The construction and the development of the national technology market is an important part of the innovation-driven development strategy in China. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of the technology transactions in China, the influencing factors of the imperfect market regulatory system, the information service platform and the national innovation system. The concept for the development of the national technology market is explained, as well as its operation mechanism of the behavior constraint, the intermediary organization mechanism, the information sharing mechanism and the market supervision mechanism.
