    Traditional research on crew scheduling problem is difficult to directly measure the real fatigue of crew when working. Crew fatigue is affected by a variety of real-world factors. A quantitative model of crew fatigue was established to measure the fatigue of the crew’s task loop, and a crew scheduling model was further constructed. Then an algorithm was designed to solve the model based on the column generation framework combined with the dynamic constraint aggregation method. Finally, numerical experiments demonstrate that the algorithm is able to solve the larger-scale crew scheduling problem in a shorter time, and the model established in this paper is able to effectively reduce crew fatigue.

    Aiming to explore the influence of different dosages of SBS modifier on the indicators of modified asphalt, through testing the three major indicators, elastic recovery and post-aging indicators of SBS modified asphalt with different dosages, as well as the viscosity and rutting factor of SBS modified asphalt with different dosages at different temperatures, the impact of SBS modifier dosage on the indicators of modified asphalt was analyzed to provide a theoretical basis for the optimized design and application of modified asphalt. The experimental results show that with the increase of SBS dosage, the three major indicators, elastic recovery and ductility of modified asphalt exhibit different changing patterns. The viscosity of modified asphalt first increases significantly and then increases slowly, and the viscosity of modified asphalt reaches the optimum under an appropriate dosage. The rutting factor increases with the increase of SBS modifier dosage, but when the SBS dosage reaches a certain proportion, the rutting factor only increases slightly. This indicates that the pavement performance of modified asphalt does not continuously improve with the increase of modifier dosage. When the modifier dosage increases to a certain extent, the performance of some indicators may reach a peak or decline.

    Digital transformation is an important way to enhance enterprise resilience. Taking Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies as the research object, the data from 2011 to 2021 were selected, and the research findings were found by empirical test. Enterprises’ digital transformation can significantly improve enterprise resilience, and this conclusion is still valid after a variety of robustness and endogenous tests. Among them, innovation efficiency and innovation quality play a part of intermediary role in the impact. In order to better enhance the resilience of enterprises and enable enterprises to achieve sustainable development, enterprises should further strengthen digital construction and attach importance to the improvement of innovation ability.

    The tensile and shear properties of porous rock-like materials affect the safety and stability of engineering. In this paper, numerical models with different number of pores were constructed, and the numerical simulation of direct tensile and direct shear tests were carried out by the DEM to explore the influence of the pore number on the tensile and shear characteristics of materials. The results show that the tensile strength, the ratio of compressive strength to tensile strength, cohesion and internal friction angle decrease in different forms with the increase of the pore number. In addition, under tensile action, cracks are mainly formed along the horizontal direction and are not affected by the number of pores. Under shear action, cracks are mainly formed along a certain Angle with the horizontal direction. The increase of the pore number mainly leads to the decrease of the anisotropy of fracture occurrence under shear action.

    Due to the lack of sufficient interaction support, the recommendation accuracy is poor. To address this, a sparse data collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on knowledge graph was proposed. Extract the interaction relationship between users and items, a knowledge graph was constructed, and the entity relationships in the knowledge graph was used to extend the representation of users and items. Combining CNN networks, interactive relationships was expanded into complex structures, contextual information was captured, and similarity using Euclidean distance was calculate. A set of similar neighbors was found for the target user, user collaboration filtering was used to predict ratings, the fusion time weighting strategy was dynamically adjusted, and a recommendation list was generated. Tests have shown that the algorithm has high NDCG values, low MAE and RMSE values, and ideal recommendation performance.

    To enhance the level of safety management in airport clearance zones and ensure safe operations within these areas, an evolutionary game model between airport management authorities and clearance violators was constructed. An in-depth analysis of the strategic choices was provided made by both parties under different scenario conditions and the underlying reasons for these choices was exploreed. Using MATLAB software, a sensitivity analysis of key parameters was conducted, examining the impact of four crucial factors, such as the probability of detecting violations, penalty severity, compliance operation costs, and non-compliance income, on the system’s evolutionary path and outcomes. The results show that increasing the probability of detecting violations and imposing stricter penalties can effectively encourage violators to shift towards compliant strategies. Furthermore, reducing compliance costs and limiting non-compliance income can further decrease the probability of violations occurring.

