From the perspective of the interaction ritual chain theory, this paper proposed that the interaction ritual chain exerts five types of coupling effects within the palliative care social support system.Through physical co-presence,it alleviated the stress of elderly individuals, clarified the boundaries between subjects and content, strengthened family emotional energy connections, precisely matched needs through shared focus, and fostered member identity recognition.Furthermore, the study analyzed five major practical dilemmas encountered by the interaction ritual chain:ritual chain fragmentation caused by fragmented interactions, absence of the subject due to a lack of participant engagement among the elderly, boundary ambiguity resulting from role transgression, defocusing caused by a reduction in shared focal points, and content distortion due to excessive artistic processing.Based on the two core elements of "shared focus+emotional resonance,"strategies are proposed, including increasing ritual feedback intensity, stimulating the emotional energy market, expanding the material product market, providing symbolic carriers, and returning to genuine needs while avoiding excessive processing.

    Objective

To explore the mechanism underlying the transition of nursing undergraduate interns from "peripheral participation" to "full participation" and to construct a theoretical model.

    Methods

Using procedural grounded theory, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 student nurses. Nvivo 15.0 software was used for three-level coding of data from the first 13 participants, followed by a theoretical saturation test performed by two researchers.

    Results

Open coding yielded 101 initial concepts and 21 categories.Axial coding synthesized 7 main categories, covering initial peripheral participation status, multidimensional characteristics of full participation, transitional value, spatiotemporal context, driving factors, inhibiting factors, and individual coping strategies.Selective coding identified the core category as "self-construction of professional identity".

    Conclusions

The proposed transition mechanism model indicates that student nurses' participation transition occurs within a community of practice and represents a dynamic,non-linear,and multi-factor interactive socialization process.Clinical educators should build supportive environments, create success experiences through structural empowerment and graded task design, and systematically guide structured reflection,so as to facilitate interns' subjective construction and professional socialization.

    Objective

To integrate the Chronic Illness Trajectory Model and Self-Determination Theory to explore the dynamic evolutionary mechanisms of health-related behaviors in breast cancer patients and to propose a phased theoretical intervention framework.

    Methods

A purposive sampling method was used to conduct longitudinal semi-structured interviews with 65 breast cancer patients.Data were organized and analyzed using grounded theory and narrative analysis combined with Nvivo 12 Plus software.

    Results

Patients' health-related behaviors exhibited a three-stage dynamic model:"external drive phase-motivation internalization phase-autonomous integration phase",which was dynamically influenced by the interaction of four dimensions:"cultural beliefs, family dynamics, medical interactions, and individual traits".Based on these findings,a three-tier intervention framework of "mindfulness-narrative-community" was proposed.

    Conclusions

Health-related behaviors in breast cancer patients follow a nonlinear three-stage evolution of "external drive phase-motivation internalization phase-autonomous integration phase",dynamically influenced by four dimensions including cultural beliefs and family dynamics. The "mindfulness-narrative-community" three-tier intervention framework provides a scientific basis for developing individualized nursing strategies in clinical practice.

    Objective

To systematically retrieve, analyze, and summarize domestic and international tools for assessing nurses' evidence-based practice competence, and to integrate their psychometric properties,so as to provide references for developing more scientific and practical assessment tools in the future.

    Methods

A systematic search was conducted in CNKI, Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMbase, and Web of Science for literature on nurses' evidence-based practice competence assessment tools from the inception of each database to April 1,2026.The included literature was integrated and analyzed.

    Results

A total of 27 articles were included. The assessment content covered nurses' attitudes,knowledge,perceptions,self-efficacy,and critical thinking regarding evidence-based practice;continuous quality improvement, nurse managers' leadership, and compatibility of evidence-based practice with professional work;barriers to and facilitators of searching for and reviewing evidence, barriers to and facilitators of changing practice based on evidence, practices for improvement, and abilities to generate, synthesize, disseminate, and evaluate evidence;and abilities to apply evidence and evaluate outcomes.Psychometric results showed that the included tools had good reliability and validity.

