation body gradually reaches saturation during the rainfall process, forming high-value water pressure near the potential failure surface. In addition, the lubrication and softening effects of pore water and joint fissure water reduce the frictional resistance between soil particles and rock structural surfaces, leading to a decrease in shear strength and promoting the stability of the deformation body to continuously decline until instability. Earthquake damaged slopes can be prevented and controlled by point surface combination. In areas with severe earthquake damage and deformation, frame anchor rods can be used for overall slope protection, while dangerous rock falling blocks are generally developed but relatively weak. The slope surface adopts the method of retaining at the foot of the slope (concrete retaining wall+steel grating) take protective measures.
In order to explore the disturbance mechanism of shield construction on composite strata,taking the coastal composite strata as an example, and relying on the Fuzhou Coastal Line, the disturbance mechanism of shield tunneling in composite strata was investigated.A refined numerical model of shield tunneling was established based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and four parameters were considered, including face support pressure, grouting pressure, jack thrust, and cutterhead torque. After validating the model with on-site monitoring data, the settlement patterns of five composite strata traversed by the shield tunneling in the actual project were examined. The results show that the closer to the excavation area of the shield machine, the greater the disturbance; when the tunnel passes through composite strata, it causes more significant cutting in the softer layer, increasing soil disturbance.
Aiming at the problem of profit distribution in a double closed-loop supply chain with manufacturers(M), recyclers(R) and ladder utilizers(T) as the main body, centralized decision-making, decentralized decision-making, MR decision-making and RT decision-making models were constructed. The optimal solutions for the supply chain members through the Stackelberg game were analyzed. The Shapley value was improved based on the three influencing factors, and the improved Shapley value was utilized to redistribute the profits of the supply chain’s participating bodies.The results show that the cooperation among supply chain members can effectively improve the overall profit of the supply chain and the profit of the members, low-capacity batteries have a high cost advantage, realizing a win-win situation in terms of profit and the environment, the profit distribution scheme proposed by improving the Shapley value increases the profit of the ladder utilizers, improves the cooperation of the ladder utilizers and the ladder utilizing motivation, and promotes the fairness of profit distribution in the supply chain and the stability of the supply chain cooperative alliance. It promotes the fairness of supply chain profit distribution and the stability of supply chain cooperative alliance.
In order to solve the safety problem of aviation dangerous goods transportation, under the perspective of social responsibility, a three-party evolutionary game model with the subjects being the government, airlines and shippers was constructed, and the strategy choices under different conditions were analyzed. MATLAB was used to numerically simulate the important parameters to explore the effects of the sensitivity changes of the penalty, the government’s active regulation cost, the success rate of active regulation, the airline’s violation revenue and the shipper’s management cost on the evolution of the system. The results show that the government’s penalty and the success rate of active regulation are positive incentives for shippers and airlines, and the government should increase the penalty in order to effectively solve the safety problem of air dangerous goods transportation.
The delay diffusion phenomenon caused by large-scale flight delays has a significant impact on air traffic networks. In order to better predict and control delay diffusion, a delay diffusion prediction model combining convolutional neural network (CNN) and traditional epidemiological SEIR(susceptible-exposed-infectious-recovered) model is proposed for the nonlinear and complex characteristics of flight delay diffusion, as well as for the difficulty of combining real-time and accuracy. Based on the flight delay diffusion propagation mechanism and SEIR model, a flight delay diffusion dynamics model was established, and the key parameters in the model are optimized by convolutional neural network. The optimized model was simulated using MATLAB, and the accuracy was improved by 17.95% compared with the traditional SEIR model after combining the CNN model.

In the era of digital economy, smartphones have become an indispensable tool for modern people.However, the silver-haired people often face the problem of “difficult to use” when using smartphones and other intelligent products. In order to study the impact of smartphone use on the subjective well-being of the elderly, a questionnaire survey and field visits were conducted among the elderly in some areas of Hunan Province, and the happiness-related statements in the survey data were extracted, and descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to determine the factors that affect the subjective well-being of the elderly as well as the well-being score index. The results show that the use of smartphones has a positive impact on the subjective well-being of the elderly, which not only improves the quality of life of the elderly and promotes their enjoyment of the technological dividends of the times, but also facilitates the work of active aging and the comprehensive development of society.