    With the increasing application of high voltage direct current transmission(HVDC) in cross regional transmission of new energy, new energy units at the transmission end may not only suffer from voltage dips and high voltage faults, but also face challenges of low and high voltage disturbances caused by DC commutation failures. In order to accurately analyze the impact of wind farm integration on the power system, a four-machine equivalent method was proposed based on doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) to adapt to multiple types of faults at the DC transmission end. Firstly, the general power curve of wind turbines was modeled for low voltage ride through, high voltage ride through, and continuous low and high voltage ride through in accordance with national standards. Next, the single machines that suffer from multiple types of faults from the cut in wind speed to the cut out wind speed was traversed, and the wind turbines in the wind farm was clustered. Finally, a four-machine equivalence method is proposed based on simulation results.

    Under the “dual carbon” goal, the express delivery industry is being subject to green transformation, and circular express packaging comes into being. However, the promotion process and results are not ideal. An evolutionary game model of express delivery companies, couriers and consumers was constructed, aiming to explore the stability and influencing factors of the evolutionary equilibrium of the three parties in the promotion process of circular express packaging, and it was analyzed and verified using Matlab. The results show that government rewards and punishments, spillover benefits of express delivery companies, and reputation changes prompt express delivery companies to promote circular express packaging. The rewards and punishments of express delivery companies and the psychological benefits of couriers promote their active cooperation. Subsidies and rewards from the government and express delivery companies, as well as psychological benefits for consumers, encourage their active participation.

    Air freight is an important part of modern transportation logistics system. In recent years, with the continuous development of air freight industry, the freight volume has continued to grow. Therefore, accurate prediction of air freight volume is very important for the development and operation of air transport industry. In order to scientifically predict the air cargo business volume between cities and comprehensively consider the influencing factors such as the level of urban economic development and airport facilities, the grey forecasting model was used to predict the total cargo business volume of airports, and then the comprehensive service capacity score of urban airports and the freight attraction intensity between urban nodes were determined by using principal component analysis and improved gravity model, so as to judge the trend of cargo flow. Finally, the freight volume between urban airports in 2026 was obtained by constructing a combined forecasting model. The results show that China’s air freight business market is in a period of rapid development, and the forecast of freight volume has certain reference value for setting the operating capacity of freight airports and improving the support capacity of logistics facilities.

    In order to further explore the simulation of nanofluid heat pipe, the VOF(volume of fluid) model in Fluent software was used to take single nanofluid (TiO2-H2O) and mixed nanofluid (Al2O3+TiO2-H2O) as working medium. The feasibility of using Fluent to simulate nanofluid heat pipes was comprehensively analyzed from the visualization analysis of evaporation and condensation process inside heat pipes and the results of the overall thermal parameters. The results show that, from the visualization point of view, the simulated nephogram can reflect the phase transition process in the heat pipe with time. However, there is still a 3% error between the specific simulation value and the corrected experimental value, indicating that there are unconventional factors affecting the simulation results. It is feasible to use the VOF model to simulate the nanofluid heat pipe in numerical law and visualization analysis, but it is still necessary to combine other simulation methods to study the detailed principle.

    A comprehensive review of the research related to geothermal center tubes was provided and their key role were detailed in efficient geothermal heat transfer systems. Firstly, its structural design, such as the influence of center tube type, tube diameter size, tube wall thickness and tube structure on heat transfer efficiency and fluid flow, was discussed to ensure its long-term stable operation. In addition, the influence of material properties, including high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity, on the operation of geothermal systems was analyzed, and the current research status and application examples of centerpipes made of different materials were discussed. Finally, the future development trend of geothermal centerpipe was outlooked, emphasizing the importance of innovative materials and optimal design of manufacturing process in improving the efficiency of geothermal utilization and reducing costs.

