To investigate the value of cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) multiparametric imaging in the localization, qualitative assessment, and staging diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD).
A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with suspected CAD who underwent both CMR and coronary angiography (CAG) at the Radiology Department of Huazhong Fuwai Cardiovascular Hospital between January 1, 2023, and February 28, 2025. Using CAG as the gold standard, the diagnostic performance of CMR in detecting myocardial ischemia/infarction was evaluated, and the consistency of CMR in staging CAD lesions was analyzed.
Among the 60 suspected patients, the CAG results showed 3 cases were negative and 57 cases were positive. Using CAG diagnostic results as the gold standard, the specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy of CMR diagnosis were all relatively high. Among the 57 confirmed patients, the agreement between CMR and CAG in detecting varying degrees of stenosis was slight (Kappa = 0.12), and the overall detection concordance rate of CMR for stenosis was relatively low, with particularly frequent missed diagnoses in mild/moderate stenosis. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and cardiac output (CO) ranges in CMR diagnostic results were slightly lower than those of healthy adults, while the end-diastolic volume index (EDVI) range was slightly higher than that of healthy adults. Among the 57 confirmed patients, electrocardiogram (ECG) and CMR showed moderate to high agreement in myocardial infarction staging (Kappa ≈ 0.60).
In the diagnosis of suspected CAD, CMR provides indispensable functional and staging assessments, while CAG remains the gold standard for vascular anatomical evaluation. The combined application of CMR and CAG can enhance the diagnostic efficacy of CAD imaging.
To explore the effects of low-frequency pulsed electrical stimulation combined with betahistine injection on cochlear function and hemorheological indicators in patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SSNHL).

The total effective rate of ABR test results in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the PV, LSR-BV, and HSR-BV in the experimental group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group at the same time, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Low frequency pulse electrical stimulation combined with betahistine injection can play a significant synergistic role in the treatment of SSNHL, improving microcirculation, regulating hemorheology, enhancing neuroprotection, optimizing cochlear function, and improving hearing level.
To explore deep learning-based recognition and classification methods to address the cumbersome and time-consuming issues of traditional Alzheimer's disease (AD) detection and assessment, thereby improving diagnostic and predictive speed and accuracy.
MRI data were obtained from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI). During preprocessing, MIPAV medical image processing software and 3D Slicer were used for AC-PC alignment, spatial normalization, skull stripping, and bias correction. The preprocessed data were converted into 5D tensors and input into a voxel residual network (VoxResNet) model in PyTorch for training. The training process employed L2 regularization, stochastic gradient descent (SGD) with momentum, and cross-entropy loss for optimization. Model performance was evaluated by analyzing the training loss, validation loss, and validation accuracy curves.
In binary classification tasks, the model performed exceptionally well, achieving a validation accuracy of 90.18% and an ROC-AUC value of 0.882, demonstrating strong discriminative ability between AD patients and cognitively normal individuals. However, in ternary classification tasks, the model exhibited lower validation accuracy, indicating underfitting.
The 3D VoxResNet-based MRI recognition method can provide valuable insights for early AD diagnosis and treatment.
To explore the feasibility of applying deep learning image reconstruction (DLIR) algorithm combined with low-dose contrast agent in abdominal enhanced CT Method 28 patients who needed upper abdominal enhanced CT scan due to their conditions were randomly divided into two groups, with 64 cases in each group. They underwent spectral CT abdominal enhanced examination with consistent scanning parameters. The conventional dose group was scanned with a contrast agent dosage of 1.5 ml/kg and reconstructed using the adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction (ASIR) algorithm, with an ASIR iteration rate of 60%. The low-dose group was scanned with a contrast agent dosage of 1.0 ml/kg and reconstructed using different levels of DLIR algorithms, including group A with medium-intensity deep learning image reconstruction (DLIR-M) and group B with high-intensity deep learning image reconstruction (DLIR-H).
evaluation indicators [noise, contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR)] and subjective evaluation indicators (noise, overall image quality) were compared and analyzed among images reconstructed by different algorithms.
