Children's tumors have a great impact on society. Pediatric tumors can be identified and eradicated early, only with a full participation of children's caregivers. This paper discusses the four level prevention and control strategy of the children's malignant tumor, with an emphasis on the necessity and the specific methods of the mother's participation in diagnosis of the malignant tumor of children. We suggest a training of mothers by the most grass-root paediatric medical personnel.
