    An evaluation method was proposed based on combination assignment-objective element topable model. Firstly, the G1 method and entropy weight method were used to subjectively and objectively assign weights to the evaluation indicators, and the Lagrange multiplier method was applied to find the combination weights, which ensured the unity of the weights subjectively and objectively. As the qualitative index data was difficult to be calculated by the evaluation research, which affected the accuracy of the evaluation results to a certain extent, therefore, the object element topable model was introduced, and the topable set was token as a mathematical tool to realize the quantitative evaluation calculation and ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation results. Finally, the validity and practicability of the method is verified through the analysis of examples.

    Driven by the “double cycle” strategy, the expansion of the domestic demand market has become an important driving force for economic development. Currently, the consumer market is weak, and the consumption structure of rural residents is prominent, which needs to be studied and discussed urgently. Based on the statistical yearbook data from 2014 to 2023, the consumption structure of rural residents was analyzed in depth using the extended linear expenditure model (ELES model). The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the expenditure of various consumption items and disposable income, which reveals the great potential of the rural consumer market. The analysis of marginal propensity to consume shows that with increased income, rural residents are more inclined to developmental consumption. At the same time, the income elasticity of demand shows that income is the key factor affecting rural consumption, and health care, transportation and communication, food, tobacco, alcohol and housing are the focus of consumption. Finally, a series of strategic suggestions are put forward to optimize the consumption structure, guide the improvement of the consumption structure of rural residents in China, promote the full release of rural consumption potential and inject new vitality into rural economic development.

    To analyze the scientific research performance of science, engineering and medicine interdisciplinary projects in a hospital from 2018 to 2020, and to provide reference for optimizing the management of these projects,the evaluation index system was constructed based on the input-output data, and the data envelopment analysis (DEA) BCC model was used to measure its comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. From 2018 to 2020, the average comprehensive efficiency of New Medicine Joint Fund exceedes 0.5, and the effective proportion of DEA fluctuates around 25%. In 2018, 2019 and 2020, the effective proportion of DEA for cultivation projects is 15.6%, 22.97%, and 31.91% respectively. The effective proportion of DEA for innovation team projects is 100% in 2018, and 0 in 2019 and 2020. The effective proportion of DEA for important direction projects is 66.67%, 28.57%, and 37.5% respectively. 1 (25%) innovation team project and 5 (23.81%) important direction projects have redundant research funding. 3 (75%) innovation team projects, 12 (57.14%) important direction projects and 125 (75.3%) cultivation project have insufficient output. The overall scientific research efficiency of the Fund is on the rise, and the whole process management can be optimized by dynamically adjusting the project deployment, focusing on the cultivation of young talents, building the multidisciplinary cross-project platforms and mechanisms, optimizing the appraisal and evaluation system, and focusing on the transformation and application of the achievements, and other initiatives.

    Based on the Big Five personality theory and the technology acceptance model as a theoretical framework, a suitable online reputation system satisfaction scale was designed, and the relationship between personality traits, consumer perception and online reputation system satisfaction was explored. The results show that the higher the neuroticism, the more critical the use of the online reputation system, and the lower the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. People with higher openness, friendliness and a sense of responsibility have better perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use when using online reputation systems. Extraversion has no significant effect on the performance of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use when using online reputation system. Both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive impact on users’ satisfaction with the online reputation system.

    Over the 40 years following the Reform and Opening-up, how does China manage to transform its major infrastructure from lagging behind to leading globally in such a short time? This question not only offers valuable practical insights but also poses a significant theoretical inquiry. By employing a comparative research approach, the implementation experiences of major infrastructure projects in China was systematically reviewed, developing theoretical insights in areas such as institutions, technology, management, finance and ideology. The feasibility of promoting these experiences internationally was also analyzed. The Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway with overseas high-speed rail projects was further contrasted to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of China’s infrastructure development experience. It is explored how to provide Chinese experiences and solutions to the global infrastructure market and offers references for Chinese enterprises, particularly those involved in Belt and Road infrastructure projects, as they enter the international market.

