    The fault fracturezone has a significant impact on the progress and safety of tunnel construction, and it is necessary to determine the specific location and lithology information of the fault zone before construction. In order to ensure the smooth excavation and excavation of tunnels in the project, a combination of drilling and coring, natural source surface wave method, and comprehensive logging exploration methods were used to explore the specific characteristics of fault zones under complex geological conditions, and to conduct experimental analysis on their rock properties. The results indicate that under large-scale detection conditions, the natural source surface wave method can comprehensively survey the approximate characteristics of fault zones, and preliminary fault localization can be carried out based on the characteristics of wave velocity changes.The comprehensive logging method accurately identifies the specific location and distribution of faults based on parameters such as resistivity and natural potential, and provides quantitative analysis of the position, width, attitude, composition, cementation degree, and water content of fault zones. The combination of multiple methods improves the accuracy of fault fracture zone detection.

    As an important means of energy storage project, salt cavern storage will cause the cavern to contract due to the fluctuation of injection and extraction pressures, which in turn can lead to surface subsidence. Numerical simulation analysis has been conducted on the main influencing factors of surface subsidence of double cavity under different injection and extraction cycles, and it has been found that reducing the injection and extraction cycle can slow down the trend of surface subsidence. An analysis of the probability of cavern failure in the operation of a salt cavern storage with a 60 d injection and extraction cycle has been carried out. When the pressure fluctuation of the storage exceeds 1 MPa, the probability of cavern failure will exceed 20% after 30 a. Therefore, when designing the operating conditions of salt cavern, it is necessary to consider the impact of pressure fluctuations on surface subsidence and control the fluctuation range of pressure according to the design life of the storage.

    Energy price is a key market signal, and their fluctuations have profound impact on national economic development and business operations. To accurately predict future price trends and master cutting-edge energy price forecasting models, a systematic review of relevant research was conducted. First, the distinction between in-sample fitting and out-of-sample prediction was clarified. Second, traditional econometric forecasting models was summarized. Finally, advanced artificial intelligence models was organized from the perspectives of input variables, forecasting methods, and forecasting frameworks. Based on the research review and current trends, there are two future directions worth attention: first, the use of integrated feature selection methods to construct stable feature subsets, and second, the introduction of mixed-frequency methods to improve the accuracy of real-time predictions.

    Based on the results of the first national comprehensive natural disaster risk survey in Jiangxi Province, the deep integration of the results of the comprehensive risk assessment zone of the single disaster and the comprehensive risk assessment zone was discussed. Focusing on the prevention and control of natural disasters such as meteorology, floods, droughts, and geology, with Dayu County in Jiangxi Province as the research area,the development of a dynamic management and application analysis research system for the comprehensive risk zone of natural disasters in Jiangxi Province can provide technical support for the county-level “two committees and three departments” decision-making command.

    Various types of sedimentary deposits are widely distributed in the mountainous areas of northern Guizhou, among which landslide deposits are the most common. A landslide deposit on the inner side of a highway in the region was analyzed. The mechanism and evolution mode of rainfall disasters in the deposit was studied through refined investigation and measurement, numerical simulation and other techniques. The landslide accumulation body was affected by multiple rounds of rainfall in the early stage, and the shallow surface of the slope has experienced multiple local instability and damage, resulting in cracks in the mortar retaining wall, burial of the concrete retaining wall, severe damage to the road surface structure, and difficulty in passage. Under later rainfall conditions, there is still a possibility of local instability or even overall instability. The numerical simulation results of rainfall show that the accumulation body is in an unsaturated state in its natural state. Continuous heavy rainfall will promote the development of the soil from unsaturated to saturated state. During the rainfall process, the transient saturation zone gradually expands and deepens from the slope surface, and by the end of the rainfall, the entire slope soil body has almost reached saturation state. Affected by the water barrier effect of bedrock, infiltrated rainwater collects at the interface between the foundation and the cover, and pore water continuously migrates towards the foot of the slope under the action of gravity, resulting in high pore water pressure at the interface and foot of the slope. On the one hand, the lubrication and softening of gravel soil by pore water promote the structural weakening and mechanical strength attenuation of the soil. On the other hand, high pore water pressure plays a role in reducing the effective stress of the soil, resulting in a decrease in the anti sliding force of the slope, which in turn leads to overall sliding along the foundation cover interface. However, the process of accumulation body developing into landslide under heavy rainfall can be divided into four stages, namely: ①full rainfall infiltration, ②partial saturation of slope surface, ③expansion of saturated area, local instability, ④overall instability and damage. In the early stage, multiple local instability and damage only developed to stage ③. In the later stage, if such heavy rainfall or even extreme rainstorm occurs, the colluvial accumulation body is very likely to have overall damage, which will cause complete road blocking and threaten pedestrians and vehicles in the process.

