The versatility development effect of “Juncao” has not only received much attention in China but also has a good international reputation in recent years. Combining the research and development of Juncao, the role and significance of multi-functional development of Juncao are analyzed from a theoretical perspective which deals with landscape, forest, field, lake and grassland as a life community Five technical measures are proposed in order to strengthen in-depth research and expand development. It is important for Juncao to play a more effective role to implement the rural revitalization strategy.