    In order to clarify the influencing factors of airport service quality and the passengers’ satisfaction of airport service quality, and improve airport service quality, the evaluation model combining technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS) and Bayesian network were used to establish an evaluation index system for large transportation airport service quality. The bidirectional inference diagnosis model was used to evaluate the airport service quality, including the forward inference of airport satisfaction and the backward sensitivity diagnosis of influencing indicators. The passenger airport service quality satisfaction and the influencing factors were studied deeply, and the feasibility of the method was verified by a large transportation airport as an example.The results show that the probability of passengers’ satisfaction with the service quality of the airport is 0.67, and the probability of general satisfaction is 0.21. The reverse diagnosis reveals that factors with high sensitivity include the baggage claim system, the convenience of integrated transportation and urban connection in and out of the airport, and the efficiency of security check services. A theoretical basis is provided for the airport to scientifically formulate measures to improve service quality.

    High-speed railway stations are characterized by their large scale and complex functional zoning. Passengers often waste time or even get lost due to unclear orientation signs while navigating within the stations. This not only affects the travel experience but also increases the operational pressure on the stations. Therefore, optimizing the layout of passenger orientation signs in high-speed railway stations is of great significance. A model for orientation signage layout based on the “fast lane” path was proposed to simplify the path selection process for passengers. A typical high-speed railway station scenario was constructed, and the model was verified using the AnyLogic system simulation software. The impact of the “fast lane” path and traditional shortest path orientation signage layout on passenger travel efficiency was compared and the travel time, speed of passengers and the effect of emergency evacuation in detail were analyzed. The simulation results show that the model based on the “fast lane” path can significantly improve passenger orientation efficiency. Compared with the traditional shortest path layout, the average time passengers spend in the station is reduced by about 4 minutes. The model demonstrates excellent performance in improving passenger orientation efficiency, reducing travel time, and enhancing emergency evacuation capabilities, and it provides new ideas and methods for the optimization of orientation signage systems in high-speed railway stations.

    No-load and load tests are routine tests for transformers. The test equipment required for no-load and load tests of large transformers is bulky and heavy, and the test equipment needs to be lifted, fixed, transported, unloaded, and reassembled and wired. This process has certain transportation risks and low efficiency. To solve this field test problem, this paper designed an No-load and load test platform by using SolidWorks, and integrated variable frequency power supply, intermediate transformer, instrument transformer set, capacitor set and other test equipment into two test vehicles. Through gravity center analysis, 3D mechanical simulation, equipment bolt fastening scheme design, and finally developed the test platform according to the analysis results. After long-distance driving and field test, the on-board equipment is stable and has no eccentricity or deviation problem, and the field test efficiency is increased by 3 times.

    It is a trend to apply L320 and L360 high-strength angle members in ±800kV ultra high voltage(UHV) transmission lines. The current calculation method does not clarify the failure mode of tension member. Due to the quantities of bolts in the connection, each joint needs to be calculated multiple times, which is inconvenient in engineering. The training sets were established through the tests of multi alignment lines plate members and finite element analysis of large-size angles, and a random forest regression(RFR) model was constructed to perform feature analysis on the section reduction factor. The results show that the weight of adjacent alignment line(Δg1) is too high and for the thickness (t) is low in the current calculation method, which may easily cause significant fluctuations in the results while geometric dimensions of models are changed. The calculation method for section reduction factor is simplified through the optimization of RFR model feature analysis, and the results are stable and more consistent with the FEA models. The predictive model has good generalization ability and could be used in angles with 2 alignment lines in one leg.

    With the rapid development of the aviation industry, the service environment for aircraft has become increasingly harsh, and the demand for surface performance is higher than ever. Spraying is an important method to enhance properties such as corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and it is widely used in the aviation field. Compared to traditional manual spraying methods, automated spraying robots offer several advantages, including high precision, high efficiency, and consistent thickness, playing a more and more important role in the preparation of surface coatings for aircraft skins and engine components. The current application status and research progress of automated spraying technology in the aviation field were briefly described, and on this basis, the main technical challenges and future development trends were discussed.

    To effectively address issues such as difficulties in material dispatching caused by emergencies, it is necessary to select the location for an emergency material reserve depot in H Province. Through literature analysis and expert interviews, a total of 14 secondary indicators was constructed across five categories, including natural factors, economic factors, and policy factors, among others. A hierarchical analysis method was used to determine the weights of these indicators, while a cloud model was employed to calculate the cloud parameters for different candidate locations. The results indicate that economic and natural factors carry greater weight within the evaluation system. Among the three candidate sites, Site Q has the highest evaluation rating and is thus considered the optimal location for the emergency material reserve depot. This conclusion offers decision-makers a solid scientific foundation for selecting an optimal location.

