Through analyzing statistically the subject classification of the content of Science Squirrels Club's micro—blog, blog, website and the content of audiences' attention, it was found that both Science Squirrels Club and audiences are biased in favor of the subject of biological, health and medical. It means that there is consistency between the bias of disseminating content and the bias of audience attention. At the same time, through interview survey of Science Squirrels Club's chief editor “You shi you” (net identity) and the questionnaire survey of its micro—blog's fans, analyzing deeply the respective role of Science Squirrels Club's disseminator and audiences in the forming process of the two kinds of bias, and the relation of them. At the same time, to provide some reference for other comprehensive science website.