    Considering the cross sensitivity of strain and temperature in fiber Bragg grating measurement, two types of sensors based on fiber Bragg grating strain and temperature were developed. After removing wavelength drift caused by temperature, the individual changes in fiber Bragg grating strain can be obtained, which solves the problems of complex design structure and inability to compensate for temperature in traditional fiber Bragg grating sensors. The strain sensing capability and temperature sensing characteristics of the sensor were investigated through stress tensile testing and water bath testing. The experimental results show that the sensitivity coefficient of the fiber Bragg grating strain sensor is 0.95 pm/με, with a deviation of only 2.05% from the theoretical strain sensitivity coefficient; In the range of 20~60 ℃, the sensitivity of the temperature sensor reaches around 20pm/ ℃, which is 2.2 times higher than that of unpackaged bare fiber Bragg gratings. Compared with the sensitivity coefficient before temperature compensation, the coefficient after compensation is significantly improved, effectively achieving the goal of temperature compensation and providing a more reliable basis for strain monitoring in the field of civil engineering.

    Conglomerate reservoir is an important type of unconventional oil and gas reservoir. During the development process, it is found that the nature of the cementation surface between the gravel and the matrix affects the fracture propagation behavior. In order to clarify the effect of cementation strength on crack growth, a numerical model of conglomerate uniaxial compression was established by using PFC2D discrete element package, and four stages of crack growth and micro-fracture mechanism were studied. The results show that the mechanical properties of conglomerate gradually change from plastic to brittle with the increase of cementation strength, and the critical cementation strength ratio is 0.3.The influence of cementation strength on crack growth is mainly in the elastic stage and the stable crack growth stage. Under weak cementation (CSR<0.3), isolated shear cracks occur on the gravel edges in the elastic stage, and shear crack networks are connected in the stable growth stage. Under strong cementation (CSR>0.3), there are almost no cracks in the elastic stage of the gravel edge, and only sporadic isolated tensile cracks in the stable crack growth stage. The additional stress caused by the disharmony of deformation between gravel and matrix under weak cementation is the reason that the edge of gravel is the first to break and form an isolated fracture. These results indicate that weak cementation is conducive to the formation of complex fracture networks. A reference is provided for revealing the fracture propagation law of conglomerate reservoir.

    Based on 30 provincial-level panel data in China from 2013 to 2022, Focusing on the mechanisms research, AI affects employment in the service sector was examined. The results show that the impact of AI on service industry employment from a national perspective roughly shows a U-shaped relationship and still holds after considering indigeneity issues and robustness tests. In terms of micro-mechanisms, AI positively promotes service industry employment by affecting the structure of the service industry. The extended discussion suggests that the application of AI has a significant positive employment promotion effect on middle-skilled and high-skilled labor force employment in the service industry. In addition, the potential of modern service industry to absorb labor force employment continues to rise compared with traditional service industry. The extended discussion shows that the application of AI has a significant positive effect on the employment of middle-skilled and high-skilled labor in the service industry. In addition, the absorption potential of the modern service industry compared with the traditional service industry for the employment of the labor force continues to rise.

    Digital economy has become a new economic form to create social wealth, and ESG (environmental, social and governance) as an enterprise evaluation standard highly consistent with the concept of sustainable development has also been widely concerned at home and abroad. In order to meet the needs of green high-quality development of enterprises under the new normal, the relevant data of listed companies of China’s Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share intelligent manufacturing equipment enterprises from 2009 to 2021was selected, and the impact and mechanism of digital level on enterprise ESG performance was verified through regression analysis. The empirical results show that the digital level of intelligent manufacturing equipment enterprises can significantly and positively affect the ESG performance of enterprises, and its impact path is to improve the quality of internal control and reduce financing constraints. The digital level of non-state-owned enterprises and non-heavily polluting enterprises has a stronger positive impact on ESG performance. From the perspective of enterprise digitalization, theoretical support is provided for improving the performance of ESG in Chinese enterprises and promoting the development path of ESG in China.

