It is to discuss the application and innovation of the toxin evil theory in urology and andrology.It is believed that toxin in the body is the key etiological mechanism for men＇s morbidity.Turbidity toxin，heat toxin，blood stasis toxin and cancer toxin disturb men＇s essence chamber，leading to the failure of opening and closing，thus causing diseases such as male reproductive function decline，semen quality reduction，urinary tract infection or tumour.According to the different etiology and pathogenic characteristics，the treatment principle of eliminating turbidity and detoxifying，activating blood and detoxifying，clearing heat and detoxifying，and anti cancer and detoxifying is established in order to get rid of toxin evils in the essence chamber and restore the opening and closing of the essence chamber.At the same time，it is emphasized that the toxins do not exist in isolation，so it is necessary to identify the symptoms and the urgency of the disease，and to treat the disease with a variety of methods，in order to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of urogenital diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
