To explore the therapeutic effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Granules（小儿肺热咳喘颗粒）combined with vitamin D in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.

A total of 302 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia（admitted from October 2021 to December 2022）were included in the study and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method，with 151 cases in each group.The children in the control group received conventional Western medicine treatment and supplemented with vitamin D treatment.Those in the observation group were treated with Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Granules on the basis of medication in the control group.During the treatment and study，9 cases fell off in the control group and 10 cases fell off in the observation group.The clinical data of children in each group was compared，including the clinical efficacy，the changes in TCM symptom scores（fever，chest tightness and distension，cough and asthma，yellow phlegm not easy to cough up，body heat sweating，etc.）before and after treatment，time for fever to disappear，time for cough to disappear，time for sputum relief，time for lung moist rale to disappear，changes in lung function indicators，inflammation and immune-related indicators，and adverse reactions.

The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P<0.05）. Compared with that of the control group，the disappearance time of fever，cough，sputum relief and pulmonary moist rales was shorter in the observation group（P<0.05）.After treatment，TCM symptom scores（fever，chest tightness and distension，cough and asthma，yellow phlegm not easy to cough up，body heat sweating，etc.）in two groups were lower.The values of forced vital capacity（FVC），forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1），FEV1/FVC and other pulmonary function indicators of two groups were significantly increased.The levels of C-reactive protein，CRPand procalcitonin（PCT）and other inflammatory indicators were decreased.The levels of immunoglobulin A（IgA），immunoglobulin G（IgG），immunoglobulin M（IgM）and other levels were all increased，and the scores of TCM symptoms（fever，chest tightness and distension，cough and asthma，yellow phlegm not easy to cough up，body heat and sweat，etc.）and inflammatory indicators（PCT and CRP）in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment.The pulmonary function indexes（FVC，FEV1，FEV1/FVC）and immune indexes（IgA，IgG，IgM）were higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.

Xiaoer Feire Kechuan Granules combined with vitamin D has good curative effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children，with alleviated symptoms，rapid recovery，reduced inflammation，improved immune function and lung function and less adverse reactions，and the treatment is safe and reliable.
