According to the distribution of existing measurement and acquisition points for energy data of Da An Iron and Steel, the wireless communication mode is selected to ensure the energy measurement data to be transmitted to the energy management system timely and accurately, which provides strong support for energy monitoring, statistical analysis of energy and energy supply decision-making. Compared with wired data acquisition, it is with such characteristics as low cost and short duration.
In this paper, the failure causes are studied, analyzed and diagnosed, the solutions are formulated aiming at the failures of electrical circuit and lightning protection system in computer room as well as starting with the electric leakage and outage detection of electrical circuit, internal resistance detection of the circuit and measurement of ground resistance for lightning protection. As a result, the failure of electrical circuit in computer room is effectively prevented and more economic losses caused by the major accidents such as fire are avoided, so that the safe and stable operation of computer room is ensured.
Electric vehicle automatic charging robot is one of the ways to solve the difficult and inconvenient of charging operation of electric vehicles. A pose estimation method of electric vehicle DC charging port was designed based on ellipse detection and binocular vision in this paper. Firstly, the image is preprocessed, then the edges are extracted and filtered, and finally the least square ellipse fitting is carried out after filtering, the pose of the DC charging port is estimated according to the ellipse after filtering. Through the third-party test, it could be found that the accuracy of the method meets the requirements, and the algorithm is robust and the application scenario has high universality.
With the increasingly prominent role of archives in social development and human life, the archives awareness of the whole society has been comprehensively improved and the management upgrade of archives institutions at all levels has been carried out in order, but it is a common prominent problem to ignore the construction of fonds file. In this paper, it is analyzed the importance and existing problems for the construction of fonds file as well as elaborated how to standardize the construction of fonds file from such five aspects as establishing and perfecting the system, improving management awareness, standardizing daily business, enhancing the training as well as intensifying supervision and guidance so as to achieve the goal of improving the level of archives management.
The data transforming relationship of nitrogen for as-fired coal in solid and gaseous phases is established through the comprehensive study of nitrogen in metallurgical coal concentrate for 6 m coke oven of Baotou Steel, which could provide the data guidance for adjusting coal blending ratio, reducing nitrogen content in coke and ammonia content in coke oven gas as well as the theoretical basis for formulating modification scheme of gas purification system of Baotou Steel and design of matched coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification for 6 m and 7 m coke ovens.
The grade of fluorite in superconducting concentrate is increased from 85.21% to 96.84% and the grade of rare earth is decreased from 5.29% to 0.11% after the fluorite flotation concentrate of Bayan Obo Iron Mine is processed by superconducting magnetic separation technology. The grade of fluorite in fluorite flotation concentrate of Bayan Obo Iron Mine can be effectively improved, content of rare earth is decreased, flotation process of fluorite concentrate is shortened, amount of reagents and other power consumption are reduced with the superconducting high gradient magnetic separation so that the costs are effectively saved.
In this article, it is introduced the current situation of bulk flotation process flows of a Fluorite Concentration Plant in Bayan Obo as well as analyzed the problems existed in operation process and the reasons that the indicators do not reach standard. The concentration is changed from two stages to one stage through industrial tests so that the better production indicators are obtained and the production and processing costs are reduced in production practices.
The suspended matter content in the circulating water of beneficiation production is high, so it needs to be treated by adding reagents. The suitable reagents are selected as well as such operation parameters as the dosage and way of adding reagents are determined through experiments. After the applications, the minimum suspended matter content of treating water is reduced to below 130 mg/L so that the water quality is greatly improved to meet the requirements of production water supply.
In this paper, the operation of fast cooling for warm-air pipe of 4 150 m3 blast furnace of Baotou Steel is summarized. The time limit for maintenance of pipeline system of hot blast stove is limited by cooling of refractory materials, conventional temperature fall time is longer and the process is out of control. The temperature of hot blast pipeline system can decrease fast through implementing this scheme and the whole process is always under control so that the time limit for maintenance can be effectively shortened.