    Under the “dual carbon” target, the topic of corporate ESG information disclosure has become a hot research topic nationwide. As China is still in the initial stages of sustainable disclosure, most research solely concentrates on the rating of ESG information, overlooking the quality of ESG information disclosure. Therefore, from the perspective of sustainable disclosure standards for enterprises, taking the construction machinery industry as the research sample, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was adopted to establish a quality evaluation system for enterprise ESG information disclosure, in order to assist the subsequent application of sustainable disclosure standards for enterprises and further standardize ESG information disclosure work in China’s industry.

    With high-quality development of economy, green innovation has emerged as a crucial driving force for fostering sustainable and healthy economic growth. Digital industry agglomeration can promote the agglomeration of factor resources and industrial transformation and upgrading, thereby enhancing regional green innovation efficiency. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(due to the lack of data, the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Tibet Autonomous Region, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province)from 2012 to 2021, the Super-SBM model and location entropy were used to measure the evaluation indicators of green innovation efficiency and digital industry agglomeration, subsequently, the effects and mechanism of digital industry agglomeration on green innovation efficiency were examined. The results indicate that digital industry agglomeration contributes to the enhancement of regional green innovation efficiency. Due to the differences in geographical location and technology input level, the enhancement effect of digital industry agglomeration on regional green innovation efficiency is more significant in the eastern region and high-tech input provinces. Mechanism analysis shows that digital industry agglomeration can improve regional green innovation efficiency by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure. In view of this, each province should actively promote the development of digital industry clusters, scientifically formulate differentiated digital industry development strategies and promote the upgrading of industrial structure, so as to help the steady improvement of regional green innovation efficiency.

    In the digital economy era, online markets are crucial venues for resource allocation, and optimizing resource allocation is a vital pathway to promote industrial transformation and upgrading. Based a two-way fixed effects model, a mediation effect model and a threshold effect model, the impact and underlying mechanisms of the development of online markets on the optimization of industrial structure in China were analyzed, using data from 288 prefecture-level cities from 2014 to 2021.It is found that the development of online markets significantly enhances the advancement of industrial structure but somewhat inhibits the rationalization of industrial structure. These conclusions remain robust after a series of robustness checks. The mediation effect test results show that the development of online markets can promote the advancement of industrial structure by improving resource allocation efficiency. Further analysis indicates that the promotion of industrial structure advancement by online markets exhibits heterogeneity, being more significant in the eastern and western regions, in areas with larger populations, and in regions with lower levels of digital infrastructure. The threshold model results reveal a marginally increasing nonlinear characteristic in the promotion of industrial structure advancement by the development of online markets. Therefore, to fully leverage the resource allocation role of online markets, it is necessary to further expand the scale of online markets, regulate their operations, define the boundaries of different types of online markets, strengthen market access reviews, enhance the role of data mechanisms, and bolster anti-monopoly and market supervision to encourage more participants. Different regions should be encouraged to adopt differentiated strategies for online market development.

    The coordinated development of population and economy is one of the most basic starting points in the study of all population issues. Tuojiang Green Development Economic Belt carries distinct advantages and unique positioning in the construction of “Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle”. Based on regional economics and other theories, taking 6 municipal areas in the basin as the research object, and the effect of population and industry agglomeration from the structural characteristics and interaction mechanism of population and industry agglomeration was discussed. Scientific and reasonable suggestions are provided for the construction of Tuojiang green development economic Belt from the perspectives of industrial structure optimization, regional coordination and green development.

    To analyze the current situation and hotspots of the development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry in China, and provide reference for the research on high-quality development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry, using “Chinese herbal medicine industry” as the keyword, search for relevant literature on the Chinese herbal medicine industry included in the CNKI database of CNKI as a sample, and use CiteSpace visualization analysis to perform graph analysis on the paper. A total of 129 research articles were retrieved from CNKI from January 2000 to December 2023 for analysis. The keywords of the research articles mainly focused on traditional Chinese medicine, ecological planting, industrial agglomeration and informatization. The research hotspots mainly focused on the ecological planting, industrial agglomeration, informatization and traceability system of the traditional Chinese medicine industry. According to the knowledge spectrum and analysis of hot literature, the current research hotspots in the traditional Chinese medicine industry are related to the introduction, guidance and implementation of policies, and have stages. Scholars often use qualitative descriptive analysis as a research method; The ecological cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine, the agglomeration of the entire industry, and the traceability system should be an important research direction in the future.