Different types of leadership utilizing signaling strategies in a digital context can have different impacts on employee breakthrough creativity. Drawing from the signaling theory, 288 samples of leaders and subordinates from governmental departments in Southwest China were examined to explore the influence mechanisms of ethical leadership and mindful leadership on employees’ radical creativity, and the predictive effects on radical creativity were compared. The results show that ethical leadership and mindful leadership foster employees’ radical creativity, ethical leadership has a higher predictive effect on employees’ radical creativity than mindful leadership, artificial intelligence awareness negatively moderates between the two leadership styles and radical creativity, respectively.

Promoting the coordinated development of high economic quality and ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province is conducive to realizing the goal of “double carbon” in the region. Based on the panel data of the Yellow River Basin urban agglomeration in Shandong Province from 2015 to 2022, a coupling coordination degree model of economic high quality and ecological protection was constructed and an empirical analysis was conducted to explore the coordinated development relationship between the two. The results show that the development level of high economic quality and ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin of Shandong Province is on the rise. The regional coupling coordination level showed a trend of “moderate coordination-high coordination”, the distribution of each urban area was uneven, and the coupling coordination type showed a trend of “low imbalance-moderate coordination-high coordination”. In the analysis of driving factors, the full-time equivalent of R&D personnel, the number of authorized applications for three kinds of domestic patents, and the application amount of agricultural fertilizer have significant hindrance.

Taking the integrated development of cultural and tourism industries in Yangquan urban area as the research object, the potential of cultural tourism resources, basic conditions for urban-rural integration, surrounding consumption base, and government support measures were evaluated. Then, the overall positioning, spatial layout, and market group positioning were analyzed. Based on the analysis of development potential and positioning, the planning and layout were carried out with a focus on the Baituan Battle Site Park. Finally, research on marketing methods and security measures was conducted. The research results indicate that tourism resources are abundant and have enormous development potential in Yangquan. The planning layout is operable. The implementation of marketing methods is strong and the guarantee measures can fully ensure sustainable development.
An evaluation index system for agricultural science and technology (S&T) innovation capacity and agricultural high-quality development was constructed using the entropy method. By integrating these indices with a binary system coupling coordination degree model, the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree for provincial-level administrative regions from 2010 to 2020 were calculated. It is found that the agricultural S&T innovation capacity and the comprehensive index of agricultural high-quality development have shown a significant upward trend since 2010, reflecting the thorough implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy in the agricultural sector. The comprehensive index of agricultural high-quality development displays a distinct regional hierarchy: east > central > west > northeast. The eastern region leads in agricultural S&T innovation capacity, followed by the central and northeastern regions, with the western region showing relatively weaker innovation capacity. While the interaction between agricultural S&T innovation capacity and agricultural high-quality development is strong, the depth of this positive interaction remains limited. The system coupling degree has gradually increased and is nearing 1, indicating more frequent interactions between the two systems. However, the coupling coordination degree is significantly lower than the coupling degree, suggesting that the positive interactions between the systems are insufficient, and the potential synergies between them have not been fully realized. In response, several policy recommendations are proposed, including accelerating new quality agricultural productivity, improving the institutional mechanisms for agricultural S&T innovation, capitalizing on the advantages of the burgeoning digital technology sector, and advancing the development of smart agriculture.

Analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the development of Beijing’s quantum industry from the perspective of technical information, and putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, has important reference value for accelerating the development of Beijing’s quantum industry.Based on the quantitative analysis of the patent information in the global patent database incoPat, the development trend of quantum frontier technology was identified. Combined with the development basis of Beijing’s quantum field and the impact of the United States on China’s scientific and technological restrictions since 2021, the advantages and challenges of Beijing’s quantum industry development were analyzed. At last, the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Beijing’s quantum industry are put forward in order to provide reference for Beijing to accelerate the high-quality development of the quantum industry.