    To address the fatigue issues at the connection between legs and spudcans of jack-up platforms during oilfield production operations, a local finite element model of the spudcan was established. By considering wave loads from eight different directions and employing the spectral fatigue method, the fatigue life at the leg-spudcan connection was calculated. Additionally, the influence of spudcan-surrounding soil on the fatigue life of the connection was investigated. Results indicate that, under a 10-fold safety factor, the fatigue life at the leg-spudcan connection meets design requirements. Incorporating the effect of surrounding soil further improves the fatigue life at this critical joint.

    As a crucial hydraulic engineering structure, the impermeability of a rockfill dam directly affects the safety of the project, environmental protection, and economic benefits. Different protective measures are taken for cofferdams under different conditions, so a detailed analysis based on specific conditions is necessary. Focusing on the transverse soil and rock revetment upstream of Phase I of the Yanzhou hub, the large-scale finite element software GeoStudio was used to conduct an in-depth analysis of its various anti-seepage structural forms, aiming to evaluate the effectiveness and seepage control effects of each anti-seepage scheme.The research findings indicate that both the absence of anti-seepage measures and the sole use of geomembrane structures fail to meet the engineering requirements for seepage prevention. Although a single anti-seepage wall structure can meet the requirements, it is not the best choice due to its high construction difficulty and economic cost. In contrast, the anti-seepage solution combining high-pressure jet grouting with composite geomembrane can effectively fulfill the project’s seepage prevention needs, which provides practical guidance and suggestions for the design of earth-rock cofferdam.

    In order to evaluate the feasibility of the application of drainage asphalt mixture with small particle sized aggregate in the maintenance of ultra-thin asphalt overlay, the rutting test, low-temperature bending test, freeze-thaw split test, Cantabro dispersion test, permeability test and pendulum friction coefficient test were conducted to evaluate the pavement performance and functional property of 8 drainage asphalt pavement composed of 4 kinds of asphalt binder and 2 gradation forms. And it was compared with large particle sized aggregate drainage asphalt mixture (OGFC-13). The results show that the asphalt mixture with PAC-5 gradation is better than OGFC-5 gradation in the form of high and low temperature performance, water stability, skid resistance and drainage performance. But the low temperature performance and water stability is inferior to OGFC-13 mixture. Epoxy asphalt binder is conducive to improve the overall pavement performance of drainage asphalt pavement, however, the functional properties such as drainage and anti-sliding have declined. Meanwhile, due to the expensive cost, SBS-SPT modified asphalt can be used as a substitute. Therefore, considering the results of various performance tests and economic costs, when using PAC-5 gradation, SBS modified asphalt and II modifier, the performance of drainage asphalt mixture with small particle sized aggregate is the best, which is expected to be widely applied to the maintenance of ultra-thin asphalt overlay.

    In order to study the mechanical properties of Changxin epoxy binder used in Yangjiang Port Bridge, its performance under tensile strength, tensile strength, shear strength and other conditions were evaluated through a series of experimental and theoretical analyses. The research includes the preparation process of binder, mechanical property testing, failure analysis and performance comparison with Japan TAF epoxy binder. The results show that Changxin epoxy binder exhibits excellent mechanical properties and stability in steel bridge deck pavement, which provides a strong guarantee for the long-term use of Yangjiang Port Bridge.

