    In order to make the virtual power plant(VPP) better integrate resources, and then realize product packaging and market transactions, using the natural geographic space attributes of energy resources to combine the demand-side energy of the virtual power plant with GIS(geographic information system) combined, a GIS-based evaluation model for demand-side energy is proposed. The composition of demand-side energy was analyzed, and the index system of the evaluation model was established. The index system of the evaluation model was refined, the common index and difference index were proposed, and the quantification method was given.AHP, entropy weight method and weighted sum are used to realize the calculation method of the standardization of evaluation indicators, the weight of common indicators, the weight of difference indicators and the evaluation model. The evaluation model method was analyzed through the data of 10 regions to provide quantitative methods and scientific support for the construction of virtual power plants for resource optimization aggregation.

    Quantitative models are one of the core challenges for investors in stock dynamic prediction. The original LSTM(long short-term memory) stock prediction model was affected by noise in the input data, which interfered with the prediction effect. In this paper, there are 259 indicators that affect stock prices. Firstly, the input data was reduced in dimensionality using dimensionality reduction methods to preserve key information, and then input into LSTM to form an improved prediction model, namely PCA-LSTM model, ISOMAP-LSTM model, and PCA-ISOMAP-LSTM model. Through empirical comparison, compared with the original LSTM prediction model and the attention mechanism model MHA-LSTM, the PCA-LSTM model and ISOMAP-LSTM model reduce training time. The average absolute error (MAE), average relative error (MAPE), and root mean square error (RMSE) in the prediction error evaluation indicators are significantly reduced, and the average rise and fall accuracy (ARRF) is significantly improved. However, the PCA-ISOMAP-LSTM model has an increase in error rate and a certain decrease in accuracy. The Diebold Mariano test also showed that the PCA-LSTM model and ISOMAP-LSTM model have stronger stock prediction abilities than the original LSTM model and MHA-LSTM model, while the PCA-ISOMAP-LSTM model and MHA-LSTM model have weaker prediction abilities than the original LSTM model. The difference in prediction accuracy between the PCA-LSTM and ISOMAP-LSTM models is not significant, and both can be used as a new technical support for quantitative stock investment.

    Multi-source heterogeneous geological big data is difficult to ensure accuracy during the structuring process. By constructing a standard stratigraphic system for Nanning basin and using the automatic borehole modeling method of the Nanning Geological Spatial Big Data Analysis System to create a 3D geological model, four factors were considered—engineering geological zoning, age strata, geological genesis types, and lithology—to assist in the rapid cleaning and processing of structured database entries. The results show that discontinuous areas, abrupt change areas, and topological error areas in the 3D geological model can quickly identify issues such as duplicate, abnormal, and missing structured data, effectively improving the speed and accuracy of error identification.

    A comprehensive analysis of air distribution and thermal comfort assessment within large-scale heating, ventilation, and air conditioning(HVAC) systems holds significant value in enhancing indoor thermal comfort levels and reducing energy consumption. In order to improve the use comfort of irregular large space air conditioning and reduce the impact of the installation position of air conditioning indoor unit on the comfort of air conditioning, the construction party carried out software simulation test on the service hall on the second floor of a tourist center in Guangyuan City with the help of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation software Fluent, and deepened the design of the area. In the simulation, it is found that although the comfort level of the service hall meets the standard requirements, there is still a large space for optimization. Therefore, the drawings were further designed according to the simulation results of the CFD software. After the deepening design, the simulation results were improved from local regional level and large area level to local regional level and large area level I. Finally, the actual wind speed and temperature of the service hall are compared with the simulation results. The results show that, except for a small part of the temperature and wind speed affected by the doors and Windows and personnel flow, other areas have less error with the simulation results. With the help of specific examples, the positive feedback idea of the construction party on the comfort control of the air conditioning system is opened, the scientific nature of the construction party in the project construction is improved, which provides some ideas and experience for the construction party to put forward the deepening design.

    The Neogene loose sandstone has the characteristics of low diagenesis and poor cementation. Its structure is loose, and groundwater is easily enriched in this formation, making it the main seepage channel for groundwater. Based on the Xiangshan No.2 Tunnel, the application technology of the advanced support system of horizontal rotary jet grouting piles in the formation of mudstone interbedded with loose sandstone was systematically studied through on-site pile testing and numerical simulation. The secondary supplementary grouting technology was proposed to improve several technical deficiencies of the horizontal rotary jet grouting piles and solve the frequent problems of collapse of the face and sudden water and mud influx during the excavation process of Xiangshan No.2 Tunnel. A simplified calculation method for horizontal rotary jet grouting piles based on rod structure is proposed by refining the calculation model, which will facilitate the promotion and application of this support system.

