Banzhilian (Scutellariae Barbatae Herba), as a traditional Chinese medicine in the country, is one of the common anti-tumor drugs. It is a good medicine for clearing away heat and toxin, removing blood stasis and diuresis. In clinical practice, it is often used with Baihuasheshecao (Hedyotidis Diffusae Herba), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Shancigu (Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus), Xiakucao (Prunellae Spica), Baiji (Bletillae Rhizoma), Banzhilian (Scutellariae Barbatae Herba), etc. In this paper, the pharmacological effects and the application of common drug pairs of Banzhilian (Scutellariae Barbatae Herba) were reviewed in order to provide reference for the further development and utilization of Banzhilian (Scutellariae Barbatae Herba) and its drug pairs.
