This paper gives a summary of several “miracle-working doctors” events in the early 21th century. This paper also concludes the basic characteristics of China's “miracle-working doctors” events in the early 21th century. This paper gives proposals in the aspect of law and in the aspect of scientists and technicians. In the aspect of law, related laws and regulations should be improved. In the aspect of scientists and technicians, the co-operations which links media, scientists and technicians should be enhanced.
