In 2020, atmospheric science underwent deep cross integrations with environmental protection and medical sciences. A series of research results were achieved. This paper introduces the research focuses such as climate change, COVID-19 pandemic, air pollution, large-scale wildfires and climate prediction, and reviews their interdisciplinary results.