Taking regional airport in Henan Province and provincial airport group formed by Wuhan and Xi’an as the research object, the homogenization of regional airport development is studied. According to the characteristics of the airport, the form of the homogeneity of each dimension was deconstructed, the multi-dimensional index was established, and the homogeneity level of each characteristic index was measured. Taking four airport clusters in Henan as an example, the homogenization level was evaluated. According to the calculation results, ArcGIS software was used to draw the homogeneity level of regional airports in Henan Province. The findings reveal that Xinzheng Airport demonstrates high autonomy and international connectivity, whereas Nanyang and Luoyang airports, located in western and southern Henan, face issues of route similarity and identical airport positioning. Additionally, the close proximity between Nanyang and Xinyang airports hampers their expansion due to the limited scale of each city.Consequently, drawing from these outcomes, specific strategies for the coordinated development of Henan Province’s airports were proposed, in order to reduce homogenization according to airport positioning and urban development.
In order to achieve innovation-driven development, county is the bias and vitality, but which is difficulty. Based on the monitoring and evaluation data of science and technology innovation of counties in Hebei Province from 2020 to 2021, the spatial econometrics method was used to study the spatial distribution characteristics, spatial aggregation and spatial spillover effect of science and technology innovation. The results show that the northwest region of Hebei is the lagging cluster area of scientific and technological innovation, while the central and eastern region adjacent to Beijing and Tianjin is the developed cluster area, which presenting the spatial pattern of “collapse in the northwest and rise in the central and eastern regions”. From the perspective of spillover effect, county science and technology innovation-economic development, county science and technology innovation input-county science and technology innovation output have spatial spillover effect.
The implementation of the new urbanisation strategy promotes the construction of resilient cities, which is an important force to promote the sustainable development of the region. Based on the five dimensions of population development, economic development, social development, ecological development, and the development of residents’ life, an evaluation index system for the level of new urbanisation was constructed, and the time and space of the development level of new urbanisation of the Pearl River Delta were analyzed as an example. The time and space evolution characteristics of its new urbanisation development level were analyzed. The results showed that the development level of new urbanisation in the Pearl River Delta shows an upward trend from 2013 to 2022, but the development is unbalanced among cities. In time, the comprehensive score of new urbanisation in the Pearl River Delta rose year by year from 2013 to 2022, with the average annual score increasing from 0.354 to 0.498, and the growth rate of the development level fluctuating greatly. Spatially, the spatial changes in the level of new urbanisation in the Pearl River Delta in 2013, 2018 and 2022 are small, with large regional differences, showing a spatial pattern of slowing down from the central to the eastern and western regions.

Resource conservation and environmental protection have always been pivotal topics throughout China’s economic development process, playing a crucial role in advancing the sustainable development of Inner Mongolia’s energy bases. A theoretical framework for ecological efficiency within high energy-consuming industries in Inner Mongolia was constructed, and an ecological efficiency indicator system was established, in order to lay the groundwork for the transformation and development of Inner Mongolia’s high energy-consuming industries. The goal is to guide these industries toward more efficient resource utilization and environmentally friendly operations, thereby fostering a harmonious coexistence among the economy, society, and the environment in Inner Mongolia, and achieving sustainable development objectives.
Under the background of “dual carbon”, it is of great significance to comprehensively clarify the dynamic decoupling relationship between tourism carbon emissions and tourism economic development for the formulation of scientific tourism carbon emission reduction policies. The “bottom-up” tourism carbon emission measurement method was used to measure the tourism carbon emissions in Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2022, and on this basis, the Tapio decoupling model of tourism economy and tourism carbon emissions was constructed, and the decoupling relationship was analyzed. The results show that from 2010 to 2019, tourism revenue and tourism carbon emissions in Yunnan Province showed an upward trend, and in 2020, they decreased significantly, and from 2021 to 2022, Yunnan Province’s tourism revenue showed an upward trend, but the overall carbon emissions of tourism showed a downward trend, reflecting the low-carbon development of tourism in Yunnan Province. The contribution rate of tourism transportation carbon emissions to tourism carbon emissions in Yunnan Province is the largest, with an average proportion of 78% during the study period, and reducing tourism transportation carbon emissions is the key to low-carbon emission reduction of tourism in Yunnan Province. During the study period, the carbon emissions of tourism in Yunnan Province were mainly weakly decoupled, with high-quality strong decoupling in 2006 and 2022, and only in 2020, which generally reflected that Yunnan Province has achieved certain results in promoting energy conservation, emission reduction and low-carbon development of tourism.