    In order to explore the mechanical characteristics of shield tunnels passing through different soft-hard uneven strata, a three-dimensional refined shield tunnel numerical model considering the contact effect of ring longitudinal bolt joints and segment-soil was established, and its feasibility were verified by comparing the measured data. Then, aiming at the complex ground conditions of upper soft-lower hard, upper hard-lower soft, and longitudinal soft-hard uneven strata, the influence of different strata composite ratios on the internal force, convergence deformation and vertical settlement of shield segment structure was deeply explored. The results show that with the increase of strata composite ratio, the bending moment of tunnel bottom in upper soft-lower hard strata decreases greatly, the vertical settlement of segment increases slowly and then rapidly, and the convergence deformation of segment increases linearly. Compared with the upper soft-lower hard strata, the vertical settlement response of shield segment in the upper hard-lower soft strata is more sensitive under the same composite ratio. When the tunnel lies in the longitudinal soft-hard uneven strata, the extreme value and extreme difference of the longitudinal bending moment of the segment and the shear force increase with the increase of the strata composite ratio. The convergence deformation of the segment is larger on the hard soil side than on the soft soil side.

    Ground penetrating radar(GPR) is widely used for inspecting the quality of tunnel linings. However, the raw GPR data often cannot be directly interpreted and requires various pre-processing such as denoising, gain adjustment, and image smoothing to observe meaningful information. Considering that GPR data processing is currently predominantly manual, with a complex workflow and subjective parameter selection, an end-to-end data processing method is proposed based on generative adversarial network(GAN) that transforms raw GPR data into images with clear signals. The GAN consists of a series of generators and discriminators at different scales, capable of intelligently recognizing both global and local features of GPR data and automatically performing comprehensive processing operations on the raw data. This method has been successfully applied to the processing of actual GPR data for initial lining quality inspection, achieving results comparable to manual processing and a significantly higher data processing efficiency.

    Under the technical support of geographic information system(GIS), the country park in Yannan Mountain Area of Urumqi was taken as the research object. Based on the field investigation, 10 key ecological sensitivity evaluation indexes were selected. By applying analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each factor, the evaluation index system of ecological sensitivity of country parks was constructed. The results show that the ecological sensitivity of country parksis mainly highly sensitive, with an area of 173.30 hm2, accounting for 31.64%. The remaining sensitive areas are 91.07 hm2, 93.01 hm2, 126.07 hm2, and 64.30 hm2, accounting for 16.63%, 16.98%, 23.02%, and 11.74%, respectively.

    Addressing the difficulties in collecting key data during battery operation and the limited amount of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) data, is able to optimize battery performance evaluation and health monitoring, as well as optimize battery usage and charging strategies. The research method involves using data augmentation techniques to increase the sample size while ensuring data quality. The denoising diffusion probability model (DDPM), as an emerging generative model, is applied to enhance battery data. For low dimensional battery data such as current, voltage, temperature, and capacity, the DDPM model is directly applied for data augmentation. For high-dimensional EIS data, the autoencoder (AE) model is first used for dimensionality reduction, followed by data augmentation in low dimensional space, and the enhanced data is restored to the original space. The research results confirm that the proposed data augmentation method can generate high-quality data on NASA(National Aeronautics and Space Administration) and EIS public datasets and effectively reduce computational complexity. The conclusion indicates that this study provides an effective data augmentation strategy for battery performance evaluation and health management, and has certain reference and application value.