    To support the emergency decision-making of highway emergency rescue area, the technical process of emergency response to secondary disasters in highway emergency rescue area was established from three aspects, including personnel composition, work flow and equipment. According to the workflow, the implementation steps of 12 h rapid identification of disaster damage stage, 24 h rapid assessment of risk stage and 36 h quantitative assessment of risk stage wae established. Taking the highway rescue after the strong earthquake in Luding on September 5 in 2022 as a typical case, the above process was used to evaluate the disaster situation. The results show that the length of road damage points A and B of landslide at a tunnel entrance in Luding Hailuogou is 181.31 m and 115.26 m respectively, and the width is 9.81 m, and the volume is 4.7 × 104 m3 and 2.6 × 104 m3 respectively. In the rescue of 2# landslide, the length error is 7%, the width error is 4%, and the volume error is 10%.

    Based on the quasi-natural experimental conditions provided by three batches of smart city pilot policies, and on the basis of comprehensively measuring the resilience level of urban pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, the panel data of 54 prefecture-level cities from 2009 to 2019 was used to explore the impact of smart city pilot construction on the resilience of municipal pharmaceutical manufacturing industry by using multi-period DID (difference in differences) model. The results show that the pilot construction of smart city can significantly promote the resilience of urban pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Mechanism analysis shows that the pilot construction of smart city promotes the resilience of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry through technological innovation, while the level of information infrastructure construction has a positive moderating effect.

On the basis of investigating multiple proof-of-concept center across the country, the exploration practices of different regions were sorted, and the current development characteristics, beneficial experiences and existing problems were summarized.     Through different research perspectives, the current situation of domestic and international literature publication on environmental regulation and carbon emission reduction was sorted out, and targeted improvement measures and suggestions are put forward in combination with domestic and international research trends and cutting-edge dynamics, so as to promote the enhancement and advancement of the research level of the field of environmental regulation and carbon emission reduction in China. Based on the bibliometric method, 822 English documents included in the core set of Web of Science (WoS) and 4 768 Chinese documents in the core journals of CSSCI were compared and analyzed by CiteSpace software for the theme of environmental regulation and carbon emission reduction. Domestic research on environmental regulation and carbon emission reduction started late, but the international recognition is increasing year by year. Compared with foreign studies, there are fewer domestic studies on energy consumption, FDI and performance. In terms of modeling methodology, fewer domestic studies utilize the data envelopment analysis (DEA) method. The conclusions drawn from bibliometric methods favor probability laws, which can reduce the problem of subjective selection by authors. WoS databases have less relevant literature due to precise limitations, and the analysis is not comprehensive. The data exported from domestic CSSCI cannot be analyzed for citations and journal sources, and the breadth of analysis is limited.

    With the rapid development of information technology, cultural digitization has become an important means of cultural protection and inheritance. Based on “CNKI Database” and “WoS database” from 2014 to 2023, CiteSpace software was used to carry out cultural digital visualization analysis. The results show that in the past decade, the number of publications on cultural digitalization research has shown an overall increasing trend. Digitalization, cultural heritage, protection, inheritance, cultural industry and three-dimensional scanning are high-frequency co-occurrence keywords in cultural digitalization research. Digital technology and cultural digitalization, cultural heritage digitalization, cultural participation and accessibility of special groups are hot topics in foreign research. Cultural undertakings, industrial development and cultural self-confidence are hot topics in domestic research. In the future, more attention should be paid to technological integration and innovation, addressing the challenges of copyright and intellectual property rights, interdisciplinary cooperation and cultural sustainable development, and enriching the content of cultural digitization research.

    With the advancement of technology and digital transformation, understanding and enhancing students’ emotional experiences are key concerns for educators and policymakers. In this study, 2 000 manually labeled review data were first used to train three machine learning models. The trained SVM model was then used to automatically label 76 000 review data. These labeled datasets were subsequently used to train a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model. The CNN model converged successfully after 10 iterations and achieved an accuracy of 94.96% on the validation set, significantly outperforming the SVM model. The results show that combining traditional machine learning with deep learning methods can effectively improve the accuracy of sentiment analysis. This provides data support for optimizing educational strategies.