The emergence of innovation research and development institutes is the product of China’s continuous improvement of innovation system construction under the background of implementing innovation-driven development strategy, which has played a huge role in promoting regional innovation cooperation and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Based on a total of 1 461 patents of 23 innovative R&D institutes in Tianjin, social network analysis was used to study the innovation cooperation of innovative R&D institutes and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,. The results show that Tianjin has most independent R&D institutions, and the innovation ability gap between institutions is large.The innovation cooperation between institutions shows the characteristics of collectivization, and regional innovation cooperation needs to be improved. The conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements of institutions is much higher than that of general university research institutes. On this basis, targeted suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference for the government to formulate relevant policies.
In order to effect on problems of troubles and safety of drinking water since water drilling project working in the rural of bed red hills, taking a type of Dazu Zone of Chongqing as example, the methods of field interviews and actual investigations and peasant household international field,and and water balance equation and theory of groundwater resources sustainable managements were used to assess the effect of water drilling project working in the rural of bed red hills on the troubles and safety problems of drinking water.The results show that most of pump wells aquifers in water supply have been decreasing from 2007 to 2016 with ages,some of pump wells aquifers in water quality have been deterioration, which is caused by environment deterioration and losing of management of well maintenance,but for Fe/Mn higher quality of pump wells shorted measures related to water treatment; shallow wells aquifers in water supply affected by the intensity of demand water exploration;this model of project needed urgently regulate and manage policies to sustain.Although the project has well bigger influences of problems of troubles and safety of drinking water in the rural of bed red hills,the sustainability of the project is affected by more factors.The findings have important theoretical and practical significance to against rebounding of difficulty in drinking water.
As one of the most important economic, financial, and trade centers in China, Shanghai’s air transportation system plays a crucial role in promoting regional economic development. As the dual airport pattern of Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao International Airport gradually takes shape, how to achieve efficient and coordinated development of these two airports has become an important research topic. Therefore, the interactive mechanism between Shanghai’s dual airports and regional economy was explored based on system dynamics, the promoting effect of coordinated development of dual airports on regional economy was analyzed. Relevant policy recommendations are proposed. Selecting relevant data from 2012 to 2022,Vensim PLE software was used to establish a system dynamics model for empirical analysis, in order to explore the coordinated development path of Shanghai’s dual airports. Through model simulation analysis, the economic system model of Shanghai’s dual airports is optimized, and policy recommendations are obtained to improve the synergy effect of Shanghai’s dual airports.
Drawing upon Chinese A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2021 as research sample, the impact of digital transformation on firms’ sustained green innovation was explored. It is found that digital transformation significantly promotes firms’ sustained green innovation inputs and outputs, and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests. Heterogeneity analyses results indicate that the contribution of digital transformation to firms’ sustained green innovation varies according to the nature of firms’ property rights and the type of industry. The role of information asymmetry, and investor focus in this relationship was further analyzed. The results show that information asymmetry partially mediates the effect of digital transformation on firms’ sustained green innovation, while investor focus play a moderating role.
Taking A-share listed companies in China from 2009 to 2022 as a research sample, the relationship between ESG(environmental, social, and governance) practice and new quality productivity of enterprises was explored. It is found that strengthening ESG practice can significantly improve new quality productive forces of listed companies in China, and the conclusion is still valid after the robustness test. Enterprise ESG practice can help to improve new quality productive forces by alleviating financing constraints, reducing enterprise risks and enhancing external supervision. The results of the economic consequences test indicate that enhancing the new quality productivity of enterprises has a positive impact on market value and operating gross profit margin.
