Duhuo(Angelicae Pubescentis Radix)is a classic wind-dampness eliminating medicine with outstanding efficacy of eliminating wind-dampness and relieving paralysis and pain, which is widely used in the treatment of bone diseases. However, there are many varieties of Duhuo(Angelicae Pubescentis Radix)and its efficacy varies greatly,so the effectiveness of clinical use of the drug cannot be guaranteed. Standardizing the quality of Chinese herbal medicines is the basis for ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the clinical use of Duhuo(Angelicae Pubescentis Radix). In this paper,it reviewed the current status of quality control of Duhuo(Angelicae Pubescentis Radix),pointed out the inadequacy of only using the contents of serpentin and dihydroparsinol angelic acid ester as the quality control standard, and at the same time, combined with the core concept of Quality Marker(Q-Marker),it predicted the Q-Marker from the aspects of phytopharmacology, chemical constituent peculiarities, traditional medicinal properties, the measurability of the chemical constituents, different compounding environments, different harvesting periods and preparation methods and new efficacies. The Q-Marker was used to predict the efficacy of Duhuo(Angelicae Pubescentis Radix). The results revealed that the coumarin-like components, such as serpentin, dihydroeucalyptol angelate, isoeucalyptol, citronellolide, psoralen, eucalyptol and scopoletin, and volatile oils, such as eucalyptol methyl ether,α-myrcene alcohol,2-(diethylaminophenylmethyl)cyclohexyl alcohol,β-hydroxycaryophyllene,angelicin A and angelicin G could be used as the Q-Markers of Duhuo(Angelicae Pubescentis Radix),which provided a reference basis to set up a comprehensive and perfect quality control system for Duhuo(Angelicae Pubescentis Radix).

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in a stable stage complicated with pulmonary hypertension(PH)is a common comorbidity. It is a progressive disease and a key factor in the development of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment offers unique advantages such as multiple levels, multiple targets and lower side effects. The stable stage is crucial for the prognosis of the disease. The method of“simultaneous treatment of heart and lung”was first created by ZHANG Zhongjing. The academic thought of“integration of heart and lung”was proposed by CHENG Songya by inheriting the experience of predecessors.“Simultaneous treatment of lung and heart”embodies“the integration of heart and lung”,which has profound ideas of addressing symptoms and root causes and preventing the disease from progressing. This paper is based on the physiological basis that the lung and heart are connected by the channel and“Qi and blood”;the lung and heart are located in the upper energizer and correspond to Yin and Yang;the lung and heart are maintained by Zongqi and associated with Ying and Wei. Clarifying the core pathogenesis of COPD complicated with PH involves the deficiency of lung and heart, endogenous phlegm and stasis. Treatment methods such as harmonizing the essence of Qi and blood, warming the movement of Yangqi, and cultivating and benefiting Zongqi, which are based the theory of“three talents of heaven-earth-man”and used to provide ideas and references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment process.