    The safety cover thickness required for TBM (tunnel boring machine)tunneling in hard rock is such that it is too large to increase the total length of the tunnel design without increasing the cost. Therefore, the study of the minimum safety cover thickness for TBM tunneling in hard rock is of great engineering significance. In light of the aforementioned considerations,the Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway Xixiang Station-Bao’an Station double-mode shield tunnel project case was drawn upon to investigate the minimum safe overburden thickness of varying parameters under the condition of changing rock grades. The results indicate that when the arch displacement method is employed, if the tunnel perimeter rock class is II or III, and the thickness of soft soil is between 0 and 3 times the diameter of the tunnel, then the minimum safe rock cover thickness is between 0.2 and 1.2 times the diameter of the tunnel. When the pressure arch method is employed for simulation, if the rock cover class is II or III, and the soft soil thickness is between 1 and 3 times the tunnel diameter, the ratio of the minimum rock cover thickness to the depth of burial exhibits a tendency to increase and then decrease with the increase of the hard rock thickness,reaching a maximum value of 0.39. When the overburden grade is grade IV and the thickness of the soft soil is 1 to 3 times the diameter of the tunnel, the ratio of the minimum rock cover thickness to the depth of burial is observed to decrease with the increase of the hard rock thickness, reaching a maximum value of 0.42. The conclusions can provide engineering guidance for TBMs to safely tunnel through hard rock.

    In the process of large-diameter slurry shield tunneling, encountering boulder groups in front of the cutter head often occurs, which significantly impact tunneling efficiency and construction safety. To achieve rapid and efficient handling of boulder groups closely adjacent to the slurry shield cutter head, reduce the frequency of pressure-compromised opening for tool replacement, and ensure safe and smooth passage through boulder areas, the Fuzhou Metro Binhai Line project’s Binhai Zhong section was taken as a case study. Through in-depth analysis of key aspects such as tunneling anomalies, tool inspections, tool replacements, ground re-examinations, and handling of boulders adjacent to the cutter head, innovative techniques and processes such as the “rock crushing and downward pressure method” and the “rock pushing and filling method” have been proposed. These effectively address the challenges posed by boulder groups encountered during large-diameter slurry shield tunneling, significantly shortening the construction period for passing through boulder areas and providing a systematic solution and reference for similar projects.

    In order to study the stability of the geological conditions of the water transmission and power generation system of Qichun pumped storage power station, and selecting the optimal scheme, engineering geological surveying, high-density electrical method, and geostress test were carried out in the engineering area to qualitatively and quantitatively describe the geological conditions of the engineering area. The advantages and disadvantages of multiple schemes of water transmission and power generation systems were analyzed based on the rock and soil stress state. The results showed that the three faults reduced the engineering geological stability of the western route plan, so the eastern route plan was selected. In addition, the stress conditions of both the central and tail underground power plants meet the requirements of engineering geology and hydrogeology. However, the stress distribution of the central power plant is more uniform and there are no fractures that restrict geological stability. Therefore, a better central power plant scheme is selected.

    At the present stage in China, the situation of rural domestic sewage collection and treatment is grim, and management is difficult. Rural domestic wastewater treatment has become one of the important tasks in the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. Focusing on rural MBR membrane treatment stations, the influence of water quality on their operating conditions was comprehensively analyzed. Key water quality parameters including chemical oxygen demand(COD), ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), total phosphorus(TP), and suspended solids (SS) were analyzed in detail to clarify the characteristics of wastewater quality. In terms of sludge characteristics, the capillary suction time (CST) was used to evaluate the sludge dewatering performance, and it is found that the change of water quality could change the difficulty of sludge dewatering. Using bioinformatic analysis, it is revealed that the structure of microbial community was intrinsically linked to water quality parameters, and the relative abundance of species under different water quality conditions showed obvious differences and was closely related to the treatment efficiency. With the help of membrane fouling monitoring methods, such as transmembrane differential pressure(TMP) measurement, the membrane fouling status can be grasped in real time. Through correlation analysis, it is found that there are complex associations between water quality parameters, sludge characteristics and biological information, which affect the operation of rural MBR membrane treatment stations, providing a comprehensive theoretical basis and data support for the precise control of the operation of the stations, which can help to improve the efficiency and quality of rural wastewater treatment and reduce the operating costs.

    Based on the 151 ancient city sites from the Western Han Dynasty to the Ming and Qing Dynasties in the Hexi Corridor of Gansu Province, GIS(geographic information system) spatial analysis method was used to study the spatial and temporal evolution of ancient city sites and their distribution characteristics in the Hexi Corridor. The results show that the city sites in Zhangye City have the highest distribution numbers, and county-level city sites are the most numerous grade.They are concentrated in Zhangye City, Jiuquan City, and Wuwei City, the distribution of city sites in each period exists certain unevenness and concentration, which is mainly manifested in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and may be related to the better preservation of the period. Zhangye has experienced multiple periods of high density nucleus of city sites,the directional trend and concentration trend of the distribution orientation of city sites become increasingly obvious with the distribution of time, showing a tendency of “east-southwest-northwest”.

