Latest ArticlesTo systematically retrieve domestic and international literature on quality of life interventions for children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT),to summarize the methods and effectiveness of interventions, and to provide references for clinical practice.
Following the scoping review framework,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,and CBM databases were searched. The retrieval period spanned from the establishment of the database to April 30,2025.Literature were screened, summarized, extracted, and analyzed based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.
A total of 14 studies were included,involving 10 randomized controlled trials,4 quasi-experimental studies.Quality of life interventions comprised resilience-based interventions,music therapy,exercise programs,and others.Intervention durations ranged from 3 weeks to 6 months,typically with 2 or 3 sessions per week.Effects varied across different quality of life dimensions.
Research on quality of life interventions for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation children is in its developmental stage, characterized by personalization and multidisciplinary collaboration.Future studies should focus on designing more scientific, standardized, and effective intervention protocols to enhance clinical outcomes.
Based on the core framework of social role theory, this study systematically reviewed and synthesized the influencing factors, measurement instruments, and intervention pathways of breastfeeding from three dimensions:role expectations, role identity, and role taking. It elucidated the underlying social-psychological mechanisms and social construction logic of breastfeeding behavior. The study aims to enrich theoretical interpretations in the field of breastfeeding, broaden interdisciplinary research perspectives, and to provide both theoretical foundations and practical guidance for improving breastfeeding rate and extending breastfeeding duration.
This article reviewed the content, characteristics, the advantages and limitations of assessment tools for subjective memory complaints(SMC) in older adults. It aims to provide reference for the development of localized tools and subsequent research,as well as a basis for the scientific assessment of SMC and the construction of effective SMC intervention programs in older adults.
This study reviewed the measurement tools, current situation, sources, and influencing factors of the moral distress of psychiatric nurses, and proposed coping strategies and suggestions for the moral distress of psychiatric nurses, aiming to provide reference for improving the moral distress of psychiatric nurses and enhancing their work experience.
This study reviewed the concept of frailty, assessment methods, and predictive value for adverse outcomes in stroke patients,to provide reference for rehabilitation management and therapeutic decision-making of stroke patients, and to provide reference for management and evaluation of frailty in stroke patients.
This paper reviewed the current research status on risk prediction models for oral mucosal pressure injuries.A comprehensive analysis was conducted from multiple dimensions, including the representativeness of data, the collection and screening of predictive factors, the outcomes of internal and external validation of models, and their significance for clinical practice. It aims to assist clinical medical staff in accurately identifying modifiable risk factors for oral mucosal pressure injuries and to provide practical guidance for developing targeted preventive and interventional measures.
This paper outlined the core characteristics of complexity science and complex adaptive systems,as well as their applicability within nursing education systems. It elaborated on the specific applications and practical outcomes of complexity science in nursing education from four dimensions:curriculum restructuring, innovative teaching strategies,technology-enabled empowerment, and systemic analysis. Finally, the paper summarized the current major challenges, including difficulties in translating theory into teaching practice, outdated evaluation systems, and insufficient complex thinking skills among educators. It proposed future efforts to advance high-fidelity simulation technologies, developed dynamic assessment frameworks, and promoted the establishment of self-organizing learning communities among teachers, thereby facilitating a deeper transition of nursing education toward a complexity-oriented paradigm.
This paper systematically reviewed the concept, assessment tools and status quo of family avoidance of communication about cancer. It analysed the influencing factors of family avoidance of communication about cancer from individuals of both patients and their families, joint communication methods, and sociocultural factors, and summarized relevant intervention measures, aiming to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for improving the treatment and care of family avoidance of communication about cancer in cancer patients.
To develop the artificial intelligence literacy readiness scale for ICU nurses based on the onion model and to test its reliability and validity.
Under the framework of the onion model,an initial draft of the artificial intelligence literacy readiness scale was formulated through literature review and semi-structured interviews. The initial draft was revised after two rounds of expert consultation and a small-scale pilot survey.A total of 498 ICU nurses from 15 tertiary grade A hospitals in Shandong province were selected as investigation research subjects by convenience sampling method from September to December 2024.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested.
The final artificial intelligence literacy readiness scale for ICU nurses consisted of 34 items across five dimensions, namely artificial intelligence awareness, artificial intelligence knowledge, artificial intelligence competence, artificial intelligence thinking, and artificial intelligence ethics. The scale-level content validity index was 0.971,and the item-level content validity index ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.Exploratory factor analysis extracted five common factors, with cumulative variance contribution rate of 78.504%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated good model fit.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.932.The split-half reliability was 0.912.The test-retest reliability was 0.908.
The artificial intelligence literacy readiness scale for ICU nurses developed based on the onion model demonstrates good reliability and validity. It can be used to assess the artificial intelligence literacy readiness level of ICU nurses.
To explore the categories of psychological distress in women living with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) and analyze its influencing factors.
A total of 356 women living with HIV who attended regular follow-up visits at designated acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) outpatient clinics in Shanghai city and Nanning city,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected as the study subjects from September 2024 to February 2025.The survey instruments included a general information questionnaire, the 10-Item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, the Discrimination Experience Questionnaire for People Living with HIV/AIDS,the Perceived Social Support Scale, the 10-Item Kessler, and the Ten-Item Personality Inventory-Chinese Version.Latent profile analysis was conducted based on the 10-Item Kessler scores.Logistic regression analysis was employed to explore the influencing factors of psychological distress categories in women living with HIV.
The 10-Item Kessler score for women living with HIV was 18(15,23),with a prevalence of psychological distress of 69.66%.Two distinct categories were identified, namely the high-level psychological distress group(27.5%) and the low-level psychological distress group(72.5%).Logistic regression analysis revealed that place of residence, medical payment method, perceived discrimination, psychological resilience, and personality traits were significant influencing factors of psychological distress categories in women living with HIV(all P<0.05).
Psychological distress is prevalent among women living with HIV and exhibits group heterogeneity.Individualized interventions aiming at the influencing factors of psychological distress categories in women living with HIV should be implemented to improve their mental health status.
