To evaluate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Anchang Lishi Xiehao Prescription（安肠利湿泄浊方）combined with Compound Glutamine Enteric-Coated Capsule in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis.

A total of 100 patients with active ulcerative colitis admitted to the hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the randomized control method，the patients were divided into observation group and reference group，with 50 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with mesalazine combined with Compound Glutamine Enteric-Coated Capsules. In the observation group，the basis of treatment in the reference group was oral treatment with Anchang Lishi Xiehao Prescription. The treatment cycle was 7 days，and there was a total of 4 cycles of treatment. The diarrhea，pus and blood stool before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The changes of TCM syndrome scores such as abdominal pain，nausea and abdominal distension were compared between the two groups. The serum levels of diamine oxidase（DAO），D-lactic acid（D-LA），hypoxic-induced-factor-1α（HIF-1α），interleukin-6（IL-6），C-reactive protein（CRP）and tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.

The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 94%（47/50），which was better than that（80%，40/50）of the reference group（P<0.05）. Diarrhea，pus and blood stool were relieved in both groups. The scores of TCM syndromes such as abdominal pain，nausea and abdominal distension were significantly lower than those before treatment，and the reduction of the observation group was better than that of the reference group（P<0.05）. The antidiarrheal time，febrile time and disappearance time of symptoms and signs in the observation group were better than those in the reference group（P<0.05）. The indexes related to intestinal mucosal barrier function（DAO，D-LA and HIF-1α）were significantly decreased after treatment in both groups compared with those before treatment，and the decreases in the observation group were better than those in the reference group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the levels of inflammatory factors（IL-6，CRP and TNF-α）in two groups were lower than those before treatment，and the reduction range in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P<0.05）.

It is more feasible and effective to treat ulcerative colitis with Anchang Lishi Xiehao Prescription combined with Compound Glutamine Enteric-Coated Capsule，which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients，shorten the time of diarrhea prevention，fever reduction and disappearance of symptoms and signs，and improve the therapeutic effect. The mechanism of action is speculated to be related to reducing the levels of inflammatory factors in the body and promoting the repair of intestinal mucosa.

To explore the effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills（复方丹参滴丸）on the changes of threedimensional echocardiography and leukocyte derived inflammation indicators in patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.

A total of 122 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 divided into a control group（61 cases）and a observation group（61 cases）. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets and trimetazidine tablets，while the observation group was treated with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on the basis of control group. The treatment period was 12 weeks. The therapeutic effects，changes in main symptom scores，duration and frequency of angina pectoris，electrocardiogram parameters，three-dimensional echocardiographic indicators and leukocyte derived inflammation indicators before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.

The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the scores of chest tightness and chest pain of two groups were lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）. The scores of chest tightness and chest pain of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the duration and frequency of angina pectoris of two groups were lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）. The duration and frequency of angina pectoris of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，QTc interval and QRStime limit values of two groups were lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）. QTc interval and QRStime limit values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the values of left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）and cardiac output（CO）of two groups were higher than those before treatment，while the values of left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD）and left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVESD）were lower than those before treatment（P<0.05）. The values of LVEF and COin the observation group were higher than those of the control group，while the values of LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the serum levels of interleukin-6（IL-6）and interleukin-18（IL-18）of two groups were lower than those before treatment，while the levels of interleukin-33（IL-33）were higher than those before treatment（P<0.05）. The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-18 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group，while the levels of IL-33 was higher in the control group（P<0.05）. The adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference（P>0.05）.

Compound Danshen Dropping Pills have a significant therapeutic effect on patients with coronary heart disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type，which can significantly improve their cardiac function and alleviate inflammatory reactions.

To exploring the enhancing effect of salt processing on the nourishing Yin and clearing heat effects of Dihuang（Rehmanniae Radix）.

Based on the ancient records of salt preparation method and modern evolution，the saltprocessed products of Dihuang（Rehmanniae Radix）were prepared. On this basis，a mouse model of Yin deficiency and internal heat induced by oral administration of levothyroxine sodium（160 mg· kg^-1），which was relatively recognized and widely used，was studied by observing the gross signs，water intake，anal temperature，thermotropism as well as serum triiodothyronine（T3），thyroxine（T4），cyclic adenosine monophosphate（cAMP），cyclic guanosine monophosphate（cGMP），Na⁺-K⁺-ATP（Sodium Potas）and other factors to comprehensively evaluate the synergistic effect of salt processing on the main efficacy of nourishing Yin and clearing heat in Dihuang（Rehmanniae Radix）.

The model caused a significant increase in water intake，anal temperature，serum levels of T3，T4，cAMP，cAMP/cGMP，Na⁺-K⁺-ATPase and Ca²⁺-Mg²⁺-ATPase in mice（P<0.01），and the thermalization of the hot and cold board was significantly reduced（P<0.01）. Raw Dihuang（Rehmanniae Radix）and its various salt-processed products can significantly improve the abnormalities in the above indicators caused by the model（P<0.05 or P<0.01），among which the improvement effect of Dihuang（Rehmanniae Radix）salt-products was better than that of their raw products，and the effect of Dihuang（Rehmanniae Radix）salt-products processed by salt sealing freeze-drying method was particularly good.