    The methods, tools, technical frameworks, and application practices for knowledge mining were explored using AIGC (artificial intelligence generated content)in combination with the RAG (search enhanced generation) and stable diffusion models, as well as AI Agents, in order to development and application an AIGC-based intelligent management assistant for libraries, contributing to industrial development and knowledge dissemination.The research focuses on the development process, model principles, and utilization of AIGC technology to expand library knowledge services of the AIGC-based intelligent management assistant for libraries. Furthermore, the demands of industrial development and envisions future service expansion capabilities were integrated.Through the development and practice of this project, an efficient, intelligent, and personalized intelligent management assistant for libraries has been constructed. The innovative application of AIGC technology in library knowledge services was explored, aiming to provide some references for the specialized and scenario-based application of large models in the library and information science field.

    Overriding sand bodies of Jurassic Shaximiao Formation in Tianfu gas field are developed vertically, and the formation pressure of gas-producing layer varies greatly from shallow to deep. There are distributions of pressure coefficients from ultra-low pressure, low pressure to normal pressure. Due to the multiple influences of storage, gas-bearing property and formation pressure, the error of gas reservoir productivity prediction is always great. For this problem, taking the tight gas of Tianfu gas field as an example, gas reservoir production levels were divided according to the main factors of productivity firstly, and the equivalent cylinder model of gas reservoir under different production levels was established. According to the characteristics of gas reservoir, Redlich-Kwong equation of state was selected to deduce and calculate the total mass of methane in equivalent cylinder under formation conditions. Then, according to the total mass, a gas production prediction model was established to realize the productivity prediction of gas reservoir of multi-pressure system. And the following research results were obtained.The equivalent cylinder model of gas reservoir integrates the main factors of productivity in the study area, and a semi-theoretical and semi-empirical productivity prediction model is constructed through theoretical derivation and statistical analysis, which is more meaningful than mathematical statistics. Based on Redlich-Kwong equation of state, the model fully refers to the formation conditions and fluid characteristics in the study area, which is helpful to improve the prediction accuracy. Using actual data, compared with multiple regression method to predict gas production, the productivity prediction method based on equivalent cylinder model has smaller error.

    The state of health(SOH) and remaining useful life(RUL) of a battery are key indicators for measuring battery performance degradation and remaining useful time. Predicting battery SOH and RUL is of great importance in practical applications. Usually, battery operation data is used to train machine learning algorithms, such as neural networks or deep learning, to capture the changing patterns of battery SOH and RUL and make predictions. Traditional machine learning models often use a single model to adapt to the entire dataset, which is inadequate when dealing with complex and highly heterogeneous data. Building a model for each prediction target incurs high training and maintenance costs. Sparse mixture of experts (SMoE) was used to construct a joint prediction model for battery SOH and RUL, and battery fusion data was used to simultaneously predict battery SOH and RUL. The results of testing on NASA’s public dataset show that the proposed joint prediction model can effectively predict battery SOH and RUL, with a mean square error of 0.069 for SOH prediction and 2.042 for RUL prediction. Tested on the EIS public dataset, the mean square error of the SOH prediction value of the joint prediction model was 0.118, and the mean square error of the RUL prediction value was 3.072, indicating a significant improvement in accuracy. The models and methods proposed in the text have certain reference and application value.

    To solve the problems of poor branching and red light strip in the track circuit of Daqin Railway, a cable transmission scheme combining axle counting technology and track circuit is proposed. The potential application of axle counting technology in solving track circuit problems was analyzed, the overall architecture of the system was designed, key modules are identified, and the system workflow was clarified; Then the key components were designed and corresponding renovation plans were proposed based on the on-site situation; Finally, overall testing on the system was conducted to verify its stability and reliability, and test results that meet expectations were obtained. This plan can provide technical reference for related circuits with issues such as poor branching and red light bands.

    The safe operation of the airport is the cornerstone of civil aviation safety. An airport operation risk assessment system was constructed to assess the safety risks of airport operation. It also identifies and eliminates the risk factors and safety hazards in advance. Firstly, using the theory of man-machine-environment-management, the airport operation safety evaluation system was established. Then, using the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method, the data obtained from the two methods was analyzed and compared, and the weighted comprehensive calculation was carried out to obtain the comprehensive weight of each indicator. Finally, the risk assessment method established in the paper was used to conduct a risk assessment test of the operation of Yuncheng Yanhu Airport. The test results show that the research method in this paper is feasible and effective.

    Local urbanization, as an important strategic means to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and regional coordinated development, not only promotes the rapid growth of the local economy, but also profoundly affects the transfer trend of the manufacturing industry. Aiming to explore the impact of local urbanization on the transfer of China’s manufacturing industry, based on the dual perspectives of output value and labor factors, an indicator system for local urbanization, manufacturing output value transfer, and labor factor transfer was constructed. The local urbanization, manufacturing output value transfer, and labor factor transfer indices of 30 provinces in China from 2013 to 2021 were measured, and the coordination between manufacturing output value and labor factor transfer was calculated. A fixed effects model was used to empirically test the impact of local urbanization on the transfer of China’s manufacturing industry. The results indicate that on-site urbanization can promote the transfer of labor factors in medium tech industries, inhibit the transfer of labor factors in high-tech industries, and have a significant inhibitory effect on the transfer of output value in different types of manufacturing industries. At the same time, on-site urbanization has a significant inhibitory effect on the coordination between output value and labor factor transfer in primary and high-tech industries.

