Based on the core framework of social role theory,this study systematically reviewed and synthesized the influencing factors,measurement instruments,and intervention pathways of breastfeeding from three dimensions:role expectations,role identity,and role taking.It elucidated the underlying social-psychological mechanisms and social construction logic of breastfeeding behavior.The study aims to enrich theoretical interpretations in the field of breastfeeding,broaden interdisciplinary research perspectives,and to provide both theoretical foundations and practical guidance for improving breastfeeding rate and extending breastfeeding duration.
