This review summarized current evidence on airway management for laryngectomy patients during the hospital-to-home transition.Key topics included selection and application of airway humidification technique,tracheostomy site care,infection prevention strategies,and development of transitional care models.Challenges in home-based airway management were identified.The review aims to inform evidence-based practice,improve nursing quality,and enhance patient outcomes.