    “A new development pattern with domestic circulation as the mainstay, domestic and international circulation mutually promoting”is a clear development blue print of the current and future. In this context, the development of local traditional pillar industries are confronted with opportunities and challenges. In order to achieve the transition from quantity catch-up to quality improvement, from factor-driven to all-factor upgrading, and from industrial scale expansion to industrial structure upgrading and transformation, some path were proposed, including the establishment of regional industry alliances, the setting of local industry quality certification standards, the enhancement of product quality, the improvement of assessment and risk control, and the soft power-driven flexible coupling of high-quality development momentum.

    Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022, a two-way fixed effects model, spatial Durbin model, and moderation effect model were used to empirically test the impact of innovation factor agglomeration on the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. The results show that the agglomeration of innovation factors can promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and at the same time, hinder the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in neighboring areas while promoting the high-quality development of local manufacturing industry. The positive regulatory effect of digital transformation on the agglomeration of innovative factors and the promotion of high-quality development in the manufacturing industry was significant in the eastern region, but not significant in the central and western regions. The digital transformation positively regulated the relationship between the agglomeration of innovation factors and the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in the local area, with weak regulatory effects on geographically adjacent regions and strong regulatory effects on economically adjacent regions. The agglomeration of innovative factors in high marketization areas can promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry more significantly, compared to low marketization areas. Finally, policy suggestions are put forward, including promoting regional innovation cooperation,strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure, and facilitate the appropriate aggregation of innovation factors.

    Technological innovation, as the primary driving force for the development of China’s digital economy, plays an important role in triggering industrial transformation and giving birth to emerging industries.An empirical analysis on the mechanism and path of the impact of panel data from Chinese new energy vehicle listed companies from 2012 to 2022 were conducted. Research has found that the digital economy significantly enhances the technological innovation capability of the new energy vehicle industry. The digital economy drives innovation in state-owned new energy vehicle enterprises more strongly than in private enterprises. Compared to western cities, the digital economy has greater innovation in new energy vehicle technology in eastern cities. Therefore, in the field of new energy vehicles, fully leveraging its big data resources and information advantages is an inevitable trend to lead the development of the new energy vehicle industry.

    The development of new quality productivity is an effective path to promote the high-quality development of industry in the new era. The development of new quality productivity empowers the industrial development of minority non-legacy resources, which plays a key role in realising the strategic goal of cultural power and promoting rural revitalisation in ethnic areas.The two-way coupling between the new quality productivity and the industrial development is analyzed of minority non-heritage resources, and takes the Yao nationality non-heritage industry in Gongcheng County, Guangxi as a typical case study, investigates the existence of the new quality productivity empowered by the Yao non-heritage resources in the industrial development of the development of resources: insufficient linkage of the development of resources, the weak foundation of the regional industry, the lagging behind in the construction of the standard system, and the lack of power of innovation and development of the realities of the dilemma and puts forward the integration of the non-heritage cultural resources. Optimising the environment for industrial development, promoting the construction of standards and fostering the development of new industries are proposed in order to develop new productivity according to local conditions and comprehensively promote the development of ethnic minority non-legacy-related industries into a new stage of high-quality development.

    The blueberry industry in China has experienced rapid development over the past 20 years, and the blueberry processing industry has become an important means to extend the blueberry industry chain and increase industrial added value. With the development of agricultural E-commerce, online platforms have become crucial for selling blueberry processed products. Product details and sales information for three main types of blueberry processed products on the JD platform were obtained, including blueberry jam, blueberry wine, and frozen blueberry. Through data preprocessing and analysis, the typical commodity features of these three processed products were extracted, the sales situations were compared and analyzed and the market preferences for blueberry processed products were explored. The results showed that coverage of China on imported blueberry processed products is low, and domestically products dominate in both quantity and sales volume. The blueberry jam market is stable, and the quality and market share of domestic brands have certain advantages. The unit price of products is relatively concentrated, and the packaging forms are diverse, which meets the market demand. Blueberry wine is a niche category but holds market potential. The price differences between different brands are significant, and their packaging forms and bottle capacities are mostly the same. Consumers are more inclined to purchase products with medium or low price. As for frozen blueberry, there are fewer well-known brands. Consumers prefer low-and mid-priced products, and the quality and brand of imported products are more advantageous. Finally, according to the research conclusions, some suggestions are put forward on the development of blueberry industry, in order to achieve sustainable and healthy development of blueberry industry in the future.