    With the coming of the information age, mobile information technology represented by mobile devices and wireless networks, is becoming increasingly popular. It is profoundly affecting all aspects of residents’ production and life, including leisure. With the continuous development of social economy, the urban middle class has gradually expanded and become the largest consumer group supporting the urban leisure industry. However, the existing studies pay less attention to the middle class. Based on the leisure questionnaire data of the middle class in Guangzhou, factors such as self-efficacy, availability, dependence of mobile information technology use and socio-economic attributes were selected, a structural equation model was constructed, and the impact of mobile information technology use on the leisure activity choice of the middle class was discussed. It is found that the self-efficacy, availability and dependence of mobile information technology of middle class are significantly positively correlated. The dependence degree of mobile information technology of middle class has a significant direct impact on leisure activities, and the self-efficacy and availability of mobile information technology of middle class have a significant indirect impact on leisure activities by influencing the dependence degree of mobile information technology. The availability of mobile information technology to the middle class also affects their self-efficacy. The study shows that if the middle class has easy access to mobile information technology, has a high sense of self-efficacy towards mobile information technology, they will be more dependent on mobile information technology for leisure activities, and they are more inclined to choose physical leisure. In addition, age, gender, income, occupation, family child ownership and car ownership also have a significant impact on the choice of leisure activities. High income and older middle class prefer physical leisure. Compared with women, the male middle class prefers physical leisure. The middle class who work freely in time and space prefer online leisure. The middle class, with more children and more cars, tend to prefer physical leisure.

    Based on panel data from 2001 to 2019, the Tapio model was applied to measure the decoupling effect of carbon emissions and economic growth in Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions, focusing on analyzing the characteristics of their municipal spatio-temporal evolution. The results show that the decoupling of carbon emissions and economic growth in Jiangsu and Zhejiang has been realized since 2006. However, the decoupling is weak in most periods. The period-by-period decoupling effect of cities varies distinctly, for example, the decoupling ratio of Hangzhou in the study period is nearly 90%, while that of Xuzhou, Lianyungang, Suqian, Wenzhou and Quzhou is less than 60%, and strong decoupling is dominant after 2013. The time-period decoupling effect of cities shows an evolution of ‘substantial improvement-slight deterioration-basically stable’, mainly due to the deterioration of decoupling effect of Zhoushan, Xuzhou, Huai’an, Yancheng, Zhenjiang, Lianyungang and Suqian. Compared with Jiangsu, Zhejiang has better decoupling effects by time period, such as Hangzhou is in decoupling status, and the last two time periods show strong decoupling. Xuzhou, Huai’an and Zhenjiang are relatively weak, and all of them are degraded to expanding connections during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. On this basis, corresponding countermeasures are proposed.

    Constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system for the level of new quality productivity in the Yellow River Basin, using the hierarchical vertical and horizontal grading method and the TOWA-GA mixed operator to dynamically measure the level of new quality productivity in 9 provinces in the basin from 2013 to 2022, and exploring the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the level of new quality productivity in the Yellow River Basin using kernel density estimation, Markov chain, Dagum Gini coefficient, and Moran index. The research results indicate that the overall level of new quality productivity in the Yellow River Basin has significantly increased; In the next year, there is a high probability that the level of new quality productivity in 9 provinces will remain unchanged; There are significant differences and spatial positive correlations in the level of new quality productivity between regions, showing heterogeneity, imbalance, and clustering limitations in spatial distribution.

    Taking the Lanzhou-Xining Urban Agglomeration as the research subject, based on the gravity model and urban primacy and in combination with the current situation of each city, the economic qualities of various cities within the area were classified. Then, the economic spatial structure and the interrelationships within the urban agglomeration were analyzed. The results show that Lanzhou City is an important economic growth pole. The connections among cities with lower economic primacy rankings within are weak. Currently, the urban agglomeration faces problems such as insufficient development momentum, resource misallocation, and difficulties in dual-core construction. Corresponding strategies are proposed to provide references for the high-quality economic development of the northwest region under the new mechanism of regional coordinated development.

