    This study addressed the structural contradiction in China's dairy industry between "raw milk surplus" and "dependence on imported high-end dairy products, "focusing on the deep processing of cream to explore pathways for industrial upgrading. By analyzing the current status of the industry, it was found that domestic cream production is mainly oriented toward the supply of basic raw materials, with high-end products heavily reliant on imports, and lagging behind international standards in terms of flavor and stability. The study identified three major challenges faced by the industry: outdated processing technologies, reliance on imported equipment, and a narrow processing direction with insufficient utilization of by-products. Based on consumption upgrading, health demands, and value chain theory, strategies including product innovation, technological advancement, localization of equipment, and industrial chain collaboration are proposed to promote the transition of cream from raw material output to high value-added products, thereby achieving import substitution, industrial upgrading, and overcoming key technological bottlenecks.

    [Objective]

    This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of compound fermented traditional Chinese medicine feed on the production performance, mammary gland health and physiological metabolism of heat-stressed dairy cows.

    [Method]

    Sixty lactating Holstein cows were selected and randomly divided into a control group and three treatment groups (A, B, C). The four groups were supplemented with 0, 50, 100 and 150 g/head·d of compound fermented traditional Chinese medicine feed in the basal diet, respectively, with a trial period of 60 days.

    [Result]

    Compared with the control group, the respiratory rate and rectal temperature of dairy cows in the treatment groups decreased significantly (P<0.05); milk yield and milk composition indicators such as milk fat percentage, milk protein percentage and lactose were significantly improved (P<0.05); the contents of glucose and total protein in serum increased significantly, while the contents of urea nitrogen and heat shock protein 70 decreased significantly (P<0.05); in terms of antioxidant indicators, the activities of total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were significantly enhanced, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) was significantly reduced (P<0.05); in terms of immune indicators, the serum IgG level increased significantly, and the contents of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and IL-1β decreased significantly (P<0.05).

    [Conclusion]

    The compound fermented traditional Chinese medicine feed can effectively alleviate the adverse effects of heat stress on the production performance and mammary gland health of dairy cows by regulating energy metabolism, enhancing antioxidant capacity and improving immune function, with the best effect at the supplementation level of 150 g/head·d.

    [Objective]

    To address the increasingly prominent problem of sleep disorders and make up for the side effects, addiction and dependence associated with traditional pharmaceutical interventions, this study focused on the sleep-improving efficacy of camel milk, systematically explored the potential mechanisms of its bioactive components in ameliorating sleep, and provided theoretical support for natural sleep intervention products.

    [Method]

    The sleep-regulating mechanisms of key nutritional and bioactive components in camel milk, including casein-derived peptides, α-lactalbumin, tryptophan, ω-3 fatty acids and vitamin C, were systematically analyzed through literature review. Functional verification was carried out combined with animal experiments, and the development and functional tests of relevant products were conducted simultaneously by Nala Dairy.

    [Result]

    A variety of bioactive substances in camel milk exert sleep-improving effects by regulating neurotransmitter synthesis, stabilizing neural function, antioxidation, anti-inflammation and modulating neural signaling pathways. Animal experiments and product functional studies confirmed that camel milk formula powder has a definite ameliorative effect on sleep disorders.

    [Conclusion]

    Camel milk formula powder has favorable sleep-improving function and high development value, showing broad application prospects in the intervention of sleep disorders. This study provides a solid theoretical basis and experimental foundation for the research, development and application of camel milk in sleep-improving products.

    In the context of the digital economy, digital marketing is crucial for enhancing the competitiveness of the dairy industry. Based on the Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT), this study adopted questionnaire surveys and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to explore the relationships among consumers expectations, perceived performance, confirmation, satisfaction, and repurchase intention in the digital marketing environment, taking Guizhou Haoyiduo Dairy Industry as an example. The study found that expectations and perceived performance significantly affect satisfaction through confirmation, which in turn influences repurchase intention, with all relevant hypotheses verified. Accordingly, countermeasures such as establishing a dynamic expectation management system, optimizing the perception of digital touchpoint performance, and designing a confirmation-enhancing intervention mechanism are proposed. The study aimed to improve the digital marketing effectiveness of Guizhou Haoyiduo Dairy Industry, provide theoretical and practical guidance for regional dairy enterprises, and facilitate their sustainable development.

