To study the effects of endoscopic mucosal dissection（ESD）endoscopic surgery combined with Yiwei Sijunzi Decoction（益胃四君子汤）on the serum regulatory function of mucosal repair and indicators such as glutathione peroxidase（GSH-Px），hypoxia inducible factor-1α（HIF-1α）and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）in patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.
A retrospective analysis was conducted on 93 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis precancerous lesions admitted to the hospital. The patients were divided into two groups. The control group（46 cases）received Weifuchun Tablets（胃复春片），while the experimental group（47 cases）received Yiwei Sijunzi Decoction. The correlation between the mechanisms of gastric mucosal repair［epidermal growth factor（EGF），epidermal growth factor receptor（EGFR）］，angiogenesis（HIF-1α，VEGF），serum p53，malondialdehyde（MDA），GSH-Px and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.
After one month of treatment，the expressions of EGF，EGFR，HIF-1α and VEGF，and the serum levels of p53 and MDA in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the expression of GSH-Px was significantly higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）. The total therapeutic effect（76.09%，35/46）in the control group was significantly lower than that（91.49%，43/47）in the experimental group（P<0.05）.
ESD endoscopy combined with Yiwei Sijunzi Decoction can effectively reduce the overexpressions of gastric mucosal repair factors and angiogenic factors in patients with precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis，increase the expression of GSH-Px，and has good clinical efficacy.