    Taking Qianguan Bridge in Dalian as the project background, the structural characteristics and stress conditions of the lower-supported steel pipe concrete tied arch bridge were analyzed. A health monitoring system scheme for the bridge was designed. The architecture design of the system and the types of sensors used for its main monitoring content were introduced. Finite element analysis of the bridge was conducted based on Midas Civil, and the measurement point layout of the bridge monitoring system was determined in accordance with relevant standards. Considering the strong subjectivity and poor overall nature of traditional manual inspections, which consume a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources on-site and even affect traffic operations, an intelligent bridge health monitoring platform was developed in the cloud based on BIM(building information modeling). This platform integrates real-time on-site data collection, stable and efficient transmission, rapid analysis of massive data, human-computer interaction, and visualization of models and data. It automatically triggers alerts and notifies relevant personnel through various means, achieving early detection, early warning, and early handling, providing strong support for the ultimate realization of smart bridge management and maintenance.

In order to explore the location strategy of new energy vehicle battery swap station with the goal of maximizing user satisfaction, the key factors affecting user satisfaction, including service cost, travel time, waiting time and power consumption were analyzed through the comprehensive consideration of these four factors. The multi-objective decision-making problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem according to the CRITIC weight method, and the site selection optimization model was constructed, and the genetic algorithm was used to analyze the example to obtain the optimal location location.

    The aviation material supply chain is an important part of ensuring the normal operation and punctual operation of civilian aircraft. A supply chain stability model based on pulses and uses MATLAB for numerical verification was constructed to explore the role of pulse intensity and occurrence in the stability of the supply chain. The research results show that pulses have a greater impact on supply chains that are not yet stable, and a limited impact on supply chains that are already stable. Appropriate pulses accelerate system adjustments and quickly reach a stable state.

    Aiming at the airport clear water vehicle scheduling problem, considering the situation that clear water vehicles with multi-specification load capacity provide guarantee services for flights of different aircraft types, an optimal airport clear water vehicle scheduling model was constructed to minimize the number of vehicles in use and the waiting service time for flights. By introducing time window span and service waiting time as the key factors of the state transfer rule, and adopting stage pheromone evaporation and intra-path 2-opt and inter-path 2-opt* optimization strategies, the traditional ant colony algorithm is improved in terms of applicability and used for model solving. Finally, the operational data of a hub airport in Southwest China was used as an example for validation. Compared with the traditional first-come-first-served scheduling, the number of vehicles in use and the flight waiting service time are reduced by 27.3% and 22.9%, respectively, for the scheduling scheme obtained by solving the improved ant colony algorithm. The results show that the constructed model and algorithm demonstrate high optimization efficiency and practicality in the airport clear water vehicle scheduling problem.

    Agricultural high-quality development (AHQ) is an urgent need for the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization today.Benchmark regression and spatial Durbin models were employed to investigate the effects of the coupling degrees of three sets of binary and ternary relationships-formed by ASTR allocation, AST innovation, and AHQ-on AHQ across each province from 2010 to 2020.The findings indicate that, overall, the coupling development among these systems plays a significant role in promoting AHQ. Specifically, the coupling degrees of both the binary and ternary systems markedly boost AHQ. However, when analyzed regionally, the degree of system coupling development exerts varying impacts on AHQ across the four major economic regions. Spatial econometric regression results further reveal that the coefficients for the impact of system coupling on AHQ, along with the spatial lag coefficients, are positive. This implies that the synchronized development of these systems not only positively affects local AHQ but also catalyzes AHQ improvements in neighboring regions. Therefore, this study suggests fully leveraging the unique strengths of each region in the integration of science, technology, and the economy, accelerating new quality agricultural productivity, capitalizing on the spatial spillover effects of system interactions on AHQ in adjacent areas, intensifying supply-side structural reforms in the agricultural science and technology sector, and enhancing the efficiency of ASTR allocation.

    Through in-depth analysis of the three dimensions of input, output and development environment, the evaluation index system of integrated development of culture and tourism in the five provinces in northwest China was constructed, and the level of integrated development of culture and tourism in the five provinces from 2011 to 2021 was measured. The weight of each index was used to determine the combination assignment. The results show that the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industry in the five northwestern provinces is less synchronised and mostly dominated by cultural lag. In addition, there is no equivalence between the integrated development of culture and tourism industry and regional economic level and resource abundance, and the overall development level is not high. On the whole, most of the integrated development level of culture and tourism in northwest China is unbalanced, the allocation of factor resources still needs to be adjusted, and the industrial structure needs to be transformed. Therefore, in order to promote the prosperous development of cultural undertakings and tourism in northwest China, it is necessary to taken more effective measures to improve the integrated development level of culture and tourism.