To explore the therapeutic effect of Wuling Capsules（乌灵胶囊）combined with Shenqi Wuweizi Tablets（参芪五味子片）on elderly patients with stable angina pectoris and anxiety and depression.

A total of 126 elderly patients with stable angina pectoris combined with anxiety and depression admitted to the cardiology department of the hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group，with 63 cases in each group. The control group patients received Western medicine treatment，including Bisoprolol Fumarate Tablets，Xinkang Sustained-Release Tablets and Aspirin Enteric Coated Tablets. On the basis of the control group，the experimental group received Wuling Capsules combined with Shenqi Wuweizi Tablets. The efficacy of stable angina pectoris，electrocardiogram efficacy，traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy，the scores of anxiety and depression，the sleep quality score，the levels of plasma atrial natriuretic peptide（ANP），endothelin（ET），cholesterol（TC），triacylglycerol（TG），norepinephrine（NE），5-hydroxytryptamine（5-HT）and dopamine（DA）and the occurrence of adverse reactions of two groups were compared.

Compared with that of the control group，the treatment effect of stable angina pectoris in the experimental group was better（P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment，the self-rating anxiety scale（SAS），self-rating depression scale（SDS）and Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI）scores of the two groups decreased after treatment. Compared with the control group，the SAS，SDSand PSQI scores of the experimental group were lower after treatment（P<0.05）. After treatment，compared with those before treatment，the levels of ANP，ET，TCand TG in the two groups decreased. After treatment，compared with the control group，the experimental group had lower levels of ANP，ET，TCand TG，with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. Compared with those before treatment，the levels of NE，5-HT and DA in the two groups increased after treatment. Compared with the control group，the experimental group had higher levels of NE，5-HT and DA after treatment（P<0.05）. There was no difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05）.

Wuling Capsules combined with Shenqi Wuweizi Tablets can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris in elderly patients with stable angina pectoris and anxiety，alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression and down-regulate the levels of ANP，ET，TC，TG and monoamine neurotransmitters，making it suitable for clinical application.

A total of 90 patients with primary liver cancer who were treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects. According to the different treatment plans of the patients，they were divided into a routine group and an observation group with 55 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with radiofrequency ablation，and the observation group was treated with Lianqi Decoction on the basis of the routine group. The short-term efficacy，expression levels of serum T lymphocyte subsets，expression levels of serum seed bulb markers，liver function，liver hardness and safety of the two groups were observed and compared.

The short-term clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the levels of alpha fetoprotein（AFP），carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）and carbohydrate antigen 199（CA199）in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the levels of CD₃⁺ and CD₄⁺ in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group，and CD₈⁺ was lower than those in the conventional group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the levels of alanine transaminase（ALT），aspartate transaminase（AST）and total bilirubin（TBIL）in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group（P<0.05）. The incidence of total adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the liver stiffness measurernents（LSM）value of the observation group was better than that of the conventional group（P<0.05）. The patients in the observation group were better than those in the conventional group at 2 years follow-up（P<0.05）.

A total of 78 patients with DN admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group（39 cases）and the observation group（39 cases）by random number method. The control group was given Candesartan Cilexetil Tablets and insulin. The observation group was added Belling Capsule on the basis of the control group，all of which were treated for 16 weeks. Before and after treatment，the levels of fasting plasma glucose（FPG），glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c），serum creatinine（SCr），urea nitrogen（BUN）and serum TGF-β，Smad1，Smad2，Smad3，p38MAPK，P-P38MAPK protein of two groups were compared. In addition，the adverse reaction incidence of the two groups were compared after treatment.

The total effective rate was 87.74% in the observation group，significantly higher than that（69.23%）in the control group（P<0.05）. The levels of FPG，HbA1c，SCr and BUN in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment（P<0.05）. The protein levels of TGF-β，Smad1，Smad2 and Smad3 after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment（P<0.05）. The serum levels of p38MAPK，p-p38MAPK and p-p38MAPK/p38MAPK in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（41.03% vs 33.33%，P>0.05）.

In this study，60 patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia（admitted from January 2020 to December 2022）were divided into two groups by random number table method，namely control group and treatment group，with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia and rehabilitation intervention by hand rehabilitation robot. Those in the treatment group were combined with “supplementing Yang and dredging collateral” electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group，and the treatment data of patients in each group was compared，including the efficacy，the changes of total TCM symptom scores before and after treatment，National Institute of Health Stroke Scale（NIHSS）score，Fugl-Meyer assessment（FMA）and simple test for evaluating hand function（STEF）score，the changes of hand function indicators such as maximum flexion angle，maximum extension angle and active range of digital active finger movement（AROM），the changes of Berg balance scale（BBS）scores and modified Barthel index（MBI），the flow velocity changes of middle cerebral artery（MCA），posterior cerebral artery（PCA）and anterior cerebral artery（ACA）in brain circulation indicators.