    The failure of the Sci-Tech Innovation financial market mechanism needs to be remedied by the government. Since 2007, the Hangzhou Municipal Government has made remarkable achievements in integrating various financial resources to support the development of Sci-Tech Innovation, including fund support, investment guidance and environmental optimization.     Taking 202 samples of farmers from Longgang Village and Huoyuan Village in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province as an example, on the basis of constructing the scale of farmers’ livelihood risk perception and the scale of participation willingness, structural equation modelling was used to analyze the data, and at the same time, basic individual characteristics of farmers were used as the moderating variables to classify the farmers into new and old farmers, and to carry out multi-cohort analyses. The results show that the perception of development risk, production risk and social risk together constitute the perception of livelihood risk of farmers, and all three significantly affect the willingness of farmers to participate, and there is a moderating effect of the basic characteristics of individual farmers on their willingness to participate. Based on this, policy recommendations are proposed to effectively promote sustainable livelihoods for farmers.

Finally, compare the overall differences in digital rural index and multi-dimensional digital e-commerce logistics effects among different classifications of county-level objects (by province, city, group, administrative differences, and inter provincial adjacency), in order to clarify the direction of regional coordinated development.     Jingdezhen is a world-renowned ceramics capital with a rich cultural heritage and economic potential. Through literature analysis and expert consultation, the evaluation index system of Jingdezhen’s cultural and economic influence was constructed from four dimensions, including employment absorption, cultural identity, cultural innovation and welfare improvement. The analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to obtain the comprehensive score of each index. The results show that the cultural and economic influence of Jingdezhen is generally good, and the industrial development and cultural resources are the main supports, and relevant suggestions are put forward according to the research results, aiming to provide reference significance for the development of Jingdezhen’s cultural economy.

    The Yellow River Basin is an important energy supply base in China. Systematic characterization of the energy security level in the Yellow River Basin is of great significance for ensuring energy supply, improving energy efficiency, promoting green energy consumption, and enhancing economic resilience. An energy security indicator system was constructed from the perspectives of supply security, consumption security, green security and economic security. The entropy method was used to measure the energy security levels of eight provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2021. Based on this, methods such as kernel density estimation, Dagum Gini coefficient and spatial Moran index were used to measure the dynamic evolution, regional differences and spatial correlation of energy security levels in the Yellow River Basin. The results show that during the research period, the overall energy security level in the Yellow River Basin show an upward trend, with Shanxi Province and its middle reaches having the highest overall energy security level. The degree of differentiation in the upper reaches of the Yellow River Basin is significant, with significant differences in the middle and lower reaches between regions. However, the phenomenon of energy security imbalance is gradually weakening. The energy security in the Yellow River Basin shows a spatial positive correlation, with uneven distribution among provinces. The middle reaches mainly exhibit a “high high” clustering state, while the remaining provinces mainly exhibit a “low high” and “low low” clustering state. Finally, suggestions are proposed in terms of leveraging regional advantages, developing clean energy and diversifying energy import channels.

    Tourist comments about Xinghua Village and Town on mainstream tourism websites were collected through the internet, and ROST Content Mining software was used to analyze the word frequency, semantic network and emotion of tourist comment texts. It is concluded that tourists are relatively satisfied with the tourism environment and distinctive culture of the entire scenic area, but there are also dissatisfaction evaluations on management, service facilities and service quality. Therefore, Xinghua Village and Town should strengthen service management level, improve infrastructure construction, innovate liquor cultural products, increase publicity efforts, and improve the overall image of the characteristic town, so as to further enhance the tourist experience, attract more tourists, and create another well-known brand in Shanxi.

    With the development of economic level, the agricultural industrial structure is also constantly adjusted. Based on the time series data of Guizhou Province from 1988 to 2022, the function of agricultural output value was constructed, and the vector autoregressive (VAR) model and the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model were used to analyze the correlation of planting industry, forestry industry, animal husbandry industry and fishery industry in the total value of agricultural industry in Guizhou Province. The empirical results show that planting and animal husbandry are the main driving forces of the total agricultural output value in Guizhou province, while forestry and fishery have little influence. It is suggested to focus on optimizing the development strategy of planting and animal husbandry, and promoting sustainable agricultural practices and ecological breeding modes, adjusting forestry development strategy, balancing short-term economic benefits and long-term ecological benefits, developing understory economy. The fishery industry should develop steadily and promote fine breeding and ecological breeding technology. At the same time, all industries should strengthen industrial coordination and the government should formulate differentiated policy support to give full play to the advantages of all industries, improve production efficiency and promote the sustainable and stable growth of the total agricultural output value.

