The development of automated driving vehicles shows the future trends of high-level intelligence, electrification, multi-domain integration, aid with generative large model, safety and convenience, low carbon and environmental protection.
With the maturity of autonomous driving technology, human-machine sharing has become the norm. Automated driving cars are no longer just “machines”, but “partners” who can complete driving tasks together. This requires industrial artificial intelligence to deeply integrate the cognitive information processing of the human brain in the human-machine symbiotic intelligence system. In order to better realize the overall advantages of human-machine cooperation, this paper analyzes the human-machine cooperation and division of labor in advanced autonomous vehicles by constructing a psychological framework of human-machine teamwork, including two-way mixed cognition, shared driving intention and control, so as to complete the integration of human-machine collaborative cognitive decision-making.
Trajectory tracking and control technology has always been a hotspot in the research of intelligent vehicles. Through 3 basic modeling methods, that is, geometric dynamics, kinematics and dynamics, the intelligent vehicle trajectory tracking control algorithm is classified, the principles, research status, advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms are explained in detail. In order to ensure the safe development of New Energy Vehicle(NEV), an in-depth study is conducted on the power batteries to effectively identify the main causes of battery failure and put forward targeted suggestions. Firstly, the main categories of power battery failure are analyzed and a power battery fault tree is established based on the fault tree by combining 16 existing domestic standards. Secondly, based on the hierarchical analysis method, a power battery fault hierarchy analysis model is constructed and the weights of each index are determined by the expert survey method. Finally, the optimization suggestions for the power battery are made according to the calculation results. The article intends to provide theoretical basis and guidance suggestions for the development of power battery reliability design of new energy vehicles.
In order to understand the current situation and issuses on Electric Vehicle (EV) development in China and assist in the high-quality and stable development of the industry, this article conducts in-depth research on the development overview, policy regulations and standards systems, major enterprise operations and development as well as technological progress and innovation of EVs in China through literature collection, survey and research methods. Research has found that China's EV industry is developing rapidly, with production and sales ranking first in the world for 8 consecutive years. There are still issues such as the rationality of energy supplement infrastructure layout that needs to be improved, insufficient protection of upstream key resource reserves and high depreciation rate for used EVs. Finally, this article proposes reasonable development suggestions for the weak points of the EV industry.
The anti-roll bar of automobile suspension is an important component of suspension system. Good lateral stabilizer bar can make the car with good handling, ride comfort. Firstly, the composition, classification and working principle of the transverse stabilizer bar are briefly summarized, and the different working conditions are introduced. Secondly, the paper summarizes the research status of the lateral stabilizer bar of automobile suspension by domestic and foreign scholars in this field, introduces the optimization design, fatigue life and active control, and briefly describes the control principle and characteristics of each control method. Finally, based on the current research status of the transverse stabilizer bar, the development trend is predicted.
In order to explore the test method that can effectively stimulate the understeering trend of vehicles in dangerous or extreme working conditions and develop reasonable indexes to evaluate the understeering control performance of electronic stability control system (ESC), to make up for the deficiencies in this field at home and abroad. The vehicle model was built by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS and combined simulation with MATLAB/Simulink based on the analysis of the working principle and basic requirements of the Electronic Stability Control System (ESC). Combined with the vehicle test and verification, an evaluation method for the performance of ESC control understeering was proposed. It can effectively test and evaluate the control performance of ESC for vehicle understeering under dangerous conditions, which makes up for the deficiency in this field at home and abroad, and improves the ESC test and evaluation system.
This paper briefly elaborated the coating process of automobile interior decoration parts and the features of translucent artificial leather. The application feasibility of the transparent skin on the soft decorative parts was analyzed. The scheme of combination of transparent decorative panel and interior ambient lighting system is studied. The feasibility of the application scheme of transparent skin was verified by experiments. The results show that the application of translucent artificial leather on the instrument panel decoration can make the decorative panel have the function of surface light transmission, which can realize the combination of soft touch and lighting pattern, improve the intelligence and sense of science and technology for the cockpit system, break the limitations of the existing ambient lighting layout and can meet the diversified and personalized needs of consumers.
