With the rapid development of new media, Micro-video of Science Popularization is favored by the public and science popularization workers with its short, flat and fast features, and also brings about a strong impetus to the popularization of science. In order to effectively popularize scientific knowledge, it is imperative to design and produce suitable Micro-video of Science Popularization. How to design Micro-video of Science Popularization, and to make it a great vehicle for popularization of science is an important issue worth thinking. In this paper, the present situation of Micro-video design is investigated, and the related research of Micro-video of Science Popularization is carried out, meanwhile, the characteristics of classic Micro-video of Science Popularization at home and abroad are comparatively analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are made for the design of Micro-video of Science Popularization, providing some theoretical guidance for the design of Micro-video of Science Popularization, and to adding new and powerful channels for popularization of science.

The use of comics as an easy way to display and disseminate obscure scientific and technological knowledge can be well accepted and loved by the public. However, it is not appropriate to simply use the new formulation of popular animation or animation and popular science, because popular science itself is typographically labeled, which allows anime lovers to easily filter out related works during reading, affecting the effect of the work. At present, the integration among creation works in China mainly focuses on the level of one-way integration and mutual benefit, and the interest and fun is still lingering at a lower level. If we want to create a level of integration and integration of works, there is a contradiction between the popularization of animation and popular science positioning, for example, the aesthetic flavor of science and animation is not at the same level, the reader's reading pleasure is easily affected by the popular science education, simply, the superstitious ability of excellent cartoon works can not fundamentally solve the problem of poor quality of popular science, and the science element is not suitable for its commercialization. Therefore, we must face up to the inherent contradiction in the integration of animation and science. In the creation, we must concentrate on improving the level of the animation story script. The science knowledge should be integrated into the daily life, and then be integrated into the story script creation, so that a highly integrated animation and science popularization excellent work can be produced.

Science film and television based on verification method is an effective way to make science film more “entertaining”. This paper summarizes the frame of science film and television based on verification method, which can be divided into three parts: select a topic-searching something familiar but ignored by people, test and verify-make a fuss matter-of-factual and conclusion-films and television processing based on case study of MythBusters and Come on!To the Future. Subsequently, this paper proposes three elements of popular science and television creation based on the verification method: scientific objectivity, close to life and edutainment. Finally, based on verification method, this paper puts forward practical enlightenment of science film and television to science venues, this is to connect exhibits and real life, explore great experiment in little scene, and engage in cross-border joint efforts to promote effects.

On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the value of HPS in Science Education and the difficulties it faces, this paper introduces a new program of HPS abroad in recent years, which is called Discipline Culture. Discipline Culture displays the structure of the disciplinary knowledge to be learned and thus fulfills the fundamental requirement of science education. It treats all disciplines as a cultural form with the same structure which consists of three parts, Nucleus, Body, and Periphery. It makes the science and the history of science and philosophy of science organically integrated as a whole in order to deal well with the difficulties and challenges faced by HPS education in practice. In addition, the theory treats science education as a process of adaptation to Science Culture, and science culture encompassall sorts of subculture (Physics Culture, Chemistry Culture, Mathematics Culture. etc.) as a whole which are rooted in the human culture. Therefore, it has positive significance for the correct understanding of the nature of science and effective implementation of science education.

Science popularization (SP) is the foundation and premise of technological innovation. It is important to put popularization of science work on the same important position as technological innovation. Based on the panel data from 2010 to 2015 of 31 provinces in China, this paper established an indices system of Regional SP ability evaluation index from 5 aspects including the construction of scientific personnel, science infrastructure, science funding, creation science and science activities, we determine the index weight of each area in the calculation of science capacity using the entropy method, and they are divided into three areas according to the calculation results. On this basis, we use the two-way fixed effect model to examine the impact of popular science service on regional innovation ability in China. The results show that SP service has a positive impact on China's overall regional innovation capability. Meanwhile, there is obviously regional heterogeneity: the impact of SP on the second regions is the most significant, and it is not significant for the first or third regions. The study of this paper provides some empirical evidence for reducing the regional innovation gap by strengthening the construction of SP ability.

As the main body of service launched by the science popularization team in rural areas, it is also a key force for enhancing scientific literacy of peasant masses and an important link connecting agriculture technology promotion and agricultural production practice. In the new era, the trend for the development of modernization of agriculture, the application of science and technology industries, and the informatization of science popularization have put forward higher requirements on the comprehensive capabilities of rural science popularization personnel. This paper aims to fully understand the status of the construction of the current ranks of science popularization talents in rural areas, find out outstanding problems and their causes faced by it and better promote their own construction and sustainable development of science popularization ranks. Through methods of field observation, in-depth interview and comparative analysis, this paper carried out in-depth field work towards the rural science popularization in “four provinces and twelve cities” in China. The results of the survey show that: the construction of rural science popularization team is not enough, the content and form of science popularization find it difficult to adapt to the requirements of the new era, the echelon of science popularization talent ranks is under the pressure of “fault”, the management attribution of science popularization team is not clear, and the rural science popularization organization system is not perfect. In view of the afore-mentioned problems, the paper finally puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening policy support for construction of popular science popularization in rural areas, transforming rural science popularization service forms, improving incentives for rural science popularization team, building a diversified management system of science popularization personnel, and perfecting science popularization system and grass-roots science and technology associations.

The netizens' demands for science communication could be seen as one important social representation of the public demands for science popularization in the information society. By looking at the information searching behavior of the netizens, the paper analyses and represents, with implementation of measures for both demand strength and breadth, the group structure, fundamental characteristics and segmentation discrepancy of the netizens' demands for science communication. The results echo in general the younger, life-oriented, mobilized and fragmented tendencies in the information society, revealing the frames and features behind the attention and recognition to popularize scientific information from different internet groups.

An initial goal for science popularization work of China is to raise scientific literacy of the population, and youth is one of the most important targeted groups to realize the afore-mentioned goal. As a mass informal activity, the youth university science camp is held annually in China. Based on the result of a large-scale (N=10393) investigation, this research proved a positive effect of this camp on raising campers' scientific literacy and discovered its unique character featuring cutting-edge and multi-disciplines. Effects on different groups of campers were compared as well. Some specific suggestions were given for a further improvement of the camp in the future.

Martin Gardner was a world-renowned master of mathematics popularization in America in the 20th century, who made immeasurable contribution in the field of mathematics popularization. He was good at using story-telling expression, finding source of writing embedded in real life, mathematical language rich in the sense of getting involved, and following the step-by-step explanation. These unique writing methods made his works both elegant and popular, attracting countless mathematicians and math enthusiasts. The success of Martin Gardner cannot be separated from his solid language foundation, creative thinking, and the idea of turning disadvantages into advantages and striving for the easiest way to solve problems. These unique writing methods and concepts of mathematics popularization are worth studying and researching.

By sorting out historical documents, this paper studied the scientific communication mode of the first private scientific research institute in Western China from 1930 to 1938. Research shows that science institutes in western China brought about significant effects of science communication in Beibei of Chongqing city and other areas in Chongqing city and Sichuan province in such a short period of time, the reason is that science institutes there applied diversified and multi-layered ways for popularization of science in a from top to down manner from its starting days, a science center which radiated across the region thus came into being. Thanks to those efforts, a strong and radiating nexus of science communication, with Beibei as its center, was established, which provides reference for science communication currently.