    As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly integrated into daily life, particularly in areas such as urban transportation and environmental impact, the potential for widespread adoption of autonomous vehicles has become a significant topic of inquiry. Online surveys and statistical analysis were conducted to examine the influence of media environments (mass media, social media, and electronic word of mouth) on the purchasing intentions for autonomous vehicles, while also considering the moderating role of gender. The results indicate that social media has a positive effect on purchasing intentions, especially among male users, whereas mass media and electronic word of mouth do not show significant effects. These findings provide insights into how different media environments can affect the market acceptance of autonomous vehicles, offering important references for the development of urban transportation and sustainable social practices.

    Taking 75 prefecture-level cities (or districts) across eight provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2006 to 2022 as the research object, green technological innovation and ecological economy evaluation indicators were constructed. The coupling coordination degree and spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of these two factors were analyzed using the coupling coordination model, kernel density estimation, and Moran’s I index. The results show that the coupling coordination level between green technological innovation and ecological economy has increased, with significant regional differences. The coupling coordination disparity between regions has gradually decreased, indicating a trend toward balanced development within the basin. Positive spatial autocorrelation exists between green technological innovation and ecological economy, but this agglomeration effect has weakened over time. These findings suggest that the Yellow River Basin’s development is becoming more coordinated, although regional disparities remain.

    414 high-quality tourist attractions rated above 3A in Gansu Province were selected as research samples. Utilizing methods such as the nearest neighbor index and geographic concentration index kernel density, the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of high-quality tourist sites in Gansu Province were explored. The final results show the overall spatial distribution of high-quality tourist attractions in Gansu Province is relatively concentrated, with high-quality attractions in regions including Hexi, Longzhong, and Longdong showing an aggregated distribution type.The overall distribution of high-quality attractions in Gansu Province presents an uneven state. At the regional level, high-quality attractions are mainly concentrated in the Hexi and southeastern Longdong areas; at the city level, they are primarily concentrated in Jiuquan, Zhangye, and Longnan.There are certain differences in the spatial distribution density of high-quality attractions in Gansu Province. A distribution pattern of “two cores, two belts, and multiple points” has formed across Gansu Province. At the regional level, high-quality attractions in the Hexi area have formed a multi-core spatial structure decreasing outward; high-quality attractions in Longzhong and ethnic regions exhibit a single-core distribution pattern with gradient diffusion outward,the southeastern and eastern Longdong areas do not show a high-density core area, with kernel density values decreasing from Tianshui and Qingyang outward. The spatial distribution pattern of high-quality attractions in Gansu Province has been formed under the combined effect of natural environment and socioeconomic factors.

    The formation mechanism of the spatial pattern of tourism complexes in Sanya City was discussed under the dual drive of capital and resources. By in-depth analysis of the roles of various factors such as fixed capital investment, resource endowment, market driving and government promotion, their impacts on the spatial pattern of tourism complexes in Sanya City were discussed. It is found that although fixed capital investment and resource endowment have no significant direct impact on the spatial pattern of tourism complexes, they indirectly exert an impact through their effects on physical space and social and cultural space. Market driving and government promotion have a negative regulatory effect in this process. Market driving may lead to investment biased towards short-term interests, and if government promotion is improperly planned, it will also affect the rational allocation of resources. Further research shows that strengthening market mechanisms and optimizing government functions are crucial for promoting the scientific and reasonable formation of the spatial pattern of tourism complexes in Sanya City.