    The ongoing implementation of digital rural development actions and the development of smart agriculture are aimed at narrowing the “digital divide” between urban and rural areas through digital rural construction. In the context of uneven distribution of factor resources, digital village construction is an important way to bridge the digital divide between urban and rural areas. Based on the multiple streams framework, the path of digital village construction was analysed. Through in-depth research on the history and current situation of the construction of three typical digital villages in Henan Province, the entry point of digital village construction in different villages was specifically analysed, and the feasible measures for the construction of rural digital villages was summarized in the context of different regions and different characteristics.

    In recent years, continuous support from the central government has been provided, resulting in remarkable progress being achieved in digital infrastructure construction in ethnic regions. Based on the panel data from eight ethnic regions spanning from 2013 to 2022, a two-way fixed effect regression method was used to analyze the impact of digital infrastructure on rural industrial integration and to explore its mechanism. The empirical results now show that digital infrastructure has a significant positive impact on rural industrial integration. Agricultural loans, as an important part of financial services, are found to play a partial mediating role in this process. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure in ethnic regions and actively promote the development of rural digital inclusive finance.

    Carrying out study tourism in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park is an important measure to implement the value of ecological products in the national park, fulfill the social responsibility of environmental education, and promote the full realization of the economic, social and cultural benefits of the national park. Based on the idea of “RMP(resources, markets, products)+”, an RMPC analysis model of resources, markets, products and curricula was proposed for study tourism development in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park, and resource surveys and questionnaire surveys were used to investigate the resources and source markets of study tourism in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park. The results showed that the types of study tourism resources in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park were complete, and the number of study tourism resources was highly correlated with the distribution of nature reserves, and the animal and plant resources were not fully utilized. The study tourism in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park has a good market foundation, and it is an urgent problem to deal with the relationship between wildlife protection and tourism development.According to the survey results, a development system for study tourism in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park is proposed from the dimensions of product development and curriculum design, so as to empower the green rise of Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park with tourism development.

    The location entropy method, super efficiency SBM-UN model, and panel Tobit model were adopted to explore the impact mechanism of county-level industrial agglomeration on land use efficiency. The research results indicate that the agglomeration degree of the secondary industry in Inner Mongolia counties first increased and then decreased, and the agglomeration degree of the tertiary industry first decreased and then increased. The overall trend of land use efficiency in Inner Mongolia’s counties shows a decrease followed by an increase, with high-value areas gradually concentrating towards the center. The agglomeration of county-level industries in Inner Mongolia has a positive driving effect on land use efficiency, and its impact mechanism is significantly heterogeneous. The level of economic development and population density have a significant promoting effect on the improvement of land use efficiency, while land use structure, consumption level, and enterprise size have a negative hindering effect on the improvement of land use efficiency. Due to differences in resource endowments and economic development levels, various counties (districts) have significant differences in industrial agglomeration levels and land use efficiency. In the future, it is necessary to continue to strengthen the guidance and planning of industrial agglomeration, and optimize the allocation of land resources.

    Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, the rural tourism resources in Shangxia County were investigated. Taking tourist satisfaction as the characteristic value, the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, field interview and regression analysis were used to measure tourism development. The findings indicate that Shangyou County’s natural ecology and Hakka cultural heritage lay a solid foundation for rural tourism, but there are some shortcomings in supporting facilities, transportation accessibility, cultural development and service quality. Solutions are proposed, including improving infrastructure, optimizing transportation, leveraging cultural features, hastening the integration of culture and tourism, and establishing region-specific brands, in order to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism.

    Using the emission factor method, the carbon emissions of Jiangsu Province as a whole, as well as those of southern, central, and northern Jiangsu from 2001 to 2019 were calculated. The variation coefficient, Gini coefficient, and Theil index were employed to measure the disparities in carbon emissions among the three major regions of Jiangsu. Based on the STIRPAT model and using ridge regression, the driving mechanisms of carbon emissions in Jiangsu province and its subregions were explored. Furthermore, scenario analysis was applied to predict the carbon emissions and peak carbon year of Jiangsu province for the period 2020—2050.The results show that significant disparities in carbon emissions exist among the three regions of Jiangsu province during the study period, with overall differences fluctuating and increasing over time; Population size, per capita GDP, urbanization rate, industrial structure, and energy intensity all significantly impact carbon emissions in Jiangsu and its subregions. Population size is identified as the primary driver of carbon emissions growth in Jiangsu province and southern Jiangsu, while the urbanization rate is the main driver in central and northern Jiangsu; Under scenarios of economic slowdown and industrial upgrading, Jiangsu province is projected to reach its carbon emissions peak as early as 2030.

    Based on the reality of safety production in manufacturing enterprises and the background of industrial Internet, a tripartite evolutionary game model of industrial internet safety production supervision platform-manufacturing enterprises-government was constructed to analyze and verify the stability of the system’s evolutionary strategy. The effects of the commission coefficient paid by the manufacturing enterprises, the development and operating cost coefficient of the platform, and the amount of fines imposed by the government on the platform on the evolution results are studied. The results show that increasing the commission coefficient paid by manufacturing enterprises can improve the probability of the platform choosing a high degree of safety production supervision service level and the probability of manufacturing enterprises choosing to join the industrial Internet safety production supervision platform. Reducing the development and operating cost coefficient of the platform can improve the probability of the platform choosing a high degree of production safety supervision service level. Increasing the amount of fines imposed by the government on the platform can improve the probability of the platform choosing a high degree of production safety supervision service level, and the probability of the government choosing to actively regulate the industrial Internet production safety supervision platform.

