Hashimoto´s thyroiditis is a common autoimmune thyroid disease，and its prevalence and incidence are increasing.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown unique advantages in the comprehensive treatment of Hashimoto´s thyroiditis，such as reducing antibody titer levels，improving thyroid function，reducing goiter，improving clinical symptoms and prognosis，and improving the quality of life.On the basis of following the principles of evidence-based medicine，the guideline working group referred to the latest international and domestic clinical practice guideline development methods，objectively evaluated the evidence of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of Hashimoto´s thyroiditis，and extensively solicited the opinions of multidisciplinary experts such as traditional Chinese medicine，clinical medicine and methodology，and finally formed this guideline，so as to provide reference for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment of Hashimoto´s thyroiditis.