    As one of the sectors most sensitive to climate change, agricultural production activities are deeply affected by the negative impacts of environmental degradation. The implementation of “carbon peaking” and “carbon neutrality” policies will inevitably affect agricultural production methods and export trade. The impact of carbon emission reduction policies on agricultural exports was studied by selecting HS four-digit agricultural products from 2000 to 2021, using the Difference-in-Differences (DID) method for empirical analysis, and the mechanism of how carbon emission reduction policies affect agricultural export growth was explored. The research findings are as follows. The implementation of carbon emission reduction policies promotes agricultural export growth. In terms of heterogeneity, the implementation of carbon emission reduction policies has a relatively significant impact on the exports of grain and oil products, while the impact on meat exports is slightly smaller. In terms of moderating effects, labor, government support for agriculture, and climate change all play a positive role in promoting agricultural export growth through carbon emission reduction policies. Based on these conclusions, insights and suggestions are provided for the changes in China’s agricultural exports in the global agricultural market under the “dual carbon” goals.

    Under the background of a new development pattern, based on the five dimensions of innovation driven, digital economy, industrial transformation, green development and open development, select the relevant data of 41 urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta from 2011 to 2020.Through cluster analysis and visualization, reflecting the development level of new economic drivers in urban agglomerations from different dimensions, and then a panel data model was constructed, taking per capital GDP as the explanatory variable and the level of new economic drivers as the explanatory variable, to explore the marginal impact of new economic momentum on economic growth in the Yangtze River Delta region.     Marine tourism is a characteristic brand of Guangdong tourism,as well as one of the pillar industries of Marine economy in Guangdong Province. Based on the research of industry chain, the relevant standards of the Classification of Marine and Related Industries (GB/T20794—2021) and the Statistical Classification of National Tourism and Related Industries (2018) were combined, the Marine tourism industry chain was sorted out, the marine tourism industry chain and various industry segments in Guangdong Province synchronously were analyzed. The results show that the marine tourism industry chain in Guangdong is relatively complete, all aspects are involved. There are still insufficient in the cultivation of marine tourism formats, weaknesses in the manufacturing of facilities and equipment, and imperfections in training and leasing of marine tourism services in Guangdong’s marine tourism industry chain at present.

    In the context of “rural revitalization” and the “dual carbon” goals, sustainable agricultural development has become an important issue and a necessary path for the development of “agriculture, rural areas, and farmers”. Based on agricultural insurance data from 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2020, the entropy method was used to measure the level of sustainable agricultural development and the impact of agricultural insurance on sustainable agricultural development and its mechanism were estimated through a fixed effects model. The results show that the level of sustainable agricultural development in various provinces and cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt has increased significantly, with the upper reaches of the Yangtze River showing a higher increase in recent years than other provinces, indicating significant achievements in “source governance”. Benefiting from agricultural technological innovation, Shanghai has a much higher level of sustainable development than other areas downstream of the Yangtze River. Agricultural insurance can positively regulate the level of sustainable agricultural development through adjustments in production structure and factor input.

    From the aspects of innovation subject, innovation carrier, innovation elements and innovation environment, combs the current situation of innovation resources gathering in Tsukuba Science City was combed, and the process and characteristics of innovation resources gathering in Tsukuba Science City was analyzed from the micro perspective through detailed historical data collection and sorting. Based on the different development stages of Tsukuba Science City, the state led compulsory agglomeration mode of innovation resources, the spontaneous agglomeration mode of innovation resources driven by industry university research cooperation, and the agglomeration mode driven by collaborative innovation platform and innovation chain construction were provided. It is pointed out that Tsukuba Science City is evolving in two directions, such as the construction of innovation ecosystem and the development of high-tech and sophisticated industries. Finally, some experiences are put forward for Xiong’an New Area to learn from, such as attaching importance to the construction of superior universities and colleges, building a cross regional and cross subject platform system, and increasing the openness of application scenarios.

