In this paper, it analyzes the functional diversity of the visualization mini type system composed of Smart700IE touch screen, S7-200PLC and MM440 inverter, and the high cost performance of the hardware, by setting up of the communication connect, inverter parameters, basic programming and configuration to realize a variety of basic control function, and explain the quick application methods of this mini type system, supplying an example for the engineers who first use this system.
In this paper, it introduces a real-time detection system of flammable gases that collects real-time gas concentration in the air by the flammable gas sensors installed in rolling plant, and transfers the data to microcontroller for completing its analysis and processing. When the flammable gas concentration exceeds the standard value, the information will be sent to the user's mobile phone to achieve online monitoring and alarming function. The mobile phone of Android operating system is used to develop the workshop environment monitoring software in this design. After many times of debugging and verification, this development can be a good detection of methane, carbon monoxide and other flammable gases.
This research is based on the gradient heating mode of ANSYS software APDL language to study the structure stress of the whole warehouse. This paper shows the finite element analysis result of portal steel frame structure with different connections in fire. There are two ways to analysis the connection between beam and column: rigid connection and pin joint. The overall deformation of pin joint is larger than that of rigid connection, while the equivalent stress suffered by the dangerous parts in rigid structure is larger than that of pin structure.
In this paper, it introduces the transportation and construction method of installation for large steel box girder of the expressway overpass connecting Ordos Kang Bashi-Airport expressway and Baotou-Maoming Expressway, puts forward the solutions to construction difficulties caused by factors such as site, road surface, overhead lines, and provides reference for the similar bridge construction operation in the future.
Establish the model of relationship between gas volume, steam volume and generating capacity through the use of linear regression method to measure and calculate the spontaneous electric quantity of Baotou Steel accurately. In order to provide the data support for the calculation of purchased electricity, ensure the enterprises to enjoy the preferential policies in the Inner Mongolia electric power multilateral trading market, and reduce the cost of electricity in company.
In this paper, it discusses a solar heating project in the assembly manufacturing industrial zone of Qingshan District, Baotou, Inner Mongolia. The current situation of domestic heating and the feasibility of solar central heating are sketched, the system content and operation mode of this project are expounded. In comparison with the energy consumption of the district boiler house, it is obvious that the solar central heating has remarkable effect on energy saving. It plays a positive role in guiding the popularization and development of solar central heating.

In this paper, based on the author's years of experience in teaching T-Arch Software, aiming at the current situation of T-Arch Software course in higher vocational colleges, the necessity of curriculum reform is put forward. According to the characteristics of the course, the teaching content, teaching methods and curriculum consolidation methods are reformed, and has obtained good teaching effect through teaching practice.
In this paper, it intends to analyze the current situation of enterprise information service provided by domestic libraries, find out the problems and shortcomings in enterprise information service, and put forward the ways and measures to deepen the enterprise information service in combination with the scientific research practice of the Rare Earth Research Institute library, in order to provide reference for enhancing the information service ability of the library for enterprise technical innovation.
