It gived a comprehensive and systematic pectination of the existing policies to promote science popularization industry development and points out the problems existing in the current policy system. It proposed some corresponding countermeasures from the improvement of the legal system, the policy-making, the implementation of specific measures and so on.
In the high-tech age, great changes in the contents and realization approaches to science popularization have made. Within this context, the focus of the contents of science popularization should be put on social responsibility, a coordinated development among S&T, nature and society, besides the recent development of science and technology. In the aspect of the realization approaches of science popularization, we should make full use of various kinds of new methods, such as the internet, blog, virtual reality technology, and reality-based interaction technology, to improve the efficiency, vividness and diversity of science popularization.
In recent years, the hot spots related science and technology occur frequently, demonstrating the growth of science popularization needs. The research tool was questionnaire, investigating the public opinion on the hot issues, the characteristic and the reason concerned with popular science, the contents and valid ways of popular science education, the existing problems of popular science. We drew the conclusion from the data analyses and offered some suggestions to deal with science popularization needs about the hot social focal points in the aspects as follows: enhancing the government planning and management of popular science work, playing the authoritative effects of scientists and scientific community, strengthening the school science education, using the new media to carry out the publicity of science popularization, recognizing and rewarding the advanced popular science workers.

Café Scientifique is a sort of grass-root activity for public welfare, with self-organization, low cost, mutual equality and flexible form. Non-scientists are empowered to engage in science and envaluating science researches, which represents a trend of democratizing science. Although it still faces several problems, such as audience, location and cost, we believe that there is a bright future for Café Scientifique and it will inspire science communicators in China a lot.

By analyzing the status quo of research & development and originality of the science and technology museum exhibits, this essay reveals the relevant factors that restrict the originality of the sci-tech museum exhibits, carries out analyses and discussions of the source paths of the innovated sci-tech museum exhibits, and makes suggestions of advancing the originality of the exhibits.
Children's Rainbow Land is the first integral construction project after the setting up of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum. This area is open to the public in the July of 2010. The advanced education concept, interesting and interactive ways of exhibits attract lots of public; also win high evaluation from the national and international science museums. This paper will review the process of construction of this project, analyze the model and trait of the management, and raise the question need to be considered during the reconstruction. These thinking could provide experience for reconstruction of other science museums.

In the new generation of science fiction writers, Wanxiangfengnian is a very unique writer. In a specific narrative scenes, he is good at using imagination to spread out an almost incredible fantastic stories, and using pure clear language, simple, vivid and philosophical dialogues, to build a childlike fiction world. His fiction Three World, a fairy tales in the form, through the perspective of two small animals, perceives and contemplates the significance of the individual existence, examines the existence state of world and human, and reveals the environment for human. Moreover, the fiction tries to seek a new way to resist alienation and reconstruction of the world in the level of reflecting the traditional culture. The pursuing of the human's ideal world in the fiction expresses the common spirital dilemma of the modern people.
Wang Jinkang, one of the most important writers in the new uprising period of Chinese science fiction after 1990s, is still a leading figure in the current generation. As a frequent winner of the Chinese Science Fiction Galaxy Awards, his science fiction stories like The Heavenly Fire (1994), The Song of Life (1995) have won him thousands of readers both juveniles and adults. His writing career has continued, even prevailed, in the 21st century, in creating more brilliant works like Act for God (2001), Living Like Ants (2006), The Cross (2007), and The Creator (2011). His works have followed some recent scientific developments in various areas like physics and biology, and are featured for its melancholy style, rich plot, and what is more, the philosophical speculation. While writing, Wang Jinkang puts forward his own definition of “Core Science Fiction”, which provides insight in the theory of science fiction writing. This thesis attempts to hackle Wang Jinkang's writing career from the beginning, and gives a compact study on his works and ideas.
As one of the most highly regarded Chinese science fiction writers of the 1980s, Liu Xingshi shows the spirit of enlightenment and the will of revitalizing China by positivism method and enhancement of science and technology in his fiction. Liu's work is influenced by his academic career and its “one subject, one article” stereotypy is somehow similar to a research report. Liu prefers to set the historical or geographic mysteries as the context of stories and make imaginative use of these materials with the applying of suspense and romanticizing. Liu's fiction establishes standards of hard science fiction in China and makes its own contribution to Chinese science fiction. The Columbus from America is normally considered as his classic and best fiction.
