To study the clinical effect of Lianqin Huashi Formula（连芩化湿方）combined with acupuncture on Helicobacter pylori（Hp）-positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis.

A total of 64 patients with Hp-positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Physiotherapy of the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were included in the study group. The patients were divided into study group and reference group by random number table method，32 patients in each group. The reference group was given the quadruple therapy with standard bismuth agent. The study group was given the standard bismuth quadruple therapy combined with Lianqin Huashi Formula and acupuncture treatment. The clinical effects，Hp conversion rate，TCM symptom scores（epigastric pain and burning，cacoic acid reflux，halitosis and mouth stickiness，nausea and thirst）of each group were compared，and motilin（MOT）and gastrointestinal hormone indexes such as MOT and gastrin（GAS）were changed to understand the changes in gastrointestinal function of patients，the changes in interleukin-8（IL-8）levels were assessed to understand the inflammatory status of patients，and the adverse reactions of treatment in each group were observed.

The total effective rate of the study group was 96.88%（31/32），which was significantly higher than that of the reference group（78.13%，25/32）（P<0.05）. Compared with that of the reference group（78.13%，25/32），the Hp negative conversion rate of the study group（96.88%，31/32）was higher（P<0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 6.25%（2/32），which was significantly lower than that of the reference group（28.13%，9/32）（P<0.05）. The comparison of epigastric pain，burning，cacogenic acid reflux，halitosis and sticky mouth，nausea and thirst，and the TCM syndrome scores，the levels of MOT，GAS and IL-8 in both groups before treatment was not significant（P>0.05）. After treatment，TCM syndrome scores and the level of IL-8 significantly decreased，while the levels of MOT and GAS increased significantly. The improvement of various indexes in the study group after treatment was significantly better than that in the reference group（P<0.05）.

The patients with Hp-positive chronic non-atrophic gastritis treated with Lianqin Huashi Formula combined with acupuncture obtain good effect. This treatment plan can better clear Hp infection，improve the clinical symptoms，promote the gastrointestinal function recovery，reduce the adverse reaction rate and improve the treatment safety，which is worthy of application.