    The TRIZ innovation method was used to predict the technological maturity of China’s lithium-ion industry, and to analyze the status and distribution of patents in the lithium-ion battery industry in Henan Province in China. It is found that China’s lithium-ion battery industry has entered a mature stage of maximum profitability. The output of lithium-ion battery industry in Henan Province ranks among the top in China. The number of patent applications ranks above average in China, with the number of patent applications for electrolyte and battery recovery subsystems ranking among the top in China. The patent value is lower than the national average. The lithium-ion battery industry is mainly distributed in four cities, such as Xinxiang, Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Jiaozuo. Compared with the distribution of cities in 2014, the industrial concentration of lithium-ion battery patent applications in Henan Province in 2023 shows a trend of dispersion. Four suggestions are proposed, including supporting continuous innovation in the advantageous fields of lithium-ion batteries in Henan Province, encouraging cooperation between lithium-ion battery enterprises in Henan Province and leading lithium-ion battery enterprises in China, implementing a strategy of overtaking in the curve, and building China’s lithium-ion battery recycling capital.

    Industrial upgrading and employment are important for the high-quality development of county economies. The coupled coordination model was used to evaluate the spatio-temporal pattern of the coupled coordination of industrial upgrading and employment in the counties of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2013 to 2019, and to identify the main obstacles to their coordinated development. It is found that the level of industrial upgrading and employment in the county grows significantly, and the degree of coupling coordination continues to increase, but there are significant regional differences, forming a spatial pattern of “core-edge” and “Administrative Regional Economy”. The obstacle factors restricting the coordinated development of the two are different at different spatial and temporal scales, among which industrial efficiency, employment quantity and its constituent factors are the main obstacle factors.

    Zhangjiang Science City is the core carrying area of building a global innovation center in Shanghai. In 2022, the Zhangjiang Science City expanded to 220 square kilometers, its spatial resources increase, while also facing higher demands on functional collaboration and industrial clusters linkage. After the expansion, the original town-level industrial parks within and around the Science City have become important carrying space for innovative industrial clusters. Under the overall innovation system of Zhangjiang, the direction and key elements of town-level parks transformation have to be clarified. Based on town-level parks’ development and main bottlenecks in today, transformation response are proposed. With the case study of Pudong Zhoupu Smart Park’s transformation into industrial communities, strategies are proposed from the aspects of space, industry, service, to explore the form of industrial communities that contribute to the cultivation of industrial and talent innovation ecology.

    In recent years, Hubei Province has formed a good situation of increasing the scale of basic research funding, orderly management of basic research funding and increasing ways of basic research funding. However, comparing with the current situation of basic research funding in other provinces and cities in China, it can be found that Hubei Province still has some problems, such as relatively single source of basic research funding, relatively small scale of basic research financial funding, relatively strong administrative color of natural science fund management, and relatively lagging digital construction of basic research funding platform. It needs to create a social environment conducive for Hubei Province to diversified funding of basic research, increase financial support for basic research, improve the management mode of local natural science funds, accelerate the digitization of basic research funding platform, strengthen the construction of regional basic research funding system through various means, and provide regional governance programs for achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance.

    Focusing on Mianyang City’s Fucheng District as its primary research area, GIS techniques alongside related spatial analysis methods were used to examine both distributive traits within local residential spaces while also investigating their principal influential elements. Findings indicate that housing patterns within Fucheng district exhibit distinct clustering tendencies with all spatial autocorrelation indices surpassing anticipated values primarily manifesting three prominent clustering features-HH,LH,and LL.The topography,slope,and accessibility significantly influence housing distributions predominantly concentrated within an elevation band ranging from 450 m to 550 m, a slope gradient between 0°and 10°and located within 500 meters from roads. The approach employed herein offers comprehensive insights given our focus on a prototypical suburban hilly terrain thereby possessing substantial scholarly merit along with practical implications. This quantitative inquiry into relationships between housing distributions within Fugqing district & their influential determinants provides enhanced clarity regarding local residential spaces patterns facilitating deeper comprehension concerning mechanisms governing such distributions. Our methodology may serve as valuable reference for analogous studies conducted across comparable hilly terrains while our findings could potentially inform future land-use planning decisions.