    Conclusions

Existing tools for assessing nurses' evidence-based practice competence have comprehensive dimensions and generally good reliability and validity. However, issues remain, including an overemphasis on theoretical content,a lack of unified standards for result interpretation, and insufficient cross-cultural applicability. Further optimization is needed to enhance the scientific rigor, practicality, and comparability of these tools.

The incidence of tumor-related malnutrition is high, and significantly affects the prognosis and quality of life of patients.Nutritional support therapy has been established as an important component of comprehensive tumor treatment. However, the clinical practice of oncology nutrition care in China still lacks unified norms and a complete process management system. This consensus, based on a multidisciplinary collaboration mechanism and an information platform, has constructed a nursing management model for nutritional support and care for tumor patients. The main content covers admission nutritional screening and comprehensive assessment based on the Nutritional Risk Screening 2002(NRS-2002) and the Patient Generated Subjective Global Assessment(PG-SGA),as well as a stepwise graded intervention path during hospitalization, and an Internet-based continuous care closed-loop management after discharge.Standardized procedures have been formulated for the prevention of complications and nursing operations during the nutritional support process. The aim is to provide scientific, systematic, and uniform practical basis for clinical nurses, thereby optimizing the nursing process, improving the clinical outcome of patients, and enhancing their quality of life.

    Objective

To identify the influencing factors of presentation delay among patients with colorectal cancer, and to quantify the dose-response relationship and stratified differences between colorectal cancer awareness and presentation delay,in order to provide a basis for precise intervention.

    Methods

A cross-sectional study was performed involving 910 patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer from January 2024 to August 2025 at a tertiary grade A hospital in Sichuan province.Demographic characteristics, health treatment behaviors and colorectal cancer awareness level were collected via questionnaires and electronic medical records.Linear regression, restricted cubic spline(RCS) model and stratified analysis were used for statistical analysis.

    Results

The median presentation delay of colorectal cancer patients was 84 days, and 48.79% of patients suffered presentation delay exceeding 90 days.Linear regression analysis indicated that educational level, per capita monthly household income, type of medical insurance and having medical workers in the family were influencing factors for presentation delay(all P<0.05).After adjusting for confounders such as educational level, per capita household income, medical insurance type and family medical background, the restricted cubic spline model revealed a non-linear dose-response relationship between colorectal cancer awareness and presentation delay.

    Conclusions

Presentation delay in colorectal patients is affected by multiple factors, and a dose-response relationship exists between colorectal cancer awareness and presentation delay.Targeted health education for high-risk groups, optimized medical security and improved accessibility of medical resources are suggested to shorten presentation delay.

    Objective

To explore the multiple influencing pathways of death anxiety and death attitude in patients with advanced lung cancer,so as to provide a reference for formulating precise death education strategies.

    Methods

A cross-sectional survey design was adopted.A total of 164 patients with advanced lung cancer from a tertiary grade A cancer specialty hospital in Yunnan province were selected as the research subjects.General information questionnaires, the Chinese version of the Death Anxiety Scale(CT-DAS),and the Chinese version of the Death Attitude Profile-Revised(DAP-R) were used for the investigation.Data analysis was conducted using the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA) method to identify the antecedent condition configurations leading to high levels of death anxiety, negative and positive death attitudes.

    Results

There were 6 configuration paths of death anxiety in patients with advanced lung cancer, presenting 5 different patterns, namely long-term isolation-communication deficiency type, high load-silence type, prognosis fear type, traumatic notification type, and spiritual struggle-silence negative type.Negative death attitudes had 8 configuration paths, presenting 5 different patterns, namely exhaustion silence type, early shock type, sudden high malignancy type, high malignancy load type,long-term aphasia type.Positive death attitudes had 6 configuration paths, presenting 4 different patterns, namely open communication type,long-term adaptation type, positive planning type, and focused on the present type.

    Conclusion

The death anxiety and death attitudes of patients with advanced lung cancer are the result of multiple factors coupling. The multiple causal paths discovered in this study could provide a basis for formulating precise death education strategies based on the combination of patients' individual characteristics, and are of great significance for promoting the development of clinical death education.
