Professor XU Luzhou believes that latent evil is closely related to the occurrence，development and outcome of autoimmune gastritis，and proposes that innate endowment insufficiency，latent evil and kidney deficiency are the main etiology of autoimmune gastritis，and spleen deficiency with endogenous latent evil is the key factor of its onset and progression.
