Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder（丹栀逍遥散）comes from Internal Medicine Abstract and is a derivative formula made by adding Mudanpi（Moutan Cortex）and Zhizi（Gardeniae Fructus）on the basis of Xiaoyao Powder（逍遥散）. It is mostly used for a series of diseases of liver depression turning into fire type. This article sorted out the clinical applications and mechanisms of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder. It is found that Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder is widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as ENT，internal medicine，gynecological，dermatological and psychiatric diseases. At the same time，the mechanism of treating diseases may be related to the mechanism such as anti-anxiety，anti-tumor，anti-inflammatory，protecting liver tissue and improving ovarian polycystic lesions. Its extensive pharmacological role provides reference for the next in-depth study.
