    Since the beginning of the second decade of the twentieth century, the size and structure of the new media users have undergone profound changes. At the same time, the frequency and intensity of public crisis are increasing. The increasing frequency and the intensity of public crisis have a strong correlation. New media system has the relevant characteristics of the open complex giant system, it makes the new media in the sight of the public crisis emerged phenomenon.     Through analyzing statistically the subject classification of the content of Science Squirrels Club's micro—blog, blog, website and the content of audiences' attention, it was found that both Science Squirrels Club and audiences are biased in favor of the subject of biological, health and medical. It means that there is consistency between the bias of disseminating content and the bias of audience attention. At the same time, through interview survey of Science Squirrels Club's chief editor “You shi you” (net identity) and the questionnaire survey of its micro—blog's fans, analyzing deeply the respective role of Science Squirrels Club's disseminator and audiences in the forming process of the two kinds of bias, and the relation of them. At the same time, to provide some reference for other comprehensive science website.

    This paper proposes the science popularization based on the internet through analysis and study of America internet science popularization cases, which is not only a innovation of tools but also fundamentally changes human concept of science and technology communication and the approaches and thus makes it an inexorable trend for science popularization to turn to bilateral communication between the public and the scientists from the dominant top-down one-sided communication. The public do not passively receive information but actively find, select, use and even deliver information instead.     The classification of science book awards in Britain and America is mainly based on the audience or the Subject Category. Awards such as the Royal Society Young People's Book Prize and the Outstanding Science Trade Books for Students K-12 of NAST, etc. are classified according to audience. Awards classified according to its subject category include: the American library association's STS Oberly Award for Bibliography in the Agricultural or Natural Sciences and Robert F. Sibert Informational Book Medal, etc. This study aims at examining the shared factors that have been taken into consideration in the process of the prize arrangement of different classifications of popular science books in both Britain and the America. By focusing specifically on the prizes of different classifications in the two countries including science, education, library, etc., this paper attempts to provide a literature review in terms of the background of the prize, the judging panel, the prize-giving process and its standards, etc., and meanwhile to provide implications on the basis of the analysis, refinement and comparison of the review.

    Shanghuo which stands for excessive internal heat is a folk medical concept in China. Shanghuo and herbal tea are quite related because the herbal tea is used to treat Shanghuo and thus herbal tea is known well by people from their understanding of Shanghuo. The herbal tea is defined with two identities, tradition and Cantonese. The commercialization of herbal tea enhanced the focus on itself by people while people do not accept the medical effect of herbal tea quite well. Also, this process attracts attention of people on Shanghuo with the knowledge and misunderstanding of Shanghuo spreading.
