Millimeter wave radar and traditional Chinese medicine observation have the same non-inductive observation in common. Existing studies have confirmed that the application of millimeter wave radar in medicine can detect the two vital signs of breathing and heart rate. In addition to breathing and heart rate，it also can identify human movements and other signals through ranging and speed measurement. Based on the principles of millimeter wave radar such as angle measurement，distance measurement and recognition of human vital signs，this paper discussed the relationship between the detected signals and the eight aspects of observation such as spirit，color，body，state，complexion，eyes，emotions and breath，and made theoretical innovations based on millimeter wave radar and various technologies to detect and sense human physical signs displayed outside，in the hope of contributing to the accurate judgment and rapid diagnosis of diseases in clinic.
