To establish a standardized transformation path of music therapy in clinical practice,and to provide empirical evidence for the standardized promotion of traditional Chinese medicine-characterized nursing techniques.

A total of 68 undergraduate students from Xiamen Medical College,45 clinical nurses and 120 inpatients from the affiliated hospital of Xiamen Medical College were selected as study subjects in June 2022.Based on the Nursing Standards for the Application of Five-Element Music Therapy,a music therapy clinical transformation path was constructed,integrating curriculum design,faculty development,and clinical practice.This path was implemented among students,clinical nurses,and patients.Evaluations were conducted before the intervention and six months after the intervention using the Clinical Practice Skills Scale,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),the Visual Analog Scale for Pain(VAS),and an expert assessment questionnaire.

After the intervention,the total clinical practice skills score of students increased from 131.24±10.57 to 170.53±8.32,and that of nurses increased from 140.24±9.03 to 174.20±7.16.The SAS score of 120 hospitalized patients decreased from 52.7±6.2 to 48.1±5.9.Among them,the VAS score of 68 patients with pain symptoms decreased from 5.8±2.1 to 3.2±1.5.All differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).Experts' evaluation of the transformation path showed the clinical applicability average score was 4.5±0.6.The educational value average score was 4.7±0.4.The promotion feasibility average score was 4.3±0.7.

The transformation path of music therapy in clinical practice constructed in this study effectively improved the music therapy application abilities of students and nurses,and reduced patient anxiety and pain levels.