    The impact of enterprise digital transformation on total factor productivity and its mechanism were empirically tested based on the sample of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2011 to 2022.It is found that the digital transformation of enterprises can transform data into production factors, optimize production processes, improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and improve total factor productivity.The mechanism analysis shows that digital transformation can enhance innovation efficiency, promote enterprises to accelerate process change and business model innovation, and further improve total factor productivity. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect of enterprise digital transformation on total factor productivity varies with the nature of property rights, the nature of high-tech enterprises and the degree of regional marketization. It is suggested that the government should strengthen investment in digital infrastructure and improve innovation policies, and enterprises should actively embrace digital transformation, strengthen data governance and improve the efficiency of resource allocation.

    In order to study the impact of enterprise cost sharing and government subsidies on the green effort level, pricing and profit of green supply chain members, considering a green supply chain consisting of a manufacturer and a retailer, four models were established: no cost sharing and no government subsidy(NN), cost sharing but no government subsidy(CN), cost sharing and government subsidy manufacturer(CM) and cost sharing and government subsidy retailer(CB). The Stackelberg game was used to solve the problem, and calculation results were analyzed. The research shows that the manufacturer’s profit is positively correlated with the green R&D cost sharing ratio, and the green marketing cost sharing ratio and the government subsidy coefficient increase first and then decrease. The retailer’s profit is negatively correlated with the proportion of green R&D cost sharing and the proportion of green marketing cost sharing, and it increases first and then decreases with the government’s subsidy coefficient. Finally, based on the research conclusions, relevant suggestions are put forward to provide decision-making ideas for green supply chain cost sharing and government subsidy business.

    In the context of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, corporate green behavior has attracted attention, and environmental information has become increasingly important. As enterprises with high emissions, high energy consumption, and significant environmental pressure, heavily polluting enterprises have brought about a series of environmental, resource, and social issues during their production and operation. Therefore, it is crucial to pay more attention to the environmental information status of heavily polluting enterprises. Taking Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. as an example, the current status of its environmental information disclosure was examined, existing issues were identified. Relevant coutermeasures and suggestions are proposed for both the government and the enterprise itself based on these issues. The aim is to improve the quality of environmental information among heavily polluting enterprises, resolve the problems arising from environmental information asymmetry, and further promote high-quality development of these enterprises.

    New quality productivity relies on technological innovation to achieve efficient production through strategic emerging industries, and research and development investment is the key to its formation. By constructing a computable general equilibrium model to explore the inherent logic of the impact of R&D investment on the development of new quality productivity at the theoretical level, data from listed companies from 2000 to 2019 was used for empirical analysis. The results show that R&D investment significantly improves the overall factor productivity of high-tech industries. The degree of economic marketization plays a regulatory role in this process, with the central region being most significantly affected, followed by the eastern region, and the western region having the least impact. In addition, the government market relationship in the eastern region plays an important role in regulating the impact of high-tech enterprise R&D investment on total factor productivity. The study reveals the differential impact of R&D investment on total factor productivity in different regions, and suggests continuously increasing R&D capital for strategic emerging industries and implementing differentiated policies according to local conditions to promote economic development.

    Under the “dual carbon” goals, the awareness of social sustainable development has been enhanced, and ESG(environmental, social, and governance)responsibility has received increasing attention, with an increasingly prominent impact on corporate green technology innovation. Selecting 2656 A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2013 to 2022 as samples, a multidimensional fixed effects model and a difference in differences model were constructed to explore the impact of ESG responsibility on green technology innovation in manufacturing companies. It is found that firstly, fulfilling ESG responsibilities in manufacturing enterprises can promote green technology innovation, especially in state-owned and technology intensive enterprises. Secondly, ESG accountability enhances the ability of enterprises to absorb knowledge and skills by promoting human education and skill upgrading, thereby improving green technology innovation. This mechanism is particularly significant in state-owned and technology intensive enterprises. Finally, the impact of the “dual carbon” goals on green technology innovation is that low-carbon enterprises have better implementation effects than high carbon enterprises.

    The analysis of the change of rural residential land use and rural permanent resident population is helpful to better understand the relationship between rural people and land. The county area of Guangdong Province was selected as the research unit, based on the annual change data of land use and the third national land survey data, the dynamic coupling and decoupling model were used to analyze the rural residential land and permanent resident population. The results show that the coupling types of the rural resident population and rural settlements in Guangdong province are mainly negative and high level coupling types, and the coupling characteristics are obvious. The negative coupling area is located in the Pearl River Delta and northern Guangdong, and the high level coupling areas are mainly distributed in western Guangdong. The decoupling type is mainly strong negative decoupling and expansionary, which are distributed in northern Guangdong and western Guangdong respectively, which shows that the western Guangdong region has great development potential. The conclusion of the study shows that the change characteristics and coupling of rural residential land and permanent resident population is a direct reflection of the relationship between rural people and land, and the research results can provide reference for the reform of rural land system and the development of rural industry.