Grounded theory was used to analyze the influencing factors of Chinese medicine enterprises applying for FDA(Food and Drug Administration) certification in the United States, and a theoretical model was constructed to provide reference for Chinese medicine enterprises to make scientific strategic decisions. Interview data from strategic decision-makers of companies that have applied for and have not applied for US FDA certification was collected on CNKI, and then root code. After open coding, spindle coding, selection coding, and comparative verification, 28 open coding, 9 categories, and 5 main categories were finally sorted out, and a theoretical model was constructed based on the analysis of the logical relationship between each category. The strategic decision of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises to apply for FDA certification is based on a consistent understanding of FDA standards and the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine. It not only aims to enter the European and American markets as a drug, but also promotes enterprise upgrading, enhances the modernization level of the traditional Chinese medicine industry, and achieves sustainable development during the application process.
Taking A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2021, it is found that the application of AI has a significant positive impact on the outward foreign direct investment(OFDI), and the conclusion is still established after relevant tests. The results show that the impact of AI application on enterprise OFDI is mainly realized through three ways: improving enterprise total factor productivity, reducing financing constraints and increasing overseas executives. For enterprises in the eastern region, state-owned enterprises and non-high-tech enterprises, the impact is more obvious.Empirically verifies the positive role of AI application for Chinese enterprises in opening up to the outside world, which has important enlightenment to promote enterprises to better “go out”.
Selecting data from A-share listed companies from 2018 to 2022, the impact of companies’ degree of “greenwashing” on stock price collapse risk was empirically analyzed. The research findings indicate a significant positive correlation between the degree of “greenwashing” and stock price collapse risk, meaning that the higher a company’s “greenwashing” score, the higher the risk of stock price collapse. Additionally, the proportion of institutional investors and analyst coverage plays a moderating role in this relationship, as the proportion of holdings and level of analyst coverage increase, they mitigate the collapse risk brought about by “greenwashing”. Furthermore, through heterogeneity tests, it is observed that the positive correlation between “greenwashing” scores and stock price collapse risk is more pronounced in private enterprises and non-manufacturing companies.

As one of the areas with the longest development in the entire city, the old industrial area has rich industrial heritage, resources and environment in the factory area, which is no longer suitable for large-scale transformation and reconstruction. How to build a reasonable renewal and transformation model for old industrial areas is one of the practical problems that need to be solved in the context of urban renewal in various cities. Taking Lanzhou General Machinery Factory as an example, based on the theory of urban acupuncture, the historical evolution was grasped, and the analysis of current problems was conducted. Four renewal steps are proposed, including breaking the meridians, replenishing qi and activating blood circulation, combing the meridians, and harmonizing the internal organs, providing new ideas and methods for the renewal of old industrial areas in cities.
As an important part of the strategy of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, it is crucial to give full play to the organizational aggregation role of village cadres and effectively guide the participation of new social capitals formed mainly by new agricultural management subjects. Based on the questionnaire survey data from 19 provinces, the mechanism of village cadres in promoting the willingness of new social capitals to participate in rural construction actions was analyzed by using a binary Logit model. The results show that village cadres can significantly promote the willingness of new social capital to participate in rural construction through the role of organizational aggregation in shaping their own credibility and collective consensus formation. In terms of effect, the role of village cadres has a significant positive impact on the willingness of new social capital to participate in projects that are closely related to their personal interests, as well as on the willingness of new social capital subjects in less-developed areas.
The Hebei provincial government actively supports the participation of social capital in the construction of public projects, but there are significant differences among prefecture-level cities, mainly due to the influence of business environment factors. By collecting the business environment data of 11 prefecture-level cities, fuzzy sets qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) method was used to integrate seven anthems from the three levels of government, market, legal and policy environment, and explore the influence of the combination of factors on social capital’s participation in public project construction. It is found that the combination of these factors significantly affects social capital participation. The research conclusion shows that it is recommended that local governments strengthen the financial support for social capital to participate in public projects, and ensure the operation of project funds by broadening the sources of funds, strengthening supervision, personalized policy support and cooperation with financial institutions. At the same time, it is also necessary to pay attention to the boundaries of government supervision, avoid excessive market decision-making, and give social capital a certain degree of discretion.