    The problem of environmental protection and sustainable development is increasingly concerned, and how to promote the green innovation of enterprises has become the focus. Based on the data of China’s A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2023, the mechanism of institutional co-ownership on corporate green innovation behavior was explored. It is found that institutional co-ownership can effectively promote corporate green innovation, and this conclusion remains valid after various robustness tests. Corporate ESG(environmental, social, and governance) shows a partial mediating effect between institutional co-ownership and corporate green innovation, that is, institutional co-ownership can motivate companies to improve their ESG performance to a certain extent, thus promoting the realization of green innovation. The digital transformation of enterprises has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between corporate co-ownership and corporate green innovation.

    In the context of the digital economy and VUCA(volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) era, digitally empowering operations management has become an important strategy for manufacturing enterprises to operate steadily and develop efficiently, but there is still insufficient research in academia on whether and how digital capabilities (DC) can improve enterprise operational performance (OP). Based on the theory of dynamic capabilities, questionnaire survey data from manufacturing enterprises in China was used to empirically analyze the influence mechanism and boundary conditions of DC on OP. The results indicate that DC (intelligence capability, connectivity capability and analysis capability) have a positive impact on OP, supply chain resilience (SCR) partially mediates the relationship between DC and OP. Strategic matching positively moderates the impact of connectivity capability and analytical capability on SCR, but has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between intelligence capability and SCR. These results can provide important practical implications for effectively promoting enterprise OP under the digital context.

    Accelerating digital transformation and promoting the deep integration of digital technology with the real economy are urgent priorities for enterprises. Using listed companies from 2013 to 2023 as the sample, the impact of managerial ownership on corporate digital transformation was investigated. The results indicate that managerial ownership significantly promotes digital transformation within enterprises, and this finding remains robust even when accounting for endogeneity issues. This effect is particularly prominent in state-owned and high-tech enterprises. Mechanism analysis reveals that managerial ownership facilitates digital transformation by strengthening internal controls and curbing managerial short-sightedness.

    Employees in science and technology enterprises was taken as the survey object, and dual work passion was taken as the intermediary variable to further explore the impact mechanism of career call on turnover intention. Based on the correlation analysis and regression analysis of 404 employee sample data collected by high-tech enterprises, the empirical study shows that career calling has a significant positive impact on work passion, but no significant impact on turnover intention. Forced work passion has a significant positive impact on turnover intention, while harmonious work passion has a significant negative impact on turnover intention. Work passion plays a completely intermediary role in career calling and turnover intention. Based on the research conclusions, it can be concluded that improving the occupational calling level of employees in science and technology enterprises can enhance the work passion of employees, reduce the turnover tendency and improve work efficiency.

    Developing new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development. Based on the perspective of peer group effects, the industry peer group effects of the development level of new quality productive forces for A-share listed companies in China from 2011 to 2022 were examined. It is found that there is a significant peer group effect in the development of new quality productive forces in the industry-based peer group classification standard. In terms of the formation mechanism, the learning mechanism and competition mechanism are the main reasons for the peer group effect of new quality productive forces. The heterogeneity analysis shows that the new quality productive forces level of peer group enterprises can better promote the development of focal enterprises in the environment of state-owned enterprises and medium-level marketization process.

    Using China’s listed manufacturing companies from 2011 to 2022 as research samples, whether government subsidies obtained by listed manufacturing companies affect the development of new quality productivity was empirically tested. The research results show that government subsidies can promote the manufacturing listed companies to improve the level of new quality productivity, and it is found that enterprise performance plays a certain intermediary role. The group test further distinguishes the property right nature and company size, and it is found that non-state-owned companies and small scale manufacturing listed companies can improve their new quality productivity more if they get government subsidies. This conclusion can provide some theoretical support for improving the level of new quality productivity of listed manufacturing companies, establishing a standardized government subsidy system, and reasonably determining government subsidy standards.

    ESG(environmental, social, and governance)is a research hotspot under the background of the “dual carbon” goal and high-quality development. Based on the panel data of logistics enterprises from 2012 to 2022, the impact of ESG performance on the total factor productivity (TFP) of logistics enterprises was empirically tested. It is found that ESG has a significant positive impact on the improvement of logistics enterprises’ TFP, and the effect is more prominent in non-state-owned enterprises and large-scale enterprises. Further research shows that government subsidies and enterprise innovation play a mediating role in the process. The conclusion provides suggestions for promoting the green and high-quality development of the logistics industry.