    Original cheese is a dairy product made from raw milk through processes such as fermentation, curdling, draining of whey, shaping, and maturation. It is rich in nutritional value. Due to the relatively late start of the industrialization of original cheese in China, there is still considerable room for its development in the domestic market. This paper took original cheese as the research object, systematically reviewed its nutritional value, classification and the processing and research status of four representative products, and analyzed the current overall market situation. Based on this, it looked forward to future development trends, with the aim of providing reference for the industrialization development of original cheese.

    [Objective]

    To develop a comprehensive prevention and control strategy targeting three protozoal parasitic diseases—bovine babesiosis, theileriosis, and coccidiosis—aimed at reducing incidence rates and mitigating drug resistance risks.

    [Method]

    This study systematically investigated the epidemiological characteristics, typical clinical symptoms, and laboratory diagnostic techniques of the three protozoal diseases. By integrating vector control, precision medication, and immunization strategies, Combining pathogen detection with field practice to formulate an operable scheme.

    [Result]

    A trinity system encompassing "diagnosis-treatment-prevention" was proposed for cattle farms of varying scales. This system achieved reductions incidence rates and controlled drug resistance risks, thereby supporting the sustainable development of the cattle industry.

    [Conclusion]

    The integration of technology and practical application significantly enhanced the efficiency of bovine protozoal disease management, providing a scientific basis for farm management practices.

    Special medical-purpose infant formula serves as the primary food source for infants with restricted diets, digestive and absorption disorders, metabolic disturbances or specific diseases. It is of vital importance for the healthy development of the bodies of such infants. B vitamins are the main added nutrients that effectively participate in maintenaning the normal metabolic functions of infants. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to accurately determine and monitor the content of B vitamins in special medical-purpose infant formula. This study reviewed the research advancements in the analytical determination methods of B vitamins in special medical-purpose infant formula in recent years, summarized the existing problems, and looked forward to the future development trends, with the aim of providing theoretical references for the optimization and innovation of B vitamin determination methods in this field.

    Endometritis in dairy cows is a disease that seriously affects their reproductive performance and causes significant economic losses to the dairy farming industry. As an important dairy cattle breeding base in Guizhou Province, the subtropical humid climate in Guiyang makes the cowshed easy to be in a high-humidity environment. In addition, there are some problems such as extensive feeding management and non-standard midwifery operation in some small and medium-sized pastures, leading to a high incidence of endometritis and an annual increase in the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, which poses challenges to clinical treatment. Based on the actual situation of dairy cattle breeding in Guiyang City, this paper analyzed the causes and diagnostic points of cow endometritis, and constructed a comprehensive prevention and control system of prevention first, hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, and dynamic monitoring combined with the characteristics of the regional hot and humid climate. It has important practical significance for reducing the incidence rate, improving the health level of dairy cattle, and promoting the quality and efficiency of the regional dairy industry.

    In response to the development challenges faced by the dairy industry in Ningxia, such as intensified market competition and periodic imbalance between supply and demand, this study conducted a systematic analysis of the current situation of the domestic and international as well as Ningxia's raw milk market and the development trend of the cheese industry through on-site investigation, literature review and big data analysis. By applying the SWOT analysis method, it explored the constraints and development prospects of the cheese industry in Ningxia, discussed the diversified development strategy of dairy products, and proposed the path for focusing on the development of the cheese industry and countermeasures to promote the scale development of the cheese industry in Ningxia, with the aim of optimizing the supply structure of dairy products in Ningxia and promoting the high-quality development of the dairy industry.

    As the dairy industry transitions toward high-quality development, working capital management has become essential for enhancing corporate financial resilience and market competitiveness. Traditional management approaches, which analyze operational segments in isolation, fail to meet the coordination demands of modern industrial chains. From a value chain perspective, this study takes Liziyuan as a case example to construct a working capital analysis framework that integrates internal value chain activities—procurement, production, and sales—with external partnerships involving suppliers and distributors. The findings indicate that Liziyuan demonstrates certain advantages in managing working capital within its procurement and sales stages. However, challenges such as the rapid increase in other payables during production, overly conservative credit policies, and a fragmented customer base constrain its profitability and market expansion. Comparative analysis with industry leader Yili supports the identification of these issues. The study proposed targeted recommendations, including strengthening supplier collaboration, regulating fund outflow paths, adjusting credit policies, and accelerating digital transformation. This research aimed to offer both theoretical insights and practical guidance for dairy enterprises seeking to establish a systematic and synergistic working capital management system.
