To analyze the effect of Buyi Jianpi Recipe（补益健脾方）on hormone，plasma fibrinogen and prognosis of postpartum lochia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.

Ninety-six cases of postpartum lochia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the study group and the control group，with 48 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with hemostasis，anti-infection and uterine contraction，while the study group was treated with Buyi Jianpi Recipe for 2 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome scores，serum hormones，plasma fibrinogen and uterine artery hemodynamics were compared between the two groups before and after treatment，and the therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were evaluated.

After treatment，the scores of postpartum lochia，tongue picture，pulse and abdominal pain in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment.After treatment，the scores of postpartum lochia，tongue picture，pulse and abdominal pain in the study group were lower than those in the control group with statistical significance（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of progesterone（P）andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin（β-HCG）decreased and the level of estrogen（E₂）increased in both groups.After treatment，the levels of P andβ-hCG in the study group were lower than those in the control group，and the level of E₂ was higher than that in the control group with statistical significance（P<0.05）.The levels of fibrinogen（FIB）and D-dimer（D-D）in both groups decreased after treatment.The levels of FIB and D-D in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，the values of resistance index（RI）and pulse index（PI）in both groups decreased，and the values of end diastolic blood flow velocity（EDV）and peak systolic velocity（PSV）increased.After treatment，the values of RI and PI of the study group were lower than those of the control group，and the values of EDV and PSV of the study group were higher than those of the control group with statistical significance（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was93.75%（45/48），which was higher than that of the control group（79.17%，38/48），and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups during treatment.

For the treatment of postpartum lochia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis，Buyi Jianpi Recipe can not only improve the hormone level，coagulation and fibrinolysis function，and uterine artery hemodynamics，but also alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the prognosis on the premise of ensuring safety.