    The failure of AI(artificial intelligence)assistant services is essentially an algorithmic failure, and the “black box” nature of the algorithmic decision-making process exacerbates consumers’ negative reactions to service failures. A between-subjects experimental approach was adopted to explore the impact mechanism of enhancing algorithmic explainability from the perspective of perceived control through explainable artificial intelligence methods(such as post hoc explanations) on consumer behavior in the context of service failure, as well as the boundary conditions. It is found that when algorithmic explainability is enhanced (compared to the control), consumers’ continued intention to use despite service failure is improved, and consumers’ perceived control plays a partial mediating role in this process. However, the above effects are not significant when the anthropomorphism level of the AI assistant is low (compared to high).

    Taking the listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2013 to 2022 as samples, the impact of supply chain finance on corporate financial risks was verified through empirical research. The moderating effect of digital transformation on the above relationship was explored, and the mechanism and path through which supply chain finance affects financial risks was analyzed. The results show that supply chain finance can significantly reduce corporate financial risks,this reducing effect is more significant among small enterprises, high-tech enterprises and those in the manufacturing industry, digital transformation has a significant positive moderating effect on the above relationship, and the impact mechanism indicates that financing constraints have a significant mediating effect.

    Affected by the complex situation at home and abroad, the financing cost of Chinese enterprises is high. The VAT policy is one of the key measures to reduce taxes and fees, which has a significant effect on reducing the burden on enterprises. A differentially differential model was used to explore the impact of this policy on corporate debt financing costs based on pilot data from some industries in 2018. The results show that after the implementation of the policy, the debt financing cost of enterprises has decreased significantly, especially in the non-state-owned, small and competitive industries of enterprises, while the impact on state-owned and large enterprises is small. This result can provide a basis for further deepening the tax rebate policy and helps promote the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.

    Government officials, motivated by promotion, have unreasonably pursued the increase in the number of patents. As a result, innovation subjects only pay attention to the increase in the number of patents, ignoring the improvement of patent quality, and thus affecting economic growth. Based on the conflict between administrative incentive and market choice, the deep causes of the malformation of patent structure in China at the theoretical level were analyzed, and the fixed effect model was used for empirical analysis to verify it. It can be concluded that the crude quantitative assessment system leads to inefficient allocation of scientific and technological research resources, and a new assessment system based on quality and quantity must be established in order to completely change the deformed patent structure.

    It is of great significance for promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements(TSTA) to make the technicians in the core position. Based on the multi-case study, the technology transfer patterns in which the technicians as the core factor formed in the construction of “Qinchuangyuan” in Shaanxi province were analyzed and summarized. It is found that by the implementation of “Three reforms” policy during the construction of “Qinchuangyuan”, which greatly arouses the initiative of technicians to promote the TSTA, and produces four patterns of TSTA innovation and entrepreneurship, embedded scientific research personnel, market transaction, internal self-transform by technicians of enterprises. The transformation of achievements centered on scientific and technological personnel provides useful reference for the whole country.

    Trough mapping the knowledge structure of livelihood vulnerability research, the current landscape was clarified, key research areas was highlighted, evolving trends was traced, and future research directions was proposed, offering valuable insights for advancing this field. Using CiteSpace visualization software, studies on livelihood vulnerability published from 2008 to 2024 in the Web of Science (WoS) and CNKI (China National Knowledge Network) databases were compared, their progression, core themes, and emerging trends were analyzed. The findings reveal the volume of research in this field has grown steadily, with France and the UK forming the core of an collaboration network, supported by strong partnerships among scholars and institutions. Early studies focused on climate change, natural disasters, and household livelihood dynamics, while recent research emphasizes regional and empirical analyses, livelihood capital, poverty-alleviated households, visualization techniques, rural revitalization, risk of poverty recurrence, and livelihood resilience. Future research on livelihood vulnerability should deepen efforts in collaboration, topics, and methodologies, while continuing to extract and refine China’s rural anti-poverty experiences to support the comprehensive advancement of the rural revitalization strategy.