In objective evaluation, the noise of images in the conventional dose group, low-dose group A, and low-dose group B gradually decreased, and the differences between each pair of groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The SNR of liver, SNR of pancreas, CNR of liver, and CNR of pancreas in the conventional dose group, low-dose group A, and low-dose group B gradually increased. There was no statistically significant difference between the conventional dose group and low-dose group A, but the differences among the other groups were statistically significant. In subjective evaluation, the subjective noise and overall image quality scores of the conventional dose group, low-dose group A, and low-dose group B were mostly above 4 points, which could meet the clinical diagnosis and treatment needs. The subjective noise scores gradually increased, and the differences between each pair of groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of subjective image quality scores, the score of low-dose group B was higher than that of low-dose group A and the conventional dose group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
The image quality obtained by using DLIR algorithm combined with low-dose contrast agent is superior to that of ASIR algorithm combined with conventional dose contrast agent, and it can meet the needs of daily diagnosis. At the same time, it can reduce the required contrast agent dosage by about one-third.

A total of 90 patients who underwent unilateral TKA at Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into three groups: the small-angle group (n=30), the medium-angle group (n=30), and the large-angle group (n=30). The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), Range of Motion (ROM), Knee Society Score (KSS), lower limb function score, and occurrence of complications were compared among the three groups at 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, and 4 weeks postoperatively.
On the 3rd day postoperatively, the VAS score of the small-angle group was significantly lower than that of the medium-angle group and the large-angle group (P<0.05). The ROM of the large-angle group was significantly higher than that of the medium-angle group and the small-angle group (P<0.05). At 1 week postoperatively, there was no significant difference in VAS scores among the three groups (P>0.05). The ROM of the large-angle group and the medium-angle group was significantly higher than that of the small-angle group (P<0.05). At 2 weeks and 4 weeks postoperatively, there were no significant differences in VAS scores and ROM among the three groups (P>0.05). At 4 weeks postoperatively, the KSS score and lower limb function score of the large-angle group and the medium-angle group were significantly higher than those of the small-angle group (P<0.05). The incidence of aggravated knee pain and swelling in the large-angle group was significantly higher than that in the medium-angle group and the small-angle group (P<0.05).
When using CPM for early rehabilitation training after TKA, setting the motion angle at a medium level (0°~60°) can effectively alleviate pain, promote the recovery of knee joint function, and reduce the occurrence of complications, making it the preferred angle range for early CPM rehabilitation training after TKA.
Renal vascular hypertension is in a continuous rising stage, which is common in middle-aged and elderly patients. Renal artery stenosis is the main cause of its disease. If it is not treated as soon as possible, it is prone to renal function injury, and even renal failure may occur. Timely assessment of renal artery stenosis is helpful for pre-treatment and prognosis evaluation of renovascular hypertension. There are many ways to evaluate renal artery imaging, such as ultrasound, digital subtraction angiography, CT angiography, contrast enhanced MR angiography, non contrast enhanced MR angiography, etc. Non contrast enhanced MR angiography has the advantages of multi parameter, multi angle, non-invasive, non radiation, no contrast injury, high-resolution imaging and so on. Compared with the commonly used methods of renal artery imaging evaluation, such as ultrasound and CT angiography, this article focuses on the research progress of different non contrast enhanced MR angiography techniques in the evaluation of renal artery stenosis.
To evaluate the effectiveness of mobile information systems in conducting initial risk assessments in orthopedic departments.
A total of 128 orthopedic patients treated in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly assigned to two groups using a random number table method: a control group (n=64) and a study group (n=64). The control group utilized paper-based documentation for risk assessments and related nursing records, while the study group employed a mobile nursing information system for both risk assessment and nursing documentation. The primary outcomes measured were documentation time, error rates, and satisfaction levels among nursing staff and patients.
The study group demonstrated significantly shorter documentation time, lower error rates, and higher satisfaction levels among both nursing staff and patients compared to the control group (P<0.05).
The implementation of mobile information systems for initial risk assessments in orthopedic departments yields favorable outcomes. It not only reduces documentation time but also effectively minimizes errors, significantly enhancing the satisfaction of both nursing staff and patients. Therefore, this approach is recommended for widespread adoption in clinical practice.
