To explore the nurses' behavioral intentions and influencing factors of using clinical decision support systems, and to construct a corresponding structural equation model.
A theoretical model of behavior intentions in clinical decision support system was initially constructed by adding personality trait factors to the UTAUT model.A convenience sampling method was used to investigate 301 clinical nurses from a tertiary grade A hospital in Guangdong province in June 2025 through the Chinese Big Five Personality Questionnaire,Behavioral Intention for Clinical Nurses in Clinical Decision Support System Questionnaire, and a self-designed survey questionnaire. The data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS 26.0 software. The structural equation modeling analysis was conducted by the lavaan package in R 4.2.2 software. The maximum likelihood estimation method was used to evaluate the model fit and path coefficient significance test.
The nurses' behavioral intentions of using the clinical decision support system was at a moderate to high level. The structural equation model constructed had an overall good fit.Social influence, performance expectations, effort expectations, age, and openness all had a positive impact on behavioral intentions of nurses in clinical decision support systems, with path coefficients of 0.507,0.217,0.205,0.218,and 0.040,respectively(all P<0.05).Extraversion had a positive promoting effect on effort expectations, performance expectations, and social impact, with path coefficients of 0.072,0.171,and 0.083,respectively(all P<0.001),and showed a negative impact on behavioral intention(β=-0.028,P<0.05).Openness had a positive impact on society(β=0.047,P<0.001).
The model constructed in this study could effectively predict the behavioral intentions of nurses in clinical decision support systems.Improving social influence, performance expectations, effort expectations, age growth, and open personality could significantly enhance the nurses' behavioral intentions of using clinical decision support systems. It is recommended that external environmental shaping and individual trait differences should be taken into account when promoting clinical decision support systems.
To explore the change trajectory of dietary quality during chemotherapy in elderly patients with colorectal cancer by using group-based trajectory modeling, and to analyze the influencing factors of different trajectories.
A total of 204 elderly patients with colorectal cancer who underwent their first chemotherapy in three tertiary hospitals from July 2024 to January 2025 were selected from Tangshan city.On the day before the first course of the FOLFOX regimen/the day before the first course of the XELOX regimen(T0),General Information Questionnaire,Chinese Healthy Eating Index,Elderly Nutrition Literacy Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire were used to baseline survey.Chinese Healthy Diet Index was used to conduct dietary quality tracking survey on the day before the first course of the FOLFOX regimen/the day before the first course of the XELOX regimen(T1),the day before the first course of the FOLFOX regimen/the day before the second course of the XELOX regimen(T2),and the day before the first course of the FOLFOX regimen/the day before the fourth course of the XELOX regimen(T3).The group-based trajectory modeling was used to identify the potential categories of the trajectory changes in dietary quality.Univariate analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors.
The dietary quality of elderly colorectal cancer patients during chemotherapy were divided into four trajectory changes:low-level continuous group(8.33%),low-level increasing group(35.29%),high-level continuous group(25.49%),and medium-level increasing group(30.88%).Logistic regression analysis results showed that disease perception, main types of work before retirement, medical payment methods, and nutritional literacy were the influencing factors of different trajectories of dietary quality in elderly colorectal cancer patients during chemotherapy(P<0.05).
There is group heterogeneity in the trajectory of dietary quality changes during chemotherapy in elderly patients with colorectal cancer.Attention should be paid to the dynamic assessment of dietary quality for patients who engage in physical labor before retirement and those who are covered by employee medical insurance. At the same time, the predictive role of nutritional literacy and disease perception in the trajectory of dietary quality changes should be emphasized.A dynamic intervention plan should be constructed with the core of improving the nutritional literacy and establishing correct disease perception of elderly patients with colorectal cancer during chemotherapy to improve their dietary quality and nutritional level throughout the chemotherapy process.

To explore the potential categories of kinesiophobia in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) and to conduct symptom network analysis to identify core symptoms in different categories symptom networks.
Using convenience sampling, patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting in the cardiovascular surgery department of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects. The General Information Questionnaire,Kinesiophobia Heart(TSK-SV Heart),and Revised Symptom Questionnaire for Post-patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting were used for investigation.Latent profile analysis was employed to explore potential categories of kinesiophobia.R language was used to construct symptom networks for each category, and network centrality indices were analyzed to determine core symptoms.
A total of 487 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting were included, with a kinesiophobia incidence of 87.89%.Two potential categories were identified in total:low-fear-exercise-avoidance group(29.4%) and high-fear-exercise-fear group(70.6%).In the low-fear-exercise-avoidance group network,fatigue(rs=1.99) had the highest strength and was the core symptom;in the high-fear-exercise-fear group network, surgical incision pain had the highest strength(rs=1.46),compactness(rc=0.005 57),and betweenness(rb=16),serving as the core symptom. There were no significant differences in symptom network structure(M=0.29) and overall connection strength(S=3.27) between the low-fear-exercise-avoidance group and the high-fear-exercise-fear group.
Patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting have a high incidence of kinesiophobia with significant group heterogeneity, which could be divided into two categories:the low-fear-exercise-avoidance group and the high-fear-exercise-fear group.Fatigue and surgical incision pain are the core symptoms of the low-fear-exercise-avoidance group and high-fear-exercise-fear group, respectively. It is recommended that healthcare providers implement precise intervention strategies targeting the core symptoms of different subgroups to reduce patients' kinesiophobia levels.
To explore the status of nursing human resource allocation in Shandong province and to provide a theoretical basis for its rational distribution.
The relevant data were organized from the Shandong Statistical Yearbook 2024,and use rank sum ratio and close value methods to comprehensively analyze the number of registered nurses per thousand population, bed nurse ratio, medical staff ratio, and the proportion of registered nurses to health technicians in Shandong Province.Relevant data from the Shandong Statistical Yearbook 2024 were compiled.Comprehensive analysis of the number of registered nurses per 1 000 population,nurse-to-bed ratio,nurse-to-physician ratio, and proportion of registered nurses among health technical personnel was conducted by using the rank sum ratio(RSR) method and the osculation value method.
The rank sum ratio method categorized nursing human resource allocation in Shandong province into four levels(low, relatively low, high, relatively high).Dezhou city had the least nursing human resources, while Jinan city,Dongying city had the most nursing human resources. The osculation value method ranked the cities based on the quantity of nursing human resources allocated, with Jinan city,Zaozhuang city,Qingdao city, and Dongying city having the highest quantities.Dezhou city,Linyi city having the lowest quantities.
Nursing human resources in Shandong province are relatively deficient, with significant disparities in allocation among cities and a mismatch with medical resource distribution. Therefore,it is recommended that relevant departments adopt a holistic approach, implementing tailored nursing human resource allocation strategies for each city while also focusing on coordinating nursing resources with overall medical resource distribution.