    The signing of RCEP(Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement) provides an important platform for exchanges and mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations, and also provides a valuable opportunity for the export of Chinese cultural products. Based on the data of China to RCEP partner countries from 2009 to 2022 in the United Nations Trade Statistics Database, the method of gravity model was used to study the influencing factors and potential of China’s cultural product export trade to RCEP countries. The results show that the economic scale, population size, and whether the two sides have a common language have a significant positive effect on the growth of China’s cultural product exports. China has great potential for RCEP to carry out export trade of cultural products, and there is still a broad space for cooperation in the future. In order to further lease China's exports of cultural products to its partner countries, China should improve the relevant legal system, optimize the structure of cultural products, and strengthen multilateral cooperation mechanisms with RCEP countries.

    Enhancing the effectiveness of industry-academia collaborative development in the region is a common concern of schools, local enterprises, and the prerequisite for promoting this work is to find out the current situation of patent utilization and technology supply and demand between enterprises and universities. Existing patent analysis is mainly concerned about the transfer or licenses, lacking the attention of university-industry cooperation and non-technical factors driving the transfer of patents, whose problem led to a need to improve the identification of the technological needs of enterprises. With the research object of enterprises and universities in Pidu District of Chengdu City, comprehensive patent data and industrial and commercial data reveal the patent utilization status quo and patent technology demand of schools and enterprises in the region, the technological crossroads of schools and enterprises were sort out. Suggestions on regional patent management are put forward based on the comprehensive enterprise demand and regional development orientation.

    Based on the incoPat patent index database, a study was conducted on the global competition landscape of AI chips and lithography technology, focusing on four key dimensions: year, region, applicant, and patent value. The results indicate that from 1990 to 2023, patent applications for global AI chips and lithography technologies have been rising annually. China plays a significant role in terms of patent applications and the sources of patent inventors for AI chips and lithography technology. However, in terms of applicant distribution and patent value, it has not yet ranked among the leaders. There is a gap between China and the international advanced level in patent concentration and core technological competitiveness. In order to improve its position in global competition, it is suggested to strengthen its patent strategy and technological innovation.

    Based on the analysis of the experience of international scientific research funding institutions such as the National Science Foundation of the United States(NSF), Horizon Europe Program of the European Union, German Science Foundation(DFG), Australian Research Council(ARC) and Japan Society for the Promotion of Academia(JSPS), combined with the actual situation of China’s scientific research development, a multi-dimensional evaluation index system for the performance of National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) international cooperation and exchange projects wae constructed, including five aspects: research innovation, depth of international cooperation, talent training, social and economic impact, and data sharing and management.     The increasing number of doctoral graduates year by year has brought new opportunities for the introduction of high-level talents in central provinces of China, and universities are the main units for introducing young PhDs. Taking 23 young PhDs who have joined universities in S province in central China in the past two years as research subjects, data was collected through interviews and the materials were analyzed based on the grounded theory research paradigm. It was found that the influencing factors of young PhDs’ employment choices in universities in central China are mainly divided into four categories: direct attraction factors, professional development factors, individual factors, and organizational factors. The employment choices of young PhDs are influenced by the push and pull effects of individual willingness and university support, as well as the dual effects of maintenance factors and incentive factors, with individual factors having the greatest impact.

    With the advancement of the innovation-driven development strategy, alumni resources, as an important form of social capital, have become a hot topic in both academia and practice concerning how to develop and utilize them effectively. Based on the theory of integrated innovation, a theoretical model for the high-quality development and utilization of alumni resources was constructed, incorporating the six elements of “government, industry, academia, research, application, and resources.” The model aims to explore how policy guidance and multi-agent collaboration can enhance the efficiency of alumni resource utilization. Further, an evolutionary game analysis of the academia-research and industry-application entities under policy-driven conditions was conducted. This reveals the strategic choices between the supply chain and demand chain under the influence of the environmental chain, and the theoretical assumptions are verified through numerical simulation. Finally, three driving paths—policy support, alumni connections, and market orientation—are proposed to provide practical guidance for the high-quality utilization of alumni resources. The long-term effects and risks of the model was discussed, contributing to sustainable economic development and overall social progress.