    Digitalization is driving the Industry 4.0 transformation globally. By establishing a multiple linear regression model that integrates the digital economy, environmental regulation, and carbon emissions into a unified analytical framework, the mechanism through which environmental regulation influences carbon reduction was explored. Furthermore, it investigates the moderating role of digitalization between the two and presents an intuitive analysis. The results indicate a significant inverted “U”-shaped relationship between environmental regulation and carbon emissions. The digital economy exhibits a green effect by reducing carbon emissions. The digital economy reverses the relationship between environmental regulation and carbon emissions, effectively moderating the “green paradox”, and regions with high intensities of environmental regulation are more likely to leverage the moderating role of the digital economy.

    In order to further understand the impact of the development of the digital economy on the income gap between urban and rural areas, the panel data of 287 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2022 were selected as samples for quantitative empirical verification. It is found that there is a U-shaped relationship between the development of digital economy and the urban-rural income gap narrowing first and then expanding. Mechanism analysis shows that the digital economy affects the urban-rural income gap by influencing the level of innovation and human capital. In addition, the degree of marketization plays a moderating role, which will strengthen the narrowing effect of the urban-rural income gap in the early stage of the development of the digital economy, and will inhibit the widening of the urban-rural income gap after crossing the inflection point. Further analysis shows that the relationship between the digital economy and the urban-rural income gap is more significant in the western region and the region with a lower degree of industrial structure upgrading.

    Based on the panel data of provinces from 2011 to 2021, the relationship between digital economy and urban-rural income gap was explored. It is found that the impact of digital economy on the income gap between urban and rural residents has a significant “U”-shaped feature, and this impact has regional heterogeneity. It is obvious in the eastern and central regions, while in the western region, the development of digital economy helps to reduce the income gap between urban and rural residents. In addition, tax revenue plays a positive regulatory role in the “U”-shaped impact of the digital economy on the income gap between urban and rural residents, delaying the expansion of the income gap. The conclusion points out how policy makers should formulate and adjust policies in different regions to promote the balanced development of social economy by using the development of digital economy.

    With the promotion and improvement of e-commerce shopping platforms, the online review information posted by users has become a key factor affecting consumers’ purchase preferences. The KAB(knowledge attitude behavior) theoretical model was used to construct the influencing mechanism of consumers’ purchase preference based on online reviews, and the experimental method was used to analyze the mechanism of perceptual diagnosis and product type in the whole framework. The results show that the credibility, richness and word-of-mouth of online reviews have a positive effect on consumers’ purchase preferences, and perceptual diagnosis plays a mediating role between online reviews and purchase preferences, and product type plays a moderating role in the influence of online reviews on perceived diagnosis and purchase preference.

Therefore, the demand for innovation of Internet basic resources was analyzed. The construction path of hierarchical and classified independent innovation project system was introduced, a hierarchical layout system of independent innovation projects covered was built by six categories of projects, including strategic planning, policy theory, standard system, key technologies, system tools and platform solutions, and establishes a project approval mechanism that combines top-down and bottom-up approaches.     The data of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises listed on the A-share GEM and SME board from 2015 to 2022 were selected for empirical testing. It is necessary to test whether the development of science and technology finance can positively promote the improvement of the financing efficiency of science and technology SMEs. It is tested whether the financing efficiency of technology-based SMEs can be promoted by improving the information transparency of enterprises and the ability of scientific and technological innovation. The research is carried out from three aspects: the region, growth and property rights of enterprises, and the difference in the impact of science and technology finance on the financing efficiency of science and technology SMEs is further tested. The results show that the development of science and technology finance can significantly promote the improvement of the financing efficiency of science and technology SMEs.