    In order to explore the cause and mechanism of water damage on asphalt pavement, the finite element software ABAQUS was used, combined with the pavement structure combination of Yinzhou Lake Expressway in Guangdong Province, and based on the seepage theory, the finite element models under the three working conditions of conventional water concentration field, actual non-uniform water concentration field and comprehensive consideration of actual non-uniform water concentration field and saturated liquid water were established respectively. The mechanical response of pavement under different working conditions was analyzed. The results show that the actual presence of non-uniform water vapor concentration field increases the cracking risk of the upper layer. With the intervention of liquid water caused by rainfall, the surface layer is in the alternating positive and negative pore water pressure, repeatedly scour the fatigue cracking site, further accelerating the stripping of asphalt and aggregate, and finally leading to water damage related diseases. The upper layer is subjected to the most serious void water pressure. Emphasis should be placed on enhancing the water damage resistance of the upper layer.

    Combining the design and construction case of the Guangzhou Shiyongxi Road Pipe Jacking Project, the principle and key technical points of the municipal drainage engineering pipe jacking construction process were introduced, including the principle of the jacking process, the essentials of jacking construction under different soil conditions, measurement techniques during the pipe jacking process, correction methods during the pipe jacking process, and control points. The monitoring results from the actual project indicate that the maximum cumulative surface settlement is only 6.5 mm, with a maximum rate of surface settlement at 1.2 mm/d. This verifies that by adopting corresponding measures and strictly implementing measurement and correction techniques, it is possible to adapt to geological changes, ensuring the safety and reliability of pipe jacking construction under complex geological conditions.

    With the development of artificial intelligence technology, virtual spokespersons have become a new trend in brand marketing. The interaction between virtual spokesperson type (companion-type vs. servant-type) and brand personality (excitement vs. sincerity) were explored, and the mediating role of processing fluency was examined. It is found that the matching of virtual spokesperson type and brand personality can significantly enhance consumers’ purchase intention. Among them, processing fluency significantly affects consumers’ acceptance of advertisements and purchase behavior. It is provided empirical support for brands in choosing virtual spokesperson strategies, and theoretical support and practical guidance are provided for brand marketing in the digital era.

    It is of great significance to discuss the co-evolution of charging infrastructure and new energy vehicles for the high-quality development of the charging infrastructure industry. The new energy vehicle enterprises were included in the charging infrastructure construction and operation system, and the four-party evolutionary game model was constructed to analyze the equilibrium point. The key factors affecting the evolution were discussed through numerical simulation. With the help of empirical analysis, the role of the construction and development of charging facilities in promoting the consumption of new energy vehicles was verified. It is found that operators need to expand their profitability and improve facility utilization. Consumers are more sensitive to NEV prices and charging losses, and NEV companies should be cautious in setting prices and consider building charging facilities by themselves or co-building with others.

    With the development of information technology and digitization, the scale and complexity of scientific data are increasing. How to reasonably manage and utilize scientific data has become an important issue faced by governments and scientific research institutions. Based on the policy diffusion theory, this study uses the policy document measurement method and policy network analysis method to conduct a quantitative analysis of 46 national and 197 provincial scientific data policies from 2005 to 2022 in six dimensions, including time, space, intensity, breadth, speed and direction, to explore the diffusion of China’s scientific data policies. Policy inspiration are put forward, such as optimizing the top-level design of policies and giving play to the role of national government administrative instructions; streamlining administration and delegating power to lower levels, and making our policies more targeted in areas and regions; expanding the mode of policy diffusion and strengthening the exchange of policy information among various parties.

    The dilemma of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities is manifested that the large investment of scientific and technological innovation funds has not led to a significant improvement in transformation efficiency. The key to solving this dilemma is to identify the different effects of various influencing factors in the process of transforming. The provincial panel data of Chinese universities and the Global Malmquist index method were used to measure the transformation efficiency. Based on the theory of digital intelligence platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities, the significant impact of external macro environmental factors and internal meso organizational factors on the efficiency of scientific and technological achievements transformation in universities were examined. The conclusion shows that internal meso organizational factors significantly affect the improvement of the transformation efficiency, while external macro environmental factors do not have a significant impact on the transformation efficiency. There is a mismatch phenomenon between Significance, effectiveness of influencing factors and funding direction.