The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）. The total TCM symptom score，NIHSS score，FMA score and STEF score，hand function indexes（maximum flexion angle，maximum extension angle，AROM），BBS score and MBI score，brain circulation indexes（MCA，PCA，ACA）were not significant in both groups before treatment（P>0.05）. After treatment，the total TCM symptom score，NIHSS score，FMA score and STEF score，hand function indexes（maximum flexion angle，maximum extension angle，AROM），BBS score and MBI score，brain circulation indexes（MCA，PCA，ACA）of all patients in each group were improved. After treatment，the total TCM symptom score，NIHSSscore，FMA score and STEF score，hand function indexes（maximum flexion angle，maximum extension angle，AROM），BBSscore and MBI score，brain circulation indexes（MCA，PCA，ACA）in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group（P<0.05）.

“Supplementing Yang and dredging collateral” electroacupuncture combined with hand rehabilitation robot can promote the rehabilitation of patients with hemiplegia after ischemic stroke. The treatment effect of patients is improved，the symptoms are relieved，and the limb function of patients is recovered well. It is worthy of application.

To explore the effect of scalp acupuncture combined with betahistine on clinical symptoms，sleep quality and recurrence in patients with peripheral vertigo.

The patients with peripheral vertigo of liver-Yang hyperactivity type from May 2022 to June 2023 were divided into observation group and control group with 47 cases in each group according to simple randomization method. The control group received betahistine treatment，and the observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture combined with betahistine，and both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks. Before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment，the vertigo degree［Dizziness Handicap Inventory（DHI）score，TCM syndrome score］，vestibular function indicators［total length of barycentric movement（PL），total area of barycentric movement（CA），canal paresis value］，hemodynamic indicators［whole blood viscosity（HBV），hemocrit（Hct），vertebral artery flow velocity，basilar artery flow velocity］and sleep quality［Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）］were compared between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence within 3 months after treatment were recorded in both groups.

After 4 weeks of treatment，the DHI value，TCM syndrome score，PL，CA，canal paresis value，HBV，Hct and sleep quality score in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment，and the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（all P<0.05）. The blood flow velocities of vertebral artery and basilar artery in the two groups were significantly enhanced than those before treatment，and the two velocities in the observation group were faster than those in the control group（all P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P>0.05），and the recurrence in the observation group within 3 months after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.

Scalp acupuncture combined with betahistine can significantly improve the symptoms，effectively enhance the sleep quality and reduce the risk of recurrence in patients with peripheral vertigo.

To explore the effect of Tongli Huayu Xingnao Decoction（通里化瘀醒脑汤）combined with lower extremity acupoint acupuncture on quality of life of stroke patients.

The study included 113 stroke patients，all of whom were admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022，and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. The patients in the control group（56 cases）received routine clinical treatment，and those in the observation group（57 cases）received combined treatment with Tongli Huayu Xingnao Decoction and lower limb acupoint acupuncture on the basis of treatment in the control group. The effects，complications，changes of TCM syndrome scores（dizziness and delirium，skew of mouth，hemiplegia，palpitation and shortness of breath，pale complexion，etc.）and neurological impairment scores were compared between the two groups. The changes in National Institute of Health stroke scale（NIHSS），Brunel Balance Assessment（BBA）score，Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment（FMA），quality of life score（Barthel index）and patient satisfaction with treatment of the two groups were compared.

Compared with that of the control group（71.43%），the effective rate of the observation group（87.72%）was higher（P<0.05）. The complication rate of the observation group and the control group was significant（1.75% vs 12.50%）（P<0.05）. The TCM syndrome scores（dizziness and delirium，skew of mouth，hemiplegia，palpitation and shortness of breath，pale complexion，etc.），NIHSSscore，BBA score，FMA score and Barthel index score before treatment in the observation group and the control group were similar（P>0.05）. After treatment，TCM syndrome scores（dizziness and delirium，skew of mouth，hemiplegia，palpitation and shortness of breath，pale complexion，etc.），NIHSS score，BBA score，FMA score and Barthel index were all improved in each group. And the indexes above in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group（96.49%）was higher than that of the control group（82.14%）（P<0.05）.

Tongli Huayu Xingnao Decoction combined with lower extremity acupoint acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical efficacy，quality of life and motor function of stroke patients，and reduce the complication rate，with good recovery and high satisfaction rate.

To analyze the effect of Tongmai Huayu Decoction（通脉化瘀方）combined with directional drug penetration technology in the application of stroke in upper limb hemiplegia.

A total of 80 stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from August 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected to be included in the study，and were divided into control group（40 cases）and experimental group（40 cases）according to random number table method. The control group was treated with routine western medicine，and the experimental group was treated with Tongmai Huayu Decoction combined with directional drug penetration. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated after 1 month of treatment，and the changes of TCM symptom scores，upper limb function［Wolf Motor Function Test（WMFT）］and blood flow index of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.

The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the WMFT scores of the two groups were higher than that before treatment（P<0.05），and the investigator WMFT score was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. After treatment，the TCM symptom scores and blood flow index levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment（P<0.05），and the TCM symptom score and blood flow index level of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）.

Tongmai Huayu Decoction combined with directional drug penetration can effectively improve that treatment effect of stroke patients with upper limb hemiplegia，relieve the TCM syndrome，and improve the upper limb function and blood supply of the patients.
