How to promote rapid regeneration of the musculoskeletal system is an urgentproblem to be solved in the treatment of complex and difficult orthopedic diseases. Lurong（Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum）is the only reproducible mammalian organ discovered so far，and its stem cells have efficient regenerative effects on bone tissue，cartilage，nerves，blood vessels and skin. The application of Lurong（Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum）related drugs locally or systemically，combined with variousminimally invasive techniques in orthopedics，is expected to achieve the goal of early rehabilitation for orthopedic patients. This paper reviewed the functions and clinical applications of Lurong（Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum）related products，providing new ideas for regenerative medicine treatment models in the orthopedic fields.
