Science and technology museums are non-profit public institutions, but in the market-driven and under the pressure of the economic recession, the behavior of museum of science and technology showed a profit-making impulse and trend, gradually formed a huge “grey area” between museums and the entertainmentic theme parks. It is manifested in three aspects: education or entertainment; commonweal or for-profit; publicly-operated or private-operated.
