Outline
The main object of neuroscience technology is the human brain, which occupies an important position in the attributes of human beings, a crucial characteristic of human beings. Therefore, by sorting out various ethical issues existing in the functional application of neuroscience technology, human-animal chimerism, existing laws and regulations, some policy suggestions on the ethical governance of science and technology were made from the aspects of National Scientific & Technology Ethical Committee, science+ethics+law collaborative governance model, public participation, and the establishment of guidelines and standards for technology research and application, to advance neuroscience technologies and maximize human welfare.