    A study on evaluating and forecasting the demand for tourism accommodation facilities in Jinan Citywas conducted. Data was crawled from platforms such as Ctrip, GoWhere.com, and Meituan using Python crawler technology. The LDA topic model was applied to uncover the latent thematic structure within the text data, enabling effective classification of accommodation place labels. Machine learning methods, including XGBoost, CatBoost, LightGBM, and RandomForest, were used to screen the core indicators that affect the ratings of lodging places. An evaluation system was constructed by combining the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) and the entropy weighting method to determine weights. Visual analysis was performed to reveal differences in reception capacity across various themes, accommodation types and areas, as well as proximity to transportation, business districts, schools and scenic spots.     Based on the deep cutting landslide treatment project in Caixi Township, PLAXIS 3D was used to establish a slope model with complex cracks under rainfall conditions, and the existence of cracks and the slope deformation stability under different fissure depths were analyzed. The result shows that the sliding surface of the slope changes significantly with increasing fissure depth. When the crack depth is close to the potential sliding surface, the crack divides the landslide into two separate parts, one is the crack surface itself and the other is the original sliding surface below the crack. This segmentation effect leads in a significant reduction in the slope stability. It is further found that there is a threshold effect between the crack depth and the slope stability, that is, the slope stability does not change much before the crack depth reaches a certain critical value. When the crack depth exceeds this critical value, the slope stability will decrease sharply. It reveals the influence mechanism of fissure on slope stability, in order to provide a scientific basis for slope engineering design, disaster prevention and treatment.

    Under the interweaving of time change and humanistic concept change, traditional villages, as the carrier of a nation’s regional culture and historical memory accumulation, are an indispensable bridge for cultural inheritance. Taking the first batch of traditional villages in Jingxing County, Hebei Province as the research area, the evaluation index system of cultural landscape value of traditional villages was constructed from two dimensions of cultural landscape value and living development of cultural landscape, their cultural value was quantitatively evaluated by using the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE), and four kinds of ways of exploring the differentiation and cultural revitalization of traditional villages were coagulated based on the IPA analysis method, such as emonstration type of living development, cultural landscape value of living heritage type, reconstruction type of cultural landscape value and cultural landscape enhancement type.

    Taking Evergrande Group as a case study, based on the research of its financial statements and operational data, the problems in fund management, debt management and risk control were identified, and the root causes of these problems and their impact on corporate financial management were deeply explored. Based on this, it is concluded that enterprises need to fully consider the characteristics of the real estate industry when conducting financial management, and develop scientific financial strategies to cope with the challenges and uncertainties brought by the characteristics of the real estate industry.     Safety evaluation is an important prerequisite and guarantee for the transportation of dangerous goods. Taking a dangerous goods transportation project in a town in southwest China as an example, the project area was divided into 8 evaluation units, and the safety check list method and fault tree method were used to evaluate the safety, and the main disaster control factors and safety work points were discussed. The results show that the safety checklist method is suitable for the inspection events specified in the specification provisions, and the fault tree method can effectively analyze the cause of the event and the weight of the elements through the minimum cut set and the importance calculation. The safety and security of transportation and loading and unloading operations should pay attention to the standardized operation of personnel, labor protection and safe location of the work area.