    Industrial policy is an important driver of industrial development. Taking the Shuangcheng Economic Circle of Chengdu-Chongqing area as the research area, an in-depth study on the driving effect of industrial policy was conducted based on knowledge graph technology, in order to clarify the important role of industrial policy in promoting industrial structure optimization, regional balanced development and economic transformation and upgrading. The industrial policy knowledge map of the region was constructed based on regional differences, time evolution characteristics, policy orientation and other core factors. Then, combining with the comprehensive industrial development level of the region, the visualization and retrieval functions of the knowledge map were utilized. The PMC I(policy modeling consistency) index was used to evaluate 496 policy samples, and the driving effect and driving mechanism of industrial policies were further analyzed. The results show that the industrial development trend in the study area is stable and good on the whole, and the PMC composite index scores of industrial policy samples in all regions have reached an acceptable level or above. Among them, the essence of policy content, the ability of forward-looking planning and the construction of guarantee and incentive mechanism are the core elements of the driving effect of industrial policy. Accordingly, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the perspective of policy optimization and perfection, evaluation and adjustment.

    Based on China’s provincial panel data from 2007 to 2020, the entropy method, coupling coordination model and spatial econometric model were used to explore the coupling coordination level and influencing factors of social assistance common prosperity. The research results show that at the overall level, social assistance has promoted the overall development level of common prosperity, and the number students in higher education and the elderly population support ratio have a positive spatial spillover effect on the coupling coordination degree of social assistance and common prosperity. At the level, the coupling coordination of the three regions is specifically manifested as the central region>the eastern region>the western region, with regional differences.

    CiteSpace visualization software was used to quantitatively analyze the publication trends, hot topics, and research context evolution of SSCI(Social Sciences Citation Index) papers on energy transition in the WoS(Web of Science) database. The results indicate that from temporal perspective, relevant research has gone through stages of budding exploration, steady growth, and rapid development. Since 2016, there has been an explosive increase in the number of publications, demonstrating the integration of humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.From spatial distribution perspective, European countries are the main research force, while the academic influence of Asian countries in this field continues to increase. The top five research countries are the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, China, and the Netherlands.From high impact literature,technological innovation,fairness and justice are topics that have received more attention, while the factors affecting energy transition have been a hot topic in recent years. From the perspective of keywords, research hotspots have changed rapidly, shifting from government functions in energy transition to multi driven research of “technology-policy-public”,from single transition target research to collaborative research on energy transition and multiple objectives such as fairness and justice, economic growth, and social change. Therefore, in the future, attention should be paid to interdisciplinary and comprehensive research on energy transition, multi-objective collaborative research, key technology breakthrough research, and government market combination research, to enrich the grand narrative and theoretical system of energy transition in the Chinese context.

    With the booming development of digital economy, as the core force to promote the transformation of the insurance industry, insurance technology has become the focus of attention in academic circles. Based on CiteSpace software,the literature in the field of insurtech on China Knowledge Network was visualised and analyzed to reveal its research evolution, core hotspots and future directions. It is found that the number of publications in this field shows a significant growth from 2019 to 2023 and reaches the annual peak in 2023. Representing research institutions include Liaoning University and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, and the research hotspots are highly focused on “big data” and “artificial intelligence”, “application of blockchain technology” and “innovation of insurance products”.The current research network has not yet formed a systematic and holistic cooperation pattern.     The geo-economic relationship between China and South Asia is of great significance to its trade development. Using the trade gravity model, the trade data between China and five countries from 2000 to 2022 was selected to analyzes the trade effects of their geo-economic ties. The regression results show that the geo-economic ties between China and South Asian countries have a restraining effect on China’s trade with South Asian countries, while the GDP, geographical distance, electric infrastructure, political stability, government efficiency and rule of law environment have a promoting effect on China’s trade with South Asian countries. Therefore, in the future, on the basis of the “Belt and Road” initiative, China should adjust the structure of import and export commodities to South Asian countries, optimize infrastructure construction, promote economic development, improve national income level, provide policy support, strengthen geo-economic cooperation and trade with South Asian countries, and deepen trade cooperation between China and South Asian countries. It is of great significance to promote regional linkages and development.

    The emergence of “digital economy” is both a favorable and unfavorable factor, which brings many opportunities and challenges for the whole banking industry. In recent years, along with the rapid development of digital economy and network technology, the financial industry is experiencing a profound revolution. Selecting the data of 42 commercial banks in China from 2010 to 2021 as a sample, the effect of digital transformation on the business performance of commercial banks was examined from the aspects of profitability and safety respectively, and on this basis, examines whether the effect of digital transformation is heterogeneous. The empirical results show that digital transformation has a significant positive effect on the improvement of commercial banks’ profitability and security, and there is heterogeneity in the effects of digital transformation on commercial banks’ business performance across different types of banks and different regions. Therefore, commercial banks need to clarify their transformation strategies, upgrade their technology systems and realize product innovations to facilitate digital transformation.

    The reform of payment method by diagnosis-intervention packet(DIP) is an important part of deepening the reform of medical insurance payment method, and it is an original payment method in line with China’s national conditions. Taking Rice-Horn model as the framework, on the basis of the literature analysis, the payment dilemma was studied from six dimensions, including the policy objectives and standards, policy resources, communication between organizations and coercive behavior, the characteristics of the executive, political economic and social environment and the preference. Some suggestions are put forward from four aspects, including the perfect laws and regulations, improving the executive attention, improving executive execution ability, and optimizing the execution environment.
