The emergency management mechanisms are an important part of the emergency management system, which plays a fundamental role in the whole emergency management process. The current researches of the emergency management mechanisms are classified according to the types and the industrial structures. First of all, in the background of the reform of government organizations, the emergency management mechanisms are integrated into the monitoring and launching mechanism, the disposing and coordinating mechanism, the operating and evaluating mechanism, the supervising mechanism and the terminating and compensating mechanism.