    Currently, financial sharing informatization has been widely used in large enterprise groups. Focused on the case of W Group Company, the necessity and feasibility of building a financial shared service center were analyzed, and the success factors and existing problems of its implementation path were further explored. Based on the requirements and practical exploration of the natural resource principal-agent mechanism, the construction of the natural resource asset value evaluation framework was studied, and the construction of the natural resource asset evaluation framework under the principal-agent purpose of national ownership of all natural resource assets on the basis of clarifying the logical relationship between various evaluation items was exploresd.     In recent years, standard essential patents (SEPs) have garnered widespread attention. The potential future competitive risks associated with SEPs was preemptively assessed to provide a reference for industrial and enterprise development. First, the metrological characteristics of SEPs are summarized. Then, patents families were analyzed from 2014 to 2023 that at least an application in the family was granted by one of the five major Patent offices (IP5 offices), key innovative entities and key technological fields were identified in the study. The research finds that SEPs are characterized by concentration among holders, large family sizes, a large number of claims, and high citation frequencies. The main competition for SEPs in the coming period will still be concentrated in the electronics and communications fields. Furthermore, with the development of the Internet of Things era, various application scenarios related fields may also become battlegrounds for SEP competition, which should be monitored closely and appropriate risk prevention measures taken.

    Green and low-carbon development is the theme of today’s urban construction. Rail transit is an important transport infrastructure in cities, which affects urban transport carbon emissions. The impact of urban rail transport on urban carbon emissions was empirically examined. The results show that the construction of urban rail transport has a significant effect on the reduction of urban carbon emissions, and there is heterogeneity in the effect of urban scale. Urban rail transport has produced the “transport substitution” effect, increased new investment opportunities, increased green financial inputs, promoted green technological innovation, and thus reduced urban carbon emissions.

    Based on the economic data from 273 prefectural cities between 2008 and 2021, taking the “Taobao Village” policy as a quasi-natural experiment, the impact of BOP e-commerce on urban high-quality economic development and its mechanisms were explored. The spatial effects involved were further investigated. It is found that BOP e-commerce significantly promotes high-quality urban economic development, the conclusion remains robust across various tests. Regarding the mechanisms, industrial structure, human capital and population density positively moderate the impact of BOP e-commerce on high-quality economic development in China. In terms of spatial effects, the development of BOP e-commerce exhibits spatial spillover effects that can enhance the high-quality economic development of surrounding cities. Therefore, governments at all levels should strengthen support for BOP e-commerce, enhance inter-regional cooperation, and improve the quality of human capital.

    Taxation is the core element that guides and promotes the upgrading of industrial structure, industrial structure ecologisation is an important part of realising green development, and evaluating and optimising the effect of taxation is of great significance to realising green development. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors and the mechanism of industrial structure ecologisation, a theoretical framework model of industrial structure ecologisation was established, and based on the theoretical model, a two-way fixed-effect regression model, a panel threshold model, an intermediary effect model and other econometric models were constructed, and the effect of taxation on industrial structure ecologisation was empirically analyzed. Corresponding optimisation suggestions are put forward in terms of perfecting the tax system and optimising the innovation environment.

    Because of the separation of enterprise ownership and management rights, the contradiction between managers and shareholders is always the root cause of intensifying the conflict of interest between them. Equity incentive, as an effective medium and long term incentive mechanism for management, can alleviate agency problems and reduce agency costs, and is an important means to solve conflicts of interest. In order to improve the loyalty of the management to the company, prevent the short-sighted behavior of the management, and guide the management to maximize their personal talents, based on the data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2014 to 2022, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis and other analytical methods were used to study the relationship between executive equity incentives and corporate performance. It is found that the implementation of equity incentive has dual significance. It can not only effectively improve enterprise performance, but also reduce agency costs.

    Fully leveraging the role of data elements is a powerful support for achieving high-quality economic and social development. Based on Information Ecology Theory, a data governance ecosystem was constructed from three dimensions such as information, information subjects and information environment. Using relevant index reports and statistical data from 2023, a fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method was used to analyze the combined path impact of seven conditional variables which were data resource level, government digital attention, citizen digital needs, citizen digital literacy, government financial level, digital infrastructure and digital innovation capability on the performance in data governance of provincial-level governments in China. The results show that, from a single perspective, digital infrastructure is a key factor affecting the performance of high-level data governance. Low levels of data resources, low digital literacy of citizens and low digital innovation capabilities are important factors leading to the performance of low-level data governance. From the perspective of configuration conditions, there are six paths to generating the performance of high-level data governance, which can be further classified into three types, such as total-factor development type, resource-led type and environment-driven type. It is necessary to explore adaptation paths among multiple important elements for Provincial governments based on their own development conditions.

