To analyze the effect of Huaiqihuang Granule（槐杞黄颗粒）combined with Xiaoqinglong Decoction（小青龙汤）on immune function and prognosis of children with Qideficiency of lung and spleen syndrome in remission stage of asthma.

One hundred and six children with asthmawith deficiency of lung and spleen in remission stage admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were random ly divided into the combined group（53 cases）and the control group（53 cases）. Both groupswere given long-term asthma control drugs and Huaiqihuang Granule and the combined group added Xiaoqinglong Decoction for onemonth. The changes of humoral immunity，inflammatory factors，lung function，Chinese version of children asthma control questionnaire（Ch-CACT），TCM syndrome score and other indicators before and after treatmentwere compared between the two groups，and the clinical efficacy of the two groupswas compared.

After onemonth of treatment，the levels of immunoglobulin A（IgA），immunoglobulin G（IgG）and immunoglobulin M（IgM）in both groupswere higher than those before treatment，while immunoglobulin E（IgE）was lower than that before treatment. After onemonth＇s treatment，the levels of IgA，IgG and IgM in the combined group were higher than those in the control group，and the IgE was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）. After onemonth of treatment，the levels of interferon-γ（IFN-γ）increased and the level sof eosinophil（EOS）and interleukin-4（IL-4）decreased in both groups. The level of IFN-γin the combined group was higher than that in the control group，and the levels of EOS and IL-4 were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The values of forced expiratory volume in one second（FEV1%）and peak expiratory flow（PEF）in both groups increased after onemonth of treatment. And the values of FEV1% and PEF in the combined group were higher than those in the control group（P<0.05）. After onemonth of treatment，the Ch-CACT scores of the two groupswere higher than those before treatment，and the TCM syndrome scoreswere lower than those before treatment. The Ch-CACT score of the combined group was higher than that of the control group，and the TCM syndrome scorewas lower than thatof the control group（P<0.05）. After onemonth of treatment，the total effective rate of the combined group was 88.68%（47/53），which was higher than that of the control group（71.70%，38/53）（P<0.05）.

On the basis of routine westernmedicine treatment of Huaiqihuang Granule，Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction is helpful to improve the immune function，inflammatory factors and lung function of children with asthmawith Qideficiency of lung and spleen in remission stage，thus alleviating clinical symptoms，improving clinical efficacy and the quality of prognosis of children.
