High-density drilling and completion fluids in the process of blowout and drainage are easy to settle and cause difficulty in blowouting; High comprehensive daily cost of the drilling ship and long drainage cycle result in high cost of blowout. Due to limited marine space, the layout of cleaning equipment and safety requirements are high. To solve these problems, a set of key technical systems for well cleaning and drainage suitable to the high-temperature, high-pressure and low-permeability gas fields at sea have been formed through independently scientific and technological research. In this technology, a working fluid system of ultra-fine barite weighted drilling fluid+sealing fluid+solid-phase completion fluid was developed, a set of surface process for clearing and blowout of wellhead small platform was designed, a set of safety control methods for blowout cleaning of wellhead platforms at offshore high-temperature and high-pressure wellheads was proposed, and the blowout pipeline flow and device layout of the wellhead platform were optimized; a multi-node monitoring and control system for the blowout cleaning process was formed, and an emergency shut-off barrier for the surface process was set up, which can shut down the fluid source in time when the formation high-pressure gas leakage occurs to ensure the safety of blowouting. This technology has been successfully applied in the high-temperature, high pressure and low-permeability gas fields in the Yinggehai Basin of South China Sea.