    Uusing data from the China Household Tracking Survey to match data with the County Digital Countryside Index (2018), the impact effect of digital countryside and its four sub-dimensions on the upgrading of rural households’ consumption structure was studied. Benchmark regression shows that the digital countryside facilitates the upgrading of rural households’ consumption structure, and mechanism research indicates that rural households’ non-farm income and residents’ digital skill level are important factors that promote the digital countryside to enhance the upgrading of consumption structure. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of digital countryside on the upgrading of the consumption structure of different rural areas, different characteristics of households and different heads of households is different.

    In order to analyze the impacts of differentcarbon allowance allocation rules of the government on independent remanufacturing, a game model between an original equipment manufacturer and an independent remanufacturer was established based on the grandfathering rule and the benchmarking rule. The impacts of the two different carbon allowance allocation rules on the optimal production decisions, profits, and the environment of the members of the closed-loop supply chain were compared. The results show that the lower sales of new products and the higher sales of remanufactured products under the grandfathering rule are more friendly to environmental protection while promoting the development of the remanufacturing industry. The original equipment manufacturer and the independent remanufacturer can realize a win-win profit in the grandfathering rule when the total carbon quota and baseline carbon quota meet specific requirements.

    Recent frequent extreme natural disasters and major public health crises have intensified the convergence of traditional and emerging risks, significantly threatening urban public safety. To address the knowledge gap regarding non-traditional risks, a city-level “risk-resilience capacity” assessment framework under the holistic national security paradigm was developed. Four Chinese megacities were evaluated, such as Qingdao, Nanjing, Hangzhou and Dongguan. The results are as follows. Nanjing demonstrates superior economic development capacity, whereas Hangzhou underperforms. Hangzhou leads in social security capacity, contrasting with Dongguan’s deficiencies. Dongguan exhibits the strongest ecological resilience, while Nanjing ranks lowest. The analysis identifies GDP-driven economic capacity and social security expenditure as critical resilience determinants.

    Under the double constraints of resources and environment, improving green total factor productivity is crucial to realizing high-quality development. The Emissions Trading System has entered a deepening stage of development after decades of piloting in China, and it is of great significance to research the impact of the implementation of the Emissions Trading System on green total factor productivity. Taking the Emissions Trading System implemented in 2007 as a natural experiment, based on the panel data of 30 provinces(due to the lack of data, the statistical data mentioned here do not include the Tibet Autonomous Region, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province) in China from 2004 to 2020, difference-in-difference method (DID) was employed to explore the impact and mechanism of the Emissions Trading System on GTFP. The results highlight that the Emissions Trading System significantly enhances regional GTFP. The impact mechanism test shows that the Emissions Trading System further enhances GTFP by promoting green innovation and industrial structure upgrading. Relevant government departments can use the research findings as policy insights to further maximize the role of the Emissions Trading System in promoting economy and green development.

    607 papers published in CNKI database and 308 documents published in WOS database from 2014 to 2024 were selected to conduct in-depth analysis and research from the perspectives of the number of publications, high-frequency authors and keywords by adopting CiteSpace visualization research method. The result shows that the number of publications in the field of carbon performance research is on the rise, but a closely cooperating author network has not yet been formed. The hot spots of carbon performance research are mainly focused on low carbon economy and carbon performance, carbon performance evaluation, and the influencing factors and economic effects of carbon performance, and so on. In the future, it is necessary to continue to expand the research perspectives of carbon performance, focus on the research of digital transformation, technological innovation and carbon performance, and strengthen the interdisciplinary cooperation mechanism.
