    Objective

To conduct a scoping review of the application of patient journey maps in the health management of patients with chronic diseases.

    Methods

Following the scoping review methodology, relevant Chinese and English literature on the application of patient journey maps in the health management of patients with chronic diseases was retrieved from databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,Cochrane Library,PubMed,CINAHL,EMbase, and Web of Science. The retrieval period spanned from database establishment to August 1,2025.Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted data.

    Results

A total of 32 articles were included.Patient journey maps were most commonly used for health management in patients with cancer and cardiovascular diseases. The types of patient journey maps included 5 types, namely the overall patient journey maps, patient psychological(cognitive) model maps,patient-caregiver interaction maps, service blueprint maps, and care environment spatial maps.Presentation formats included 4 types, namely flowcharts, timelines, line graphs, and mixed formats.Application contents included identifying patient needs, identifying service gaps in healthcare,decision-making information support, disease management, transitional care, and assisting in the design and development of tools.

    Conclusions

The application of patient journey maps in the health management of patients with chronic diseases has shown positive effects. However,it is still in the preliminary exploration phase. The methodology of patient journey maps has not yet been standardized.High-quality research should be conducted in the future.

    Objective

To summarize the application of digital health technologies in older adults with mild cognitive impairment(MCI),and to provide a reference for clinical nursing of patients with mild cognitive impairment.

    Methods

Studies related to the application of digital health technologies in older adults with mild cognitive impairment were retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,CINAHL,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI, Wanfang Data,VIP Database, and China Biology Medicine Database. And retrieval time was from database establishment to August 20,2025.

    Results

A total of 24 articles were included. The digital health technology intervention devices involved were classified into five categories, namely smart applications on mobile devices,computer-assisted cognitive training, wearable devices, virtual reality technology, and digital health technology combined with telemedicine/neuromodulation techniques. Most interventions lasted between 4 and 24 weeks, with a frequency of 2-4 sessions per week. The intervention effects were summarized into three categories, namely core health function outcomes, overall health and quality of life outcomes, and user experience and feasibility.

    Conclusions

Digital health technologies could improve cognition, enhance self-management abilities, and improve the quality of life in older adults with mild cognitive impairment.

    Objective

To conduct a scoping review of studies on joint awareness in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty, aiming to provide references for clinical practice and future research.

    Methods

Following the scoping review framework, literature on joint awareness in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,EMbase,CINAHL,and ClinicalKey databases. The retrieval time was from database establishment to June 18, 2025.Data extraction and analysis were conducted based on the search results.

    Results

A total of 13 studies were included. The factors influencing joint awareness in patients undergoing hip arthroplasty included physiological factors, psychological factors, and sociodemographic factors.Intervention methods consisted of early rehabilitation training, cognitive interventions, and pharmacological interventions, which could promote comprehensive recovery of physiological function as well as reconstruction of mental health and social function.

    Conclusions

Joint awareness has been identified as one of the important factors in promoting the recovery of hip function and improving patient treatment adherence and satisfaction.Nursing researchers may draw on the findings of relevant studies to mitigate the impact of interfering factors, dynamically optimize rehabilitation nursing plans, and accelerate the recovery of hip function in patients.

    Objective

To conduct a scoping review of relevant standards, guidelines, and expert consensus on appropriate technologies for chronic disease care,so as to provide references for healthcare professionals in the health care practice of patients with chronic diseases.

    Methods

Following the methodological framework of scoping reviews,15 Chinese and English databases including CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,CINAHL,Cochrane Library,Guidelines International Network(GIN),National Institute for Health and Care Excellence(NICE),Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network(SIGN),World Health Organization(WHO) website,UpToDate, and Medlive were systematically searched, supplemented by a search of national and regional standards information service platforms. The search period spanned from the establishment of each database to September 30,2025. The included literature was systematically screened, organized, and analyzed.

    Results

A total of 60 articles were included, comprising 28 guidelines,24 expert consensuses,1 best evidence summary, and 7 standards. These focused on common chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, stroke, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Three main categories of appropriate technologies for chronic disease care were identified:digital health technologies(including network services, remote interaction, mobile applications, and intelligent sensing),appropriate traditional Chinese medicine technologies(including external treatments and therapeutic exercises),and health management technologies(including behavioral and lifestyle interventions, psychological and social support, and holistic care).

    Conclusions

Current appropriate technologies for chronic disease care have initially formed a diversified technological system covering digital health, traditional medicine, and health management.Future efforts should focus on enhancing the integrated application and localized practice of various technologies, and establishing standardized evaluation systems and promotion mechanisms to systematically improve the quality of chronic disease care.