    With the development of the deep integration of culture and tourism, “Hanfu fever”as a new business form has been widely concerned by the society and the industry. By collecting the postings of tourists on the two social media platforms of Weibo and Douyin on Luoyang Hanfu tourism, text analysis was adopted and ROST CM-6 software was used to conduct high-frequency words, semantic network and emotion analysis to explore tourists’perception of Luoyang Hanfu tourism image.The results show that the overall image perception of tourists to Luoyang Hanfu tourism is dominated by positive emotions, but there are still some negative emotions. Based on the theory of symbol interaction, concrete and feasible suggestions are put forward from the aspects of symbol interaction, consumption and cultural experience of Hanfu culture, so as to promote the in-depth development of the integration of Hanfu culture and tourism in Luoyang.

    The establishment of Science and Technology Innovation Hubs (STIHs) has become a critical element of the innovation-driven development strategy. Employing bibliometric methodologies, 380 relevant documents published in the field of STIHs research were analyzed between 2000 and 2023. The analysis included co-authorship networks, institutional affiliations, keyword co-occurrence, clustering and burst detection. The findings reveal that the majority of significant research on STIHs in China is published after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, indicating a strong policy orientation. The data also suggest a relatively weak collaboration among scholars and a fragmented landscape of cooperation and exchange between institutions, characterized by a pattern of widespread dispersion with localized clusters. The primary focus of the research has been on the conceptual foundations, formation mechanisms, developmental impacts and innovation ecosystems of STIHs. Future research should be guided by the emergence of new forms of productive capacity, deepen the understanding of the essence of STIHs, explore diverse models for different types and hierarchical levels of these centers, conduct in-depth analyses of their impact effects, and place greater emphasis on policy design for collaborative innovation within urban agglomerations as hosts for STIHs.

    In order to understand the influence of researchers’ academic grit on innovation performance, Yuan Longping, the father of hybrid rice, was taken as the research object. Using grounded theory, the biographical data and interview data were coded and analyzed. It is found that academic grit includes a two-dimensional structure, namely, consistent goals and sustained effort. Both dimensions have a positive impact on innovation performance. Courage, psychological capital, social support system, and interest are correlated with grit quality and innovation performance. Therefore, it is recommended to take the cultivation of academic grit of researchers seriously to enhance their psychological “innovation endogenous force”.

    Based on the panel data samples of 30 provinces(due to the lack of data, the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Tibet Autonomous Region, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province) in China from 2012 to 2021,the three-stage DEA was used to measure S&T innovation efficiency,explored its spatial autocorrelation and the driving mechanism of S&T innovation efficiency. The results show that China’s S&T innovation efficiency is in an unbalanced and insufficient state, and on the whole, the S&T innovation efficiency in the eastern region is higher than that in the central region, which is higher than that in the western region. It is found that environmental factors and random noise have a significant impact and interference on the measurement of S&T innovation efficiency. From the perspective of spatial correlation, regions with high S&T innovation efficiency have not driven the overall situation of regions with low S&T innovation efficiency. Further analysis shows that the level of economic development, professional quality S&T personnel, innovation ability of scientific research institutions and technology export have a positive impact on S&T innovation efficiency. It is also found that expenditure, enterprise innovation ability and technology absorption have a negative impact on S&T innovation efficiency. Based on this, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.

    Under the background of the national strategy of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”and“rural revitalization”, it is great important to improve the entrepreneurial competency of college students who return to their hometowns to start a business. The connotation of “competence of college students returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship” was defined by summarizing and deducing literature on “returning home for entrepreneurship” “college student entrepreneurship” and “entrepreneurial competence”. A competency model for returning college students’entrepreneurship was constructed based on a survey of 304 questionnaires. Finally, an evaluation system of returnee college students’entrepreneurial competence index was constructed, which included four primary indicators, such as entrepreneurial drive, entrepreneurial control, entrepreneurial execution and entrepreneurial personality, as well as 16 corresponding secondary indicators.