Shandong Province is a key implementation area of China’s rural revitalization strategy, and it is of great significance how to optimize the development system of digital inclusive finance so as to achieve high-quality development of agriculture. The evaluation index system of agricultural high quality was constructed, adopting the panel data of each prefecture-level city in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2021, the relationship between the two was empirically analyzed by using the two-way fixed-effects model and the spatial autoregressive model. The results show that the digital financial inclusion has a significant role in promoting the development of agricultural high quality, and the role of inland areas has a more significant effect. In the economic distance perspective, the digital financial inclusion index has a significant role in promoting the development of agricultural high quality. Under the perspective of economic distance, the positive spatial spillover effect of digital financial inclusion index on the level of high-quality agricultural development is obvious.
The failure of Sci-Tech innovation financial market mechanism needs to be remedied by the government. By using AHP-DEA(analytic hierarchy process-data envelopment analysis) method, the government performance of Sci-Tech innovation financial in Hangzhou from 2007 to 2021 was analyzed. The results show that the government promotion efficiency of Sci-Tech innovation financial in Hangzhou is W-shaped, and the scale efficiency is relatively high. The promotion performance of the government has been increasing year by year, but stagnated from 2012 to 2013, mainly because the growth of input and output promoted by the government slows down or falls, and the efficiency was low. The government of Hangzhou should further increase the scale, optimize the structure, innovate the modes of input and increase the input and output of science and technology innovation to improve the performance.

Guangzhou should adapt measures suiting local conditions,promote the development of humanoid robot industry from breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields, expansion of typical application scenarios,construction of industrial ecology, support of industrial elements,develop new quality productive forces at a faster pace.
As one of the settlements of the elderly in China, the aging problem is prominent, and it is of great significance to carry out the transformation of the public space of urban villages for aging. Based on the field investigation questionnaire, taking Chen officer camp community and new beach community, as an example, theory of SEM(structural equation model) was used to build urban public space aging evaluation system from security, convenience, comfort and participation. Amos software was used to summarizes the problems of public space. In order to optimize the public space of the elderly in urban villages, transformation strategies are proposed from the entrance space, street space, square space and idle space, which will provide reference for the reconstruction of urban villages in Lanzhou.
With the development of information technology, it has become common for employees to use electronic devices to handle work affairs during non working hours(work connectivity behavior after-hours), and the reaction of employees to this behavior is still uncertain. Therefore, based on the theory of resource conservation, the impact of work connectivity behavior after-hours of employees on workplace deception behavior was explored. Through data analysis of 307 employees, it is found that work connectivity behavior after-hours has a positive impact on employee workplace deception behavior.Job burnout has a mediating effect between work connectivity behavior after-hours and employee workplace deception behavior.Organizational support has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between work connectivity behavior after-hours and job burnout. These conclusions not only expand the research field of employee workplace deceptive behavior, but also provide useful suggestions for organizations to suppress workplace deceptive behavior.
Based on the characteristics of strategic emerging industries and high-quality development,an evaluation index system was constructed, and China’s provincial panel data from 2013 to 2022 was selected. Firstly, the entropy weight TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution) method was used to measure the level of high-quality development of strategic emerging industries, and analyze their regional differences and dynamic evolution characteristics. Then, the Moran index was used to test spatial correlation. Finally, a spatial econometric model was used to explore the relevant factors in depth. It is found that the overall high-quality development level of strategic emerging industries in China shows a steady upward trend, but there is a clear regional imbalance, roughly showing a high in the east and low in the west. There is a positive spatial correlation of the industries in China, and the overall spatial distribution shows a clustering trend of “high-high” and “low-low”. The explanatory variables of technological innovation, economic development level, investment and construction, human capital, and openness have a significant positive effect on the improvement of the high-quality development level of the industries. Based on research findings, rational suggestions are proposed to enhance the competitiveness of strategic emerging industries and provide strong industrial support for the development of new quality productivity.

A favorable business environment can effectively improve the level of digital economic development in provinces. It is of great research significance to optimize the business environment in order to promote the digital economy. Using the research method of fsQCA(fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis), the path of as sit in the development of digital economy in the business environment was analyzed from the perspective of configuration. It is found that a single business environment element does not constitute a necessary condition for promoting the development of the digital economy. The market environment, government environment, and the legal and policy environment plays a pivotal and essential role in fostering the advancement and growth of the digital economy. The construction of the market environment is significantly lagging behind due to its regional characteristics. In order to create a healthy market environment, it is necessary to create a relaxed market atmosphere.
