Zhuling Decoction（猪苓汤）was first created by the medical sage ZHANG Zhongjing，with the main functions of promoting diuresis，nourishing Yin and clearing heat. The descendants continuously add，subtract and innovate on the basis of the original formula，and the treatment scope has been widely expanded. This article summarized the modern clinical application of Zhuling Decoction by sorting and analyzing modern literature related to it，and found that it mainly treated urinary system diseases and was widely used in clinical departments such as digestion，respiration and tumors. At the same time，it explained that Zhuling Decoction could exert therapeutic effects by reducing the deposition of inflammatory factors and immune complexes，and improving microcirculation and anti-coagulating mechanisms.
