To investigate the effect of Yangwei Granule（养胃颗粒）assisting enteral nutrition support on the nutritional status and Th1/Th2 cells of patients after gastric cancer surgery.

A total of 117 postoperative gastric cancer patients in the hospital from February 2018 to February 2023 were selected and divided into a control group（58 cases）and an experimental group（59 cases）by a random number table.Both groups were treated with routine treatment.The control group was given enteral nutrition support after operation，and the experimental group was given Yangwei Granule based on the control group for continuous treatment for 10 days.The recovery rate of gastrointestinal function，adverse events（including complications and adverse reactions）and TCM syndrome scores（constipation，abdominal distension，lack of food），nutritional status［hemoglobin（Hb），total protein（TP）］，nutritional risk screening 2002（NRS-2002）score，Th1/Th2 cells and their factors［interferonγ（IFN-γ），interleukin-10（IL-10），interleukin-12（IL-12）］were observed and compared before and after treatment between the two groups.

The gastrointestinal function recovery rate of the experimental group was 83.05% higher than that of the control group（65.52%）（P<0.05）.After treatment，the scores of stool，abdominal distension and lack of food in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of TP and Hb in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment，the levels of Th1 and Th1/Th2 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group，and the levels of Th2 cells were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.After treatment，the serum levels of IFN-γand IL-12 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group，and IL-10 levels were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of alkaline reflux gastritis，gastrointestinal discomfort and aspiration pneumonia between the two groups（P>0.05）.

Yangwei Granule assisting by enteral nutrition support applied to patients after gastric cancer surgery can regulate the expressions of Th1/Th2 cells and their factors，promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function，improve TCM syndromes and nutritional status，and has high safety.