Based on the Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) large-sample survey data, the impact of the public’s satisfaction of government environmental governance and the public participation effectiveness on government trust were empirically analyzed. It is found that the public’s satisfaction with the environmental governance of the central government (local government) has a significant positive impact on the trust of the central government (local government). However, the public’s satisfaction of the central government’s environmental governance has a significant negative impact on the trust of the local government. The study also shows that the process effectiveness and the result effectiveness of public participation have a significant positive impact on the trust of the central government and the trust of the local government respectively. Therefore, generally speaking, the improvement of the public’s satisfaction with the government’s environmental governance can enhance the government trust, but the relationship between the two is complex to some extent. Protecting the right of the public to participate effectively can enhance the trust of the governments, and “procedural justice” and “result justice” are both indispensable.
Credit risk, due to its high frequency and significant impact, is regarded as an intolerable risk and a critical factor influencing public-private partnership projects. The emergence of various credit risk issues can severely harm both private and public interests. Existing research and conducting an in-depth study of relevant core literature from the Web of Science and CNKI databases between 2010 and 2024 was reviewed by using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software. It is revealed that infrastructure projects, risk assessment, project bonds, and the selection of private sector partners are pivotal research themes in this field. Moreover, emerging collaboration models, ESG (environmental, social, and governance) factors, the application of new technologies, and cross-border cooperation are identified as promising directions for future exploration.
Based on CiteSpace software, 765 core literatures on the topic of resource-based city transformation were visually analyzed. The results show that the transformation research of domestic resource-based cities has experienced three stages: less attention, rapid development and stable development, and more attention has been paid to the study of countermeasures and effect evaluation of resource-based cities. The scientific research cooperation in this field is weak, and the core authors and core institutions have not been formed. The research mainly focuses on three aspects: economic transformation and industrial structure, sustainable development and environmental protection, technological innovation and cultural industry. In the future, it is suggested to deepen the exploration of transformation paths, strengthen interdisciplinary research, and empower the transformation of resource-based cities with innovation.
The future learning center is a new paradigm for the next generation of learning. Against the backdrop of rapid technological development and educational reform, university libraries are transforming towards the future learning center model to better adapt to the changing times. An in-depth analysis of 160 literature on the research of future learning centers in university libraries in the CNKI database was conducted based on CiteSpace and LDA(latent Dirichlet allocation)topic models. It reveals the current situation, hot issues, and development trends of research on future learning centers in Chinese university libraries, and reference suggestions for the construction of future learning centers in university libraries are proposed, such as unified standards, strengthening publicity, highlighting characteristics, personnel training, and co construction and sharing.
User behavior data is an important basis for decision-making in e-commerce enterprises. The AARRR(acquisition,activation,retention,revenue,referral) model, funnel analysis model, and user behavior analysis methods in the field of data analysis were explained. Based on the basic indicators and preferences of user behavior, a comprehensive analysis was conducted through multiple dimensions, and the conclusions drawn were presented in a graphical manner. Finally, the conversion rate in the user shopping process was presented in the form of a funnel chart. E-commerce enterprises can utilize user behavior research to provide customized services for individuals, thereby achieving refined market decision-making.
Innovation and entrepreneurship education encourages college students to actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship activities, stimulate the innovation vitality and creative potential of the whole society, and promote the economic transformation and upgrading. Taking 6 780 valid questionnaires from comprehensive colleges and universities in Shandong Province as research samples, an evaluation scale of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship behavior were constructed to identify the influence mechanism of “dual-creation” education on “dual-creation” behavior, and provide empirical evidence for colleges and universities to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and to explore the potentials of innovation and entrepreneurship among students, which provides empirical evidence for universities to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education and explore students’ innovation and entrepreneurship potential. In the future, the government and universities should continue to broaden the channels of innovation and entrepreneurship practice by system construction, realize “theory+practice” teaching by curriculum integration, and create a good atmosphere of innovation and entrepreneurship by resource support, so as to contribute to the transformation and upgrading of the economy and the innovative development of the society.
