In the context of the development of the engineering equipment industry in Shandong Province and Jining City, with the experience of the construction of machinery intelligent equipment innovation and entrepreneurship community as an example, this paper analyzes the importance of the construction of the industrial innovation and entrepreneurship community, and puts forward the operation mode, the existing problems and the construction experience of the industrial innovation and entrepreneurship community from different perspectives around the integrated layout of the innovation chain, the industry chain, the talent chain and the financial chain, focusing on the important responsibility and the role of the innovation and the entrepreneurship community in guiding the industrial development, organizing the enterprise collaborative innovation, and strengthening the industrial cluster of the whole province.
